Allegro Smart! on foreign markets
Allegro Smart! on allegro.hu — information for sellers
The offers you share in the Hungarian marketplace can also be Smart! We will mark them with the Smart! badge if you meet specific conditions — just like on allegro.pl.
When we will mark offers with the Smart! badge
We will mark your offers on allegro.hu with the Smart! badge if:
- the sales quality level on your account is at least Good or at least Neutral on all of your accounts
- in your offers, you enabled at least 1 courier delivery option and at least 1 delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker
- in your offers, you enabled at least 1 delivery option with payment in advance and and least 1 with payment on delivery
- in the Delivery Settings tab, you provide prices in the required ranges for the options you offer
- you do not list offers in categories excluded from Allegro Smart!
- you have set the returns terms.
When you do not need to meet all the requirements
- If you sell products that cannot be placed in a parcel locker or delivered to a pick-up point — for example, due to their size or weight. If you list offers with such products and do not enable delivery to a pick-up point and/or a parcel locker — you do not need to meet that requirement. We will mark your offers with the Smart! badge if you meet the other two requirements.
- If you sell custom-made products, you do not need to enable payment on delivery options.

How we settle Allegro Smart! parcels
Buyers who place an order within Allegro Smart! do not pay for delivery. That means you will receive:
- only the payment for the purchase — if they paid in advance or
- payment for the purchase and an additional fee of 490 HUF for the POD option.
We split the delivery cost of such orders between you and us. We charge fees depending on the order value. We take into account 5 thresholds of order value:
- from 2,800 HUF to 4,199 HUF
- from 4,200 HUF to 5,999 HUF
- from 6,000 HUF to 9,199 HUF
- from 9,200 HUF to 13,899 HUF
- 13,900 HUF or more.

For each subsequent parcel from that order, you will pay the amount specified in the table for orders from 9,200 to 13,899 HUF. This does not apply to orders from ranges up to 13,899 HUF. In their case, for each subsequent parcel from the order, you will pay the same price as for the first one.
If the buyer selects payment on delivery, we will add 490 HUF to the amount from the table for the additional payment on delivery service. Apart from the payment for the product, you will also get 490 HUF from the buyer for that option.

When buyers will make a Smart! purchase
On allegro.hu, buyers can get free delivery and returns within Allegro Smart! if:
- they have activated the Allegro Smart! service on their account
- they purchase from a single seller for a minimum of:
- 5,000 HUF — for deliveries to pick-up points and parcel lockers
- 9,000 HUF — for courier deliveries
- the delivery cost from one seller does not exceed 20,000 HUF.
When you will be refunded for Smart! parcel fees
If your customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (they report the return through the return form on their Allegro account and dispatch it with a return option available in Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund you the fee for delivery of the Smart! parcel. You do not have to apply to get a refund.
Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You can see it as a discount in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund you the fee once the status of the return parcel says that you have either collected it or refunded the order cost.
If a buyer returns a part of an order, we will recalculate the order value — this time without the returned products. If the new order value is low enough to qualify for the lower price range, we will refund you the difference.

Example:
- The order value before the return is 13,000 HUF, so the Smart! parcel fee is 920 HUF.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 4,000 HUF. The order value after the return is 9,000 HUF, and the Smart! parcel fee is 700 HUF.
- We will refund you the difference of 220 HUF (920 − 700 = 220 HUF).
Example:
- The order value before the return is 5,000 HUF, so the Smart! parcel fee is 290 HUF.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 2,500 HUF. The order value after the return is 2,500 HUF. There is no Smart! parcel fee, because this amount is below the lowest threshold.
- We will then refund you the full amount — 290 HUF.
Example:
- The order value before the return is 5,500 HUF, so the Smart! parcel fee is 290 HUF.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 1,500 HUF. The order value after the return is 4,000 HUF, and the Smart! parcel fee is 150 HUF.
- We will refund you the difference of 140 HUF (290 − 150 = 140 HUF).
What offers cannot be marked with the Smart! badge
The Smart! badge cannot be granted to offers you list on allegro.hu in the following categories:

When we will mark offers with the Smart! badge
We will mark your offers on allegro.sk with the Smart! badge if:
- the sales quality level on your account is higher than Neutral or it is at least Neutral on all of your accounts
- in your offers, you enable at least 1 courier delivery option and at least 1 delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options
- you enable at least one option with payment in advance and at least one option with payment on delivery in your offers
- you provide an address for returns in Poland, Czechia, or Slovakia in your offers
- in the Delivery Settings tab, you provide prices in the required ranges for the options you enable
- you list offers in categories that allow them to be marked with the Smart! badge Check the list of categories in which offers cannot be Smart!
When you do not need to meet all requirements
- If you sell products that cannot be put in a parcel locker or delivered to a pick-up point — for example, due to their size or weight. If you list offers with such products and you do not add delivery to a pick-up point and/or a parcel locker, but you meet other conditions — we will mark your offers with the Smart! badge.
- If you sell custom-made products. If you list offers with such products, you do not need to enable payment on delivery options in them.

