The most important changes concern updating the Smart! requirements and adapting beverage sales to the deposit-refund system. We will also introduce changes to sales quality levels and metrics, and update the maximum weight and dimensions of parcels dispatched with certain delivery options.

On July 29, we will permanently remove the Allegro DHL options outside the Allegro Delivery program:
- Allegro DHL Box 24/7
- Allegro DHL Pickup
- Allegro DHL Courier.
From July 29, you will not be able to:
- add them to your existing shipping price lists
- create a new shipping price list with those delivery options
- save an edited shipping price list with those delivery options.
After July 29, the Allegro DHL delivery options will be available only as part of a package that includes all the Allegro Delivery program.
If you enable the DHL Courier delivery option based on your own agreement, nothing will change for you.
On August 18, we will remove from the Allegro Terms & Conditions fragments that refer to the Allegro DHL delivery options outside the Allegro Delivery program.
We will change the maximum dimensions of parcels dispatched with Allegro Pocztex Courier and Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point

You will be able to file certain delivery complaints for Allegro Standard only with the carrier
From: August 18, 2025
Soon, we will facilitate the process of submitting complaints for deliveries within Poland that you settle within the Allegro Standard method.
How it works now
Currently, we act as an intermediary for submitting complaints under Allegro Standard concerning delayed, damaged, or lost parcels. This may extend the waiting time for a complaint decision from the carrier to up to 60 days.
What we will change
From August 18, you will be able to file such complaints directly with the carrier, and the response time will be shorter — up to 30 days.
How you will file a complaint
There will be two ways.
- Completing a complaint form in the Sales Center. Go to the Ordered parcels tab and click [order details] next to a particular order. Then, click [delivery complaint]. In the form, we will suggest what elements you should attach to your complaint so that the carrier can process it faster. Next, we will redirect you to the carrier’s page where you will file the complaint according to their requirements.
- Filing a complaint directly on the carrier’s page. The carrier will receive your complaint instantly and will be able to contact you in case they have any questions or require additional documents like an authorization, photographs, or a damage report.

We will update the rules for creating product sets
From: August 18, 2025
What product sets are
Product sets are offers where you sell several different products or multiple units of the same product. To list such a set, all products need to be linked to the Allegro Product Catalog.
You can list product sets if:
- you create them through this form or the API and
- in a set offers, you combine offers listed in the categories that we mention in this article.
What we will change
We will clarify that you can list a product set also if it is a set created by the manufacturer — a manufacturer's set. Manufacturer's sets have their own GTIN (EAN code) or Manufacturer's code. You can list a manufacturer's set also outside the categories mentioned in our article.
We will be able to remove offers with sets that do not meet our rules — without having to contact the seller.

We aim to increase customer awareness of the protection we provide them with during shopping. Based on consumer research, we have decided to change the name of the program to make it even clearer and more understandable for buyers in various countries.

On Allegro.pl, we mark your offers with the Smart! badge if you meet the sales and offers requirements. Those requirements are the same for business and regular accounts.
What we will change
We will simplify the sales requirements that you need to meet on allegro.pl to be granted the Smart! badge. Currently, you can get the Smart! badge if you meet at least one of the three requirements. Starting September 1, you will only need to meet one:

We will introduce changes to the Allegro Prices program
What the Allegro Prices Program is all about
If you participate in the program, some of your offers may qualify for an automatic price reduction. In return, we give you compensation equal to the reduction amount.
What we will change
We will allow you to declare a maximum offer price reduction, which will increase the chances of your offers qualifying for the automatic reduction. If your offer qualifies — we will divide the reduction amount between us and you at a 2:1 ratio. This means that we will add 2 PLN to every 1 PLN of reduction you offer.
Moreover, we may apply another criterion: country of dispatch. In a given marketplace, offers with dispatch from a particular country will have slightly higher chances of participating in the program. For example, offers with dispatch from Czechia will have higher chances of participating in Allegro Prices on allegro.cz.

We will introduce changes to Allegro Business
From: September 17, 2025
What Allegro Business is now
It is the version of Allegro dedicated to entrepreneurs. You can access it by signing in to your business account registered with Polish details.
What we will change
- Allegro Business will be available at a new, widely accessible address: business.allegro.pl. Offers will be visible to everybody, including people without an Allegro account. It will be possible to make a purchase with a regular or business account. In both cases, you will only be able to buy using business details — with an invoice.
- Your offer will only be visible if you declare issuing an invoice and — for VAT invoices — if you complete the VAT rate. If your company is located outside Poland, we will also check whether your EU VAT number is in the VAT Information Exchange System.
- Customers will see the net price as the main price in the offer. We will also display the gross price and the VAT rate based on which the net price is calculated.
- In orders placed by customers from outside Poland, we will automatically provide you with information about the buyer’s EU VAT status (based on data from relevant registers). This will help you decide whether to issue a VAT 0% invoice for a given purchase, minimizing the risk of incorrectly documenting (invoicing) such intra-community transactions.
- You will be able to use a separate Message center.
- You will be able to use a separate Message center.
- The My Assortment tab will feature a new filter, allowing you to easily identify offers also available on Allegro Business.
What you need to know if your business is registered outside Poland
We will introduce a qualification process for offers on business.allegro.pl.
If you use Allegro Ads
Your ads will reach buyers on allegro.pl and business.allegro.pl. You do not have to take any action. We will add the definition of business.allegro.pl to the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions.
What will stay the same
- We will not charge extra fees for using Allegro Business. You will settle with us as usual. In the Settlements with Allegro tab, you will see consolidated fees for the entire Polish marketplace (business.allegro.pl and allegro.pl).
- As it is now, there will be one sales commission rate — regardless of whether you sell on Allegro Business or Allegro. We will issue one invoice for our services (allegro.pl and business.allegro.pl).
- We will not change the options you can currently use on Allegro Business. You will still be able to provide your business customers with convenient tools, such as order discounts, wholesale price lists, visible VAT rates, and net prices.

