Carry-in, installation/assembly, and other additional services within Allegro Standard
In your offers, you can enable additional services, such as carry-in and installation/assembly, or collection of old equipment — for example, a refrigerator. You will settle them within Allegro Standard.
Which offers you can add the additional services to
You can do this for offers:
- with oversized products
- listed in: Electronics, Home and Garden, Sports and Travel, and Automotive
- with the Allegro XL SUUS Logistics delivery option
- that are not product sets.
What additional services you can offer
Regardless of the product category you sell in, you can offer carry-in as an additional service.
For products listed in Electronics, you can enable:
- carry-in
- carry-in and unpacking
- carry-in and installation
- carry-in with installation and door reversal
- carry-in and built-in installation
- carry-in and built-in installation with door reversal
- carry-in and installation/assembly
- old equipment collection.
If you offer additional services, buyers will see relevant information on the offer page.
How to add additional services to offers
You can do it manually or automatically in the Additional services tab. You can also manage the services through the Allegro API.
How to enable additional services manually
- Go to the Additional services tab.
- Select the additional service package you have already created or create a new one.
- In the Allegro XL section, select the categories and assortment type to which you want to add additional services.
- Assign the type of additional service you want to add to the selected assortment.
- Click [save and add next].
- If you wish, start selecting additional services for another assortment.
- Finally, click [save package].
If you wish, you can lower the suggested prices, but you must cover the difference. We will add it to your Settlements with Allegro.
How to enable additional services automatically
- Go to the Additional services tab.
- Click [enable additional services automation] on the banner we will display. It will appear if you have offers that meet the conditions.
We will automatically add additional services tailored to your assortment in your offers. If you list new offers or edit the existing ones and they meet the conditions — we will automatically add additional services to them.
How to opt out of the automatic additional services
- Go to the Additional services tab.
- Click [disable additional services automation] on the displayed banner.
We will then stop automatically adding additional services to your offers.
We will not remove the additional services we have already added from your offers. They will remain available to buyers. If you want, you can disable them in the Additional services tab.
Where to check whether the buyer has chosen an additional service
- In the notification that the delivery and payment form has been filled out.
- In the API via the GET/order/checkout-forms resource.
- In the Orders tab.
