Allegro account registration
What the restrictions of the Junior account are
If you have a Junior account, you can use the basic Allegro features. You will have limited access to some services until you are 18 years old.
If you hold a Junior account, you have access to basic Allegro features. However, your access to selected Allegro features is limited until your 18th birthday.
As a Junior account holder, you have a limit of 50 PLN for commission fees for listing items. If you exceed a limit of 50 PLN on your bill in the Settlements with Allegro tab, you have to pay the due amount before you list another item.
For safety reasons, as a Junior account holder, you cannot:
- share your account with your spouse
- become a Super Seller
- pay in installments
- buy or sell in the following categories:
- Real Estate
- Erotica
- Cars
- Motorcycles and Quads
- Other Vehicles and Boats
- Tobacco Accessories
- Weapons
- Air Guns
- Paralyzers
- Pepper Spray
- Fireworks
- OTC Medication
- Investment Products
- Collectible Gold Coins
- Non-prescription veterinary drugs.
We will lift those restrictions when your account is transformed into a regular account. You do not have to do anything for that to happen – your account will transform automatically once you turn 18.

What the Junior account is and how to set it up
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, make sure that your parents or guardians agree that you have an Allegro account. You can use Allegro, but there are some restrictions.
The Junior account is dedicated for the teenagers between 13 and 18 years old.
With this account, you can sell and buy items on Allegro legally and securely, as well as rate the seller. The Junior account is your guarantee of transaction security. It protects you from legal consequences of unintentional law violation, for example if you buy or sell a product inappropriate for minors. Besides, when you turn 18, your account will be automatically transformed into a regular account.
As long as you use the Junior account, the access to some features is restricted for you.
How to set up a Junior account
If you turned 13, but you are not 18 years old just yet, make sure that your parents (or legal guardians) agree that you have an Allegro account.
In the registration form, check the box saying that you are not 18 yet and enter your birth date. Upon registration, your account will automatically become a Junior account.
How to become a seller
Register and activate Allegro account to list goods for sale. Check how to do it quickly and easily.
If you want to start selling on Allegro, you need to register. If you are an entrepreneur, you can register a business account.
Next, activate your account. The full account activation consists of a one-time, free confirmation of the details you provided ― it makes trading on Allegro more secure.

If you are a minor but you are at least 13 years old, you need your parents’ or legal guardians' permission to register on Allegro. Remember to provide your date of birth during registration. Junior account holders can be active sellers, too.

Problems with finalizing the business account registration process
There may be two problems with confirming or finalizing registration. Check what these problems are, how to avoid them, and what to do when they occur.
If you struggle with confirming or finalizing your registration, check if it is not caused by one of the following reasons:
- 24 hours passed between submitting the registration form and confirming registration. Unconfirmed registration data is deleted from our database after this time. If this is the case — register again.
- You entered a wrong email address at registration (for example, with a typo) — so, you will not receive an email with the confirmation link, as the email cannot reach you. In this case, register once again.
If you cannot finish the registration process for any other reason, contact us and describe the problem in detail, or register again.
How to register a business account ― information for sellers with businesses registered in Poland
If you are an entrepreneur or you sell on behalf of a business, register a business account. You will do it in a few simple steps. In some cases, you will need to submit additional documents.

Choose a business account if you are:
- an entrepreneur and want to sell on Allegro or plan business purchases
- a board member, a proxy (an employee) of the company, an organizational unit entered into the commercial register (a foundation, an association) and you want to sell or purchase in its name and on its behalf.
The business you want to register on Allegro has to be active — if you have suspended your business, you will not pass the verification.
You already have a business account and want to create another one?
You can create another account using the same business details if:
- the tax identification number of your business was issued in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or
- the registered office, registered business, or the actual place of conducting business activity is registered within the area specified above.
Creating another account using the same business data is simple. All you need to do when you register a new account is provide the NIP (Tax Identification Number) of the business that is already in our system. You will register another account with the same tax identification number only after we have finished verifying the documents of the business linked to your accounts.
If you already have a verified account and want to create another one, you can do it:
- in a standard way
- through fast registration.
You can set up your business account in a few simple steps.
How to register a business account
- Go to the registration page and complete all the fields. If you have any doubts, read the hints under the fields.
- Click [download company data] ― we will download the business details from the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS), the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), or the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES). If it is not possible, you will see a relevant message in the form. In this case, provide the business details yourself.
- Click [sign up] at the end of the registration form.
- We will send an email to the email address you provided. Open the email and click [confirm registration].
Do you have a company registered outside Poland?
Remember that you can change your mind
If you change your mind after the registration whether to sell or just buy on your business account, do not worry.
If you choose to have a business account only for business purchases, click [just want to buy?] on the bank account number verification form. This way, you will not have to make a verification transfer, and your account will be dedicated to business purchases.
However, if you decide you want to sell on Allegro, you can activate sales on your account.