How it works now
You need to conclude an agreement with the carrier if you want to enable the Allegro Pocztex Courier payment on delivery or Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point payment on delivery options in your offers.
What we will change
You will be able to dispatch parcels using those delivery options through Ship with Allegro based only on the Allegro agreement.
You will no longer be able to add your agreement with Poczta Polska to Ship with Allegro, or use the agreements you added there before.

We will adapt sales on Allegro to the requirements of the deposit-refund system
From: October 1, 2025
General information about the deposit-refund system
The deposit-refund system will be introduced in Poland based on the European Parliament's directive and the regulation of the Polish Minister of Climate and Environment. It will be mandatory in all Polish stores, both brick-and-mortar and online.
The new obligations will apply to all entrepreneurs in Poland who sell beverages in packaging covered by the deposit, which are:
- single-use plastic bottles up to 3 liters
- metal cans up to 1 liter
- reusable glass bottles up to 1.5 liter.
The manufacturer or entity that introduces the beverage on the market decides how to participate in the deposit-refund system.
The manufacturer can settle the deposit directly with a selected deposit-refund system operator or collect it from buyers. If they opt for the latter solution, the packaging must have a special, visible deposit symbol:
The deposit will not cover all beverages. This means that two versions of products — with and without the deposit — will be on the market at the same time (for example, beverages from older batches or imported beverages).
Your customers will be able to get back the full deposit. All they will have to do is return empty, undamaged packaging to one of the thousands of collection points across Poland.
What products will the deposit system cover
The deposit-refund system will cover beverages intended for direct consumption.

What it means for you
If you sell products that are subject to the new regulations on Allegro, you are obliged to:
- add the deposit to the price of each product
- mark your offers correctly (separately for the products with and without the deposit)
- charge the deposit the moment your customer buys a beverage.
According to the regulations, the deposit amount cannot be included in the price. You need to present it as a separate item, clearly visible wherever the product price is displayed — both on product lists and in offers.
How this will affect your Allegro settlements:
- the deposit will not be subject to VAT
- we will not charge the sales commission fee on the deposit
- we will not include the deposit in the total purchase value that qualifies orders for free Smart! delivery or in the free delivery threshold you specify yourself.
You can find the seller's responsibilities regarding settling the deposit and a list of the official operators of the deposit-refund system on the website of the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment and the operators' websites. Allegro will not mediate in settling the deposit collected with the operator or in collecting the returnable packaging.
How we will help you fulfill the obligations that arise from the new deposit-refund system
We are working on the solutions that will make it easier for you to adapt your offers to the new regulations. We will provide you with the essential tools for charging the deposit correctly. Soon, we will publish detailed information about the key changes in offers and the rules of the deposit-refund system on Allegro.

We will make changes to the sales quality levels and metrics
From: October 1, 2025
Sales quality is the overall rating of your activities on Allegro. We calculate it based on the points you earn in 8 metrics, such as contact with customers or dispatch speed.
Currently, you can earn up to 500 points for sales quality. We specify your sales quality level depending on your score, from Unacceptable to Super +.
What we will change
We will reduce the number of levels that you can reach for sales quality by removing Unacceptable and Super +. Your sales quality will have one of the following 4 levels:
- Super
- Good
- Neutral
- Needs improvement.
Additionally:
- we will make changes to the sales quality metrics
- we will update the provisions regarding sales quality:
- we will add a provision stating that we do not calculate points based on the data from the last 30 days for all metrics
- we will clarify the provision about how we calculate points for the Unresolved Discussion metric.

We will enable the Allegro International Slovakia delivery option
From: October 1, 2025

You will be able to take advantage of the new delivery options if you sell on allegro.sk and dispatch products from Poland to Slovakia.
On allegro.sk, the new delivery options:
- are available within Allegro Smart!
- qualify offers for the Smart! badge as one of the delivery options to pick-up points or parcel lockers.
How you will dispatch parcels
You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API. You will hand the ready parcels over:
- during a one-time courier pick-up or a fixed pick-up
- at InPost parcel lockers
- in InPost dispatch points.
You will settle the new delivery options within Allegro Standard. It means that you will:
- settle the delivery costs directly with us ― based on invoices we issue
- benefit from the attractive terms we have negotiated with the carriers
- find all fees in the Settlements with Allegro tab.

What we will change
We will add provisions about the payment initiation service to the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions. This service allows buyers to pay for their purchases fast and safely.
Similar provisions have already been added to the Terms & Conditions of other payment operators on Allegro: PayU and Przelewy24.
