With this option, you can select the marketplace — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk) or Hungary (allegro.hu). Custom price lists (new design) — what they are and how they work
A custom price list is one that you create and keep up to date yourself.
From May 28, you will be able to create new price lists only using the method we describe in this article.
We will not change the design or the way to manage your existing price lists. You can still use them and all the options that are available within them. If you plan to edit an existing price list — you can do it using the same form as before.
In the following months, we will enable a tool to change the current shipping price lists into the new ones. You will then decide whether you want to introduce changes yourself or follow our recommendations.
We plan to eventually replace the current shipping price lists with the new ones. We will keep you informed about all changes.
If you want us to automatically complete information in your price lists and keep them up to date — use the pre-made shipping price lists.
When to select a custom price list
- If you want to manage the price list and update it yourself.
- If you want to set delivery prices yourself or offer buyers free delivery at your expense — outside of the Allegro Smart! program.
- If you want to offer buyers delivery options that you settle directly with a carrier.
- If you offer email delivery or dispatch heavy and oversized products.
- If you want to dispatch from a country other than your registration market.
How to create a custom shipping price list
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab.
- Click [add a new shipping price list] in the Shipping price lists section.
- Select the country you want to dispatch your shipments from. You can select only one country of dispatch. If you want to dispatch from other countries, create a separate price list for each of them.
At this step, you can also select email delivery.
- Decide whether you also want to sell abroad:
- in the International markets section — select other Allegro marketplaces
- in the Other countries section — select up to 20 other European countries.
- When selecting a price list in the Custom price lists section, click [create].
- Name your price list and adapt it to your needs. You can use filters to find the options you are looking for faster.
- Select the delivery options that you want to enable within the price list.
We grouped the options by:
- carriers (for example, Allegro Pocztex)
- programs (for example, Allegro Delivery)
- delivery options you settle directly with the carrier
- delivery options for non-standard products (for example, Heavy and oversized).
Click [adjust] to change your settings. You can make a decision based on the information about carriers and programs you will find in a few different sections:
- Delivery costs and settings — here, you can select the options and set the parcel fees for buyers outside Smart! You can enable some options, such as Allegro Delivery, only within a subscription.
- Fees with Smart — here, you can check the fees we will charge you for Allegro Smart! parcels.
- Dimensions and weights — here, you can check the maximum parcel dimensions and weight.
After you introduce changes, click [confirm].
- Select how we should generate labels for your orders.
- Depending on the number of products in the order (multiple labels) — select this option if you usually pack orders into multiple parcels.
Set the maximum number of units in a shipment. Your settings will apply to the selected delivery options you enable in a price list: by courier, to a pick-up point, and to a parcel locker. You cannot set the maximum number of units in a shipment for each delivery option separately.
Delivery options for which you can set the maximum number of units in a shipment:
- to parcel locker — for shipments to parcel lockers
- to pick-up point — for shipments to pick-up points
- to your doorstep — standard — for courier shipments with the longest side up to 120 cm (exact dimensions may vary depending on the options enabled in the price list)
- to your doorstep — large — for courier shipments with the longest side exceeds 120 cm (exact dimensions may vary depending on the options enabled in the price list)
- to your doorstep — oversized — for heavy and bulky courier parcels, such as furniture or large household appliances, for example — refrigerators.
- Fixed number (one label) — select this option if you usually pack the entire order into a single parcel.
- Check whether your price list meets the Allegro Smart! program conditions.
- Go to the summary. Check whether everything is in order. If yes — click [save]. If you want to correct something, go back to the previous steps. Done!
How to edit and remove custom price lists
You can edit and remove custom price lists in the Delivery Settings tab. Once you remove a selected shipping price list, we will not be able to restore it.
If you have offers assigned to a price list
If some offers are assigned to the shipping price list you want to remove, select another shipping price list that will replace it, and then click [remove]. You can replace a shipping price list only with one that contains delivery options to the same countries.
Example 1: In the price list you want to remove, you have offers with delivery options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia. It means that your offers are also available in the foreign marketplaces. To replace a price list with another one — you can only choose from your other price lists where you enable shipping options to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.
Example 2: You only enable shipping options within Poland in the shipping price list you are deleting. If you want to replace that shipping price list, we will show you only the other ones that also contain delivery options within Poland.
