You will be able to use the DHL delivery options only in the Allegro Delivery program

We will permanently remove the Allegro DHL options outside the Allegro Delivery program:
- Allegro DHL Box 24/7
- Allegro DHL Pickup
- Allegro DHL Courier.
From July 29, you will not be able to:
- add them to your existing shipping price lists
- create a new shipping price list with those delivery options
- save an edited shipping price list with those delivery options.
After July 29, the Allegro DHL delivery options will be available only as part of a package that includes all the Allegro Delivery program options, or through your own agreement with the carrier.
On August 18, we will remove provisions regarding the Allegro DHL options outside Allegro Delivery from the Terms & Conditions.
What if you enable the Allegro DHL delivery options outside the Allegro Delivery program
On July 29, we will enable those options within the program and remove them outside the program.

Shipping price list updates may take several days. If you use the services of external integrators and face problems with dispatching parcels after the changes — check what you can do.
If you dispatch larger parcels with the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option outside Allegro Delivery
If you dispatch larger parcels with the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option outside Allegro Delivery program and simultaneously:
- you do not enable any delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker in your shipping price lists
- the product in the offer meets at least one of the following conditions:
- one of the dimensions of the product in the packaging exceeds 120 cm
- you have listed the offer with that product in the Tires and Rims subcategory then your parcels are Smart!
What we will change on July 29
We will remove the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option outside Allegro Delivery. We will enable it under the same conditions in the same shipping price list within the program. We will not enable Allegro One Courier option or any Allegro Delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker within such a shipping price list.
You do not have to take any action — your parcels will remain Smart!
Starting today, you can enable the Allegro DHL Courier option in your Allegro Delivery shipping price lists separately, without a delivery to a pick-up point or a parcel locker.
What prices we will set in your Allegro Delivery shipping price lists
If your shipping price list only includes the Allegro DHL delivery options outside Allegro Delivery
We will set maximum delivery prices for all options within the Allegro Delivery program, even if you enable Allegro DHL delivery options for 0 PLN.
If you have both Allegro DHL delivery options within Allegro Delivery and outside it in your shipping price list
- If you have set a maximum price for the Allegro Delivery options — we will set maximum delivery prices for all Allegro DHL delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program
- If you have set 0 PLN for the Allegro Delivery program options — we will set free delivery for all Allegro DHL delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
How to dispatch Allegro DHL parcels within Allegro Delivery
- At DHL Box 24/7 parcel lockers.
- At DHL POP parcel service points.
- During a free courier pick-up, which you can order in Ship with Allegro.