For the first parcel in an order worth 34.50 EUR or more, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you a fee for an order from the range from 23 to 34.49 EUR. This does not apply to orders from the ranges up to 34.49 EUR. In the case of orders from that order value range, you will pay the same for each subsequent parcel from the order.
When buyers make a Smart! purchase On allegro.sk, buyers can get free delivery and returns within Allegro Smart! if:
- they have an active Allegro Smart! membership on their accounts
- they shop from a single seller for a minimum of:
- 12.90 EUR — for deliveries to pick-up points and parcel lockers
- 21.90 EUR — for courier deliveries
- the delivery cost from one seller does not exceed 50 EUR.
When you will be refunded for Smart! parcel fees
If your customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (they report the return through the return form on their Allegro account and dispatch it with a return option available in Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund you the fee for delivery of the Smart! parcel. You do not have to apply to get a refund.
Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You can see it as a discount in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund you the fee once the status of the return parcel says that you have either collected it or refunded the order cost.
If a buyer returns a part of an order, we will recalculate the order value — this time without the returned products. If the new order value is low enough to qualify for the lower price range, we will refund you the difference.

- The order value before the return was 37 EUR, and the Smart! parcel fee was 2.39 EUR.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 10 EUR. The order value after the return is 27 EUR, and the Smart! parcel fee is 1.79 EUR.
- We will refund you the difference of 0.60 EUR (2.39 − 1.79 = 0.60 EUR).
Example:
- The order value before the return was 12 EUR, and the Smart! parcel fee was 0.79 EUR.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 6 EUR. The order value after the return is 6 EUR. There is no Smart! parcel fee, because this amount is below the lowest threshold.
- We will then refund you the full amount — 0.79 EUR.
Example:
- The order value before the return was 14 EUR, and the Smart! parcel fee was 0.79 EUR.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 5 EUR. The order value after the return is 9 EUR, and the Smart! parcel fee is 0.39 EUR.
- We will refund you the difference of 0.40 EUR (0.79 − 0.39 = 0.40 EUR).

Your offers can also be Smart! on allegro.cz. Just like on allegro.pl, we will mark your offers with Smart! badge if you meet specified requirements. However, conditions on allegro.cz will differ from those on allegro.pl. We have adapted them to the needs of Czech customers — to make offers with Smart! badge even more appealing to them.
When we will mark offers with Smart! badge
We will mark your offers on allegro.cz with Smart! badge if:
- you enable in your offers the following delivery options:
- the sales quality level on your account is higher than Neutral, or it is at least Neutral on all of your accounts
- you enable at least 1 courier delivery option in your offers and at least 1 delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker
- you enable at least one option with payment in advance and at least one option with payment on delivery in your offers
- you provide an address for returns in Poland or Czechia in your offers
- in the Delivery Settings tab, you provide prices in the required ranges for options you enable.
When you do not need to all conditions
- If you sell products that cannot be dispatched with the Allegro International Czechia delivery options or do not fit into a parcel locker or a pick-up point — for example, due to their size or weight. If you list offers with such products and do not enable delivery with Allegro International Czechia or delivery to a pick-up point and/or a parcel locker — you do not need to meet those requirements. We will mark your offers with Smart! badge if you meet the conditions regarding sales quality and return address.
- If you sell custom-made products. If you list offers with such products, you do not need to enable payment on delivery options in them.

How we settle Allegro Smart! parcels
Buyers who place an order within Allegro Smart! do not pay for delivery. That means you will receive:
only payment for the purchase — if they paid in advance or
payment for the purchase and additional fee for the payment on delivery option:
- 29 CZK — for deliveries to pick-up points and parcel lockers (except for DPD delivery options)
- 39 CZK — for courier deliveries and all DPD delivery options.
We split the delivery cost of such orders between you and us. We charge fees depending on the order value. We take into account 5 thresholds of order value:

- in the case of courier delivery and all DPD delivery options — 39 CZK (apart from the payment for your purchase, you will receive from the buyer an additional 39 CZK for that option).
When you will be refunded for Smart! parcel fees
If your customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (they report the return through the return form on their Allegro account and dispatch it with a return option available in Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund you the fee for delivery of the Smart! parcel. You do not have to apply to get a refund.
Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You can see it as a discount in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund you the fee once the status of the return parcel says that you have either collected it or refunded the order cost.
If a buyer returns a part of an order, we will recalculate the order value — this time without the returned products. If the new order value is low enough to qualify for the lower price range, we will refund you the difference.

Example:
- The order value before the return was 500 CZK, and the Smart! parcel fee was 29.19 CZK.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 200 CZK. The order value after the return is 300 CZK, and the Smart! parcel fee is 18.09 CZK.
- We will refund you the difference of 11.10 CZK (29.19 − 18.09 = 11.10 CZK).
Example:
- The order value before the return was 299 CZK, and the Smart! parcel fee was 9.39 CZK.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 189 CZK. The order value after the return is 110 CZK. There is no Smart! parcel fee, because this amount is below the lowest threshold.
- We will then refund you the full amount — 9.39 CZK.
Example:
- The order value before the return was 300 CZK, and the Smart! parcel fee was 18.09 CZK.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 50 CZK. The order value after the return is 250 CZK, and the Smart! parcel fee is 9.39 CZK.
- We will refund you the difference of 8.70 CZK (18.09 − 9.39 = 8.70 CZK).
