Additional offer listing options
How you can add a fee for plastic single-use packaging to your offers
Check how you can adjust your offers to the new regulations.
If you sell plastic single-use packaging, for example, food and beverage containers — you are obliged to charge an environmental fee from end consumers. The end consumer is the one who buys the packaging alone or products packed in it for their own purposes and does not resell them.
The legal basis
The Act of April 14, 2023, on changes of the act on the obligations of entrepreneurs concerning the managing of specific waste and the product fee — available in Polish.
The Regulation of December 7, 2023, of the Ministry of Climate and Environment on the fees for plastic single-use packaging — available in Polish.
Check how you can add the environmental fee to your offers
You can sell your products both to the buyers who are end consumers and those who are not. That is why, you can list two offers with the same product:
- For business customers — without the environmental fee. In the offer description, provide the information that the price does not include such a fee. If buyers order products for their own purposes (being end consumers), they should place an order in the offer for individual customers and ask for an invoice. You can add that offer's number.
- For individual customers — with the environmental fee added to the price. In the offer description, provide the information that the price includes the fee. You can add the offer number for the business customers who want to purchase products to resell them. Only buyers with business accounts can go to the offer for business customers.
What information you can provide in the offer description
In the offer description, you can provide the information on the environmental fee and another offer's number — it complies with our Terms & Conditions. However, if you provide a link to another offer, you violate our rules, and we will remove such an offer.
Under our Terms & Conditions and the price list, we will charge the sales commission from the price that includes the environmental fee.

We do not have a separate tool. Check how you can add the environmental fee to your offers.
Yes, when the buyer requests to return the product, and you accept it — you have to refund them the entire order price, with the environmental fee. The fees refunded this way are not included in the sum for a given year which, as per the Act, you have to pay to your voivodeship Marshal Office's bank account until March 15 of the following year.

Buyers can request product returns within 14 days and have to send the products back within the next 14 days. By March 15, you will have learned the final statuses of all the orders from the previous year and found out whether you need to transfer the fee for a given order.
Example: The buyer placed an order on December 31 and decided to return the product on the last possible day — January 14 of the following year. They also returned the product on the last possible day — January 28. That means, until March 15, you will know whether you need to transfer the fee for a given order.
We created Allegro Lokalnie for individual buyers. Such buyers are, in principle, end consumers — they buy plastic packaging or products packed in it for their own purposes.
The final decision on how to treat such customers depends on you. You must pay the environmental fee if you sell products to which such a fee has to be added according to the rules.
Within One Fulfillment by Allegro, you can list one offer for a given product. For individual customers who, in principle, are end consumers — list the offer with the environmental fee added. For business customers — list the offer you will link to the product whose wholesale number of packages is treated as one set. If there is no such product in the Catalog, you can create it.
- Beverage containers (including lids and caps).
- Containers (including boxes with and without lids) for food that is:
- intended for immediate consumption, either on the premises or as a takeaway
- consumed directly from the container
- is ready to be consumed without further preparation (cooking, heating up) — including the containers for fast food or other meals ready for immediate consumption. The beverage containers, plates, packages, and wrappers containing food are an exception.
Home delivery, installation/assembly, and other additional services in your offers
In your offers, you can provide customers with additional services, such as giftwrap ,or home delivery and installation/assembly of the ordered equipment – for example, a fridge.
You can enable additional services within your offers. You can manage them in the Additional Services for the Offer tab and through the Allegro API.

How much it costs
According to Appendix no. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, we do not charge any fees for additional services.

A buyer can select additional services while buying with the buy now option or via cart.
How to enable additional services in your offer
- Go to the Additional services tab.
- Click [add service].
- Select the additional services you want to offer to your customers.
- Enter the service price and description.
- Choose the delivery option for which you want to enable the selected service. You can select only those which you have added to the delivery price list for a given offer. If you select delivery options which you do not have in the price list, buyers will not be able to benefit from the additional services you offer.
- Click [add package].
You can add the assembled package to your offers:
- through the My Assortment tab
- in the listing form.
Marketplace badges
In the Additional services tab, next to each package of additional service, you can find a badge informing for which marketplace a given package was created.
You can only add additional services for a single offer in one marketplace at a time. If you have added additional services to the offer on allegro.pl, you cannot add them to the offer you share in a foreign marketplace — or the other way around.
If you want to list an offer with additional services only in a foreign marketplace:
- Sign in to that marketplace.
- List a new offer.
- Add additional services.
If you change the service price after adding the package, we will update all the offers where this service is enabled.
How to add additional services to multiple offers at the same time
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the offers in which you want to enable an additional service package.
- Click [edit] and then [additional services].
- Select the service package you created and click [save].
Done! The customers are now able to select an additional service on those offers.

- in the Orders tab.
How to use the minimum price option in an auction
If you don't want to sell an item below a certain amount in the auction, set a minimum price. The fee for this option is 10% of the amount you set, but not more than PLN 100.
If you list an item in an auction, but you want the final price to reach a certain value, use the minimum price. You cannot include the minimum price you are interested in in the offer description – such mentions are not binding for either party to the transaction.
That means that if you list an item on an auction for 1 PLN and you do not use the minimum price option, then stating that you want the final price to reach at least X PLN will not be binding to the buyers. The price reached in an auction is the one you are obliged to sell the item for.
It is also forbidden to
- inform that the transaction may be concluded even if the minimum price is not reached
- cancel buyers’ bids if the final price does not satisfy you.
The fee for this option is a 10% of the minimum price you set, but no more than 100 PLN. We charge the fee regardless of whether you succeed in selling the item or not.
Can I schedule an item listing date?
You can schedule when the item will be put up for sale. You can do it when listing your offer, up to 30 days in advance.
Yes, you can schedule an item listing date. To do so, enter the date of listing in the Listing options section of the listing form.

What is a while stocks last offer and how does it work?
The while stocks last offer lasts until the product is sold out or until the offer ends manually. This offer has a permanent number and link throughout its duration. Fees for the while stocks last offer are charged cyclically every 10 days.
You can only list a while stocks last offer with a business account.
A while stocks last offer does not expire after a certain number of days, but it lasts until you sell all the items available in this offer or terminate it yourself.
Features of the while stocks last offer
- the offer has a fixed offer ID and link throughout its duration
- we charge listing fees for them every 10 days.
How to enable this option
All you have to do is select the while stocks last option in the listing form — it is located under Duration in the Product availability section.
Can I disable this option or change the duration of the offer
If you list a while stocks last offer, you will not be able to change the offer’s duration. The offer will last until you sell all the available items.
If you are selling on a regular account
From November 2, 2022, the while stocks last option is only available on business accounts. If you have ongoing offers with that option listed before November 2, 2022, on a regular account — you cannot edit them. If you want to edit such offers — terminate them, make changes, and list again using the list similar option.
