What the AlleDiscount campaign is and how to participate in it

AlleDiscount is a recurring campaign within which you can offer select products at discounted prices. When we start accepting submissions for a given edition, we send you a notification on your Allegro account. Click the bell icon in the top right corner of the page to read it.

We will inform you about the details of the promotional campaigns in the News.

How the AlleDiscount campaign works

1. You submit selected products from the List of Goods for the campaign.
2. We lower the prices of those products in your offers automatically.
3. Your offers are marked with the badge, for example, Allegro Days. Their lowest price from the last 30 days before the discount is also crossed out.
4. The customer buys the product at a discounted price.
5. The customer pays you the reduced price — we pay you reconciliation up to the product price from before the automatic reduction.

You do not bear any additional costs — you can participate for free.

What you can gain

• More attractive prices in your offers ― without additional costs or losses in profit.
• Offers positioned higher in the search results — when buyers sort by price: lowest first.
• Higher sales ― buyers often choose a given offer because of the lower price.
• Your offers have higher chances of being granted special badges — for example, Best price guarantee or GREAT PRICE.

Who can participate in the campaign

You can participate in the campaign if you:

• have an active business account
• have achieved a sales quality ratingat least at the Neutral level
• have set payouts
• have paid all invoices from us.

Your submission means that you accept the Terms & Conditions of the campaign.

What offers you can submit for AlleDiscount

You can submit active offers that:

• are listed in the buy now format
• have the Condition parameter: new or have no Condition parameter — if offers come from a category without that parameter
• are linked to the Allegro Product Catalog
• buyers can get a VAT invoice for
• include products from the List of Goods in the required quantity
• come in the price lower than or equal to the Maximum Price listed in the List of Goods for a given product.

You can download the offers from the Submit tab as a CSV. This makes it easier for you to select and prepare the offers you want to submit for the AlleDiscount campaign. Click [download file with offers] under the offer list. The file contains information about the offers from the Submit tab. You can also check the product’s GTIN (EAN code), link to the product, manufacturer’s internal number, and the number of units in the offer.

What the List of Goods is

For each edition of the AlleDiscount campaign, we will publish a new List of Goods that you can submit. You will find it on this page.

In the List of Goods, you can also find:

• Maximum Price for each product — that is the highest price that your product can have on submitting it to the program
• Minimum Discount expressed in percentages — we will reduce the price of a given product at least by that amount. The maximum reduction is always 60% of your price.

How to submit offers for the campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns & Programs tab and select the campaign with AlleDiscount in its name.
2. Next to each offer you want to submit, enter your suggested price. It is the value to which you decide to lower the price. Next to products for which we require a discount of less than 25%, we automatically enter the suggested price for you — but you can change it manually.
   Check what the maximum price you can enter is.
3. Select offers you want to submit ― you can select up to 200 offers at once.
4. Click [submit offers].

If we accept your submission, its status will change. If — for some reason — your offer gets rejected from participating in the campaign, you will also find that information in the Campaigns & Programs — Manage participation tab.

Once the program is over, submitted products will go back to their original prices automatically.

How you can manage your offers

Within the AlleDiscount program, you can:

• withdraw offers from the campaign
• edit offers that do not meet the program requirements (change: the Buy now option, the number of units, the VAT invoice option) and submit them again. If you edit the offer to obtain the higher discount in an artificial way, we will exclude your offer and your account from a given AlleDiscount campaign edition.

How to resubmit your offer for the campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns & Programs — Manage participation tab.
2. You will see the declined status next to the offers that have not qualified to the promotion.
3. Click the three dots next to the offer status and select [resign].
4. Go to the Submit tab to resubmit selected offers for the campaign.
5. When resubmitting your offer, take into account the new lowest price from the last 30 days.

How we calculate the discount rate

We take into account the price you provide and the market prices of a given product. No matter what the final reduction is, we will pay you full reconciliation up to the price you suggest when you submit your offer.

Note that a discount for that product may have been from 10% (Minimum Discount) to 60% (the Maximum Discount for all the products from the List). That is why the discounted product may cost between 90 PLN and 60 PLN ― your revenue remains the same.

We will return the amount by which we reduced your price to your Allegro bank account when a customer buys your product. You will find it in the Settlements with Allegro tab as the operation type ― Reconciliation in the Allegro Prices Program.
