Allegro Ads allows you to advertise your offers and gain many new customers. We display ads in the most popular areas on Allegro, on all devices, and in mobile apps.
If you sell on Allegro, you surely want to reach as many customers as possible. Allegro Ads is an advertising tool that will make your products stand out from the competition and help you boost your sales. Thanks to Allegro Ads, you can reach customers exactly when they are searching for products like yours.
What you can gain with Allegro Ads
The main benefit of Allegro Ads is the increased visibility of your offers. Thanks to ads, your products are displayed higher in search results — more customers can see them and may decide to purchase them. Customers who are not familiar with your offers yet have a chance to discover them thanks to the ads.
Flexibility and control over the advertising budget are another advantage. You decide how much you want to invest in the campaign. You can monitor its effectiveness and adjust the budget to the results on a regular basis. You can increase your return on investment by opting for the most effective ads.
Ad formats in Allegro Ads
In Allegro Ads, there are 2 ad formats you can choose:
- Sponsored offers (available on allegro.pl and in all the foreign marketplaces)
- Display ads (available only on allegro.pl).
Sponsored offers are ads that appear directly in search results (even at the top of the list) and, for example, on the product page. Thanks to them, your offers are more visible to customers searching for a similar assortment. Sponsored offers are the best way to start advertising with Allegro Ads — creating an advertising campaign will only take a moment. In the case of Sponsored offers, you pay only for clicks on your ad.

Display ads allow you to place advertising banners in different locations on Allegro, such as the home page or the space above the search results list. Visually attractive ads allow you to attract customers' attention and redirect them to your offers. All you need to create the simplest display ads is a logo. In the case of Display Ads, you pay for every 1,000 displays.

Where we display ads
We display Allegro Ads in strategic locations on Allegro. You can be sure they will be visible to buyers. Sponsored offers appear mostly in the search results and on offer pages, which means they reach customers who are ready to make a purchase. You can see display ads on the Allegro home page, above the list of search results, and on the pages of specific products — it helps you effectively build brand awareness and encourage customers to buy your products.
What cannot be advertised via Allegro Ads
Thanks to Allegro Ads you can advertise your offers in the most popular places on Allegro. Some offers cannot be advertised due to restrictions.
Regardless of the marketplace, if you use Allegro Ads, you cannot advertise:

How to check whether an ad within Allegro Ads is displayed
Advertising campaigns in Allegro Ads can have different statuses. Check the status of your campaign in the panel ― with that you will immediately know if the ad is being displayed.
Open the Allegro Ads dashboard and check the status of your campaign in the account view. A campaign may have one of the following statuses:
- emituje się (displayed) ― your ad is being displayed.
- nie emituje się (not displayed) ― you have put a campaign on hold.
- emituje się, wymaga uwagi (displayed, requires attention) ― a campaign has been stopped automatically by the system because of reaching display time end or a budget limit.
- usunięte (removed) ― you have removed a campaign.
From the account view, you can filter your campaigns by status.
How to disable an Allegro Ad
Opting out of Allegro Ads is very simple. If you want to stop advertising your offers, go to the advertising panel and change the status of the campaign.
If you want to opt out of Allegro Ads, simply switch off your campaigns. To do so:
- visit the ads.allegro website
- click Zaloguj się / (Sign in) at the top right corner — sign in using your Allegro account details
- enter the ads panel, go to your campaigns, and use the slider. When the slider turns gray, it means that the campaign has been switched off.

What the Allegro Ads bonus is
The Allegro Ads bonus is a discount of a certain amount for advertising with Allegro Ads. Depending on the bonus type, you can use it for:
- sponsored offers — along with the Google Ads or
- display ads.
We grant the ads bonus as part of our promotional campaigns. We will always inform you about them by email.
How to activate the bonus
All you need is an Allegro Ads account. We will automatically create it with your business account details if you:
- go to the Allegro Ads website and click [sign in] in the top right corner
- enable Ads Express
- enable Allegro Ads in the offer listing form.
We will add the bonus to your account within 24 hours from the first time you sign in to the Allegro Ads dashboard.
When you get the bonus, we will let you know about it by email. That way you will learn whether your bonus is already active or if you have to activate it in the Discount Center yourself.
If the bonus:
- is active — you do not have to do anything
- is not active – decide when to activate it — you can do it in a limited time, for example, within 30 days after adding the bonus in the dashboard.

How long the bonus is valid
Each bonus is valid for a specified period, for example, 60 days after granting it. This means that you can use the granted amount of money for 60 days. In the Discount Center, you can always check when we will disable the bonus and what amount you can still use.
If you do not use the entire amount of the bonus before its expiry date, we will not refund it.
How long the billing period is
The billing period of Allegro Ads starts on the 26th day of the month and ends on the 25th day of the following month. If you do not use the entire amount of the bonus before the end of the billing period we granted it in — nothing will happen. You can still use the bonus amount in the following billing period.
What happens when you use the whole bonus amount
If you use the whole bonus amount, we will not disable your Allegro Ads campaigns automatically. We will start charging you fees for ads according to your daily budget.
What happens when you use the whole bonus amount
You can check it in the Discount Center. We will not inform you about it in a separate email.
Example
We have granted you a bonus of 500 PLN for advertising with Allegro Ads. You activate the first ad group with a daily budget of 50 PLN. You have the following options:
- you set the total budget of 500 PLN — when we have used it, your ad group will be inactive or/and
- you set the end date for displaying the ad group to be 10 days later — within this time frame, you will spend a maximum of 500 PLN for ads in this ad group.
