I ship parcels from abroad. How to mark my offers with the Allegro Smart! badge
If you dispatch parcels from Germany, France, the Netherlands, or Czechia, we will mark your offers with the Allegro Smart! badge when you enable the appropriate delivery options and meet the remaining conditions.
What Allegro Smart! is
Allegro Smart! is a service that offers buyers, among other things, unlimited courier deliveries and deliveries to thousands of parcel lockers and pick-up points as well as free returns of Allegro Smart! parcels. Learn more.
Delivery to Poland from Germany, France, or the Netherlands
We will mark your offers with the Allegro Smart! badge if you enable at least one DPD, UPS, or DHL courier delivery option. Take advantage of your existing agreements with the carriers, or contact them to enter into agreement:
- DPD in Germany
- UPS in Germany
- DHL in Germany
- DPD in France
- UPS in France
- DPD in the Netherlands
- UPS in the Netherlands
- DHL in the Netherlands.
You will settle the delivery costs directly with DPD, UPS, or DHL, based on the rates stipulated in your agreement.
If you have entered into agreement with DPD, UPS, or DHL, enable at least one of the following delivery options in your delivery price lists and set the delivery price from 0.00 PLN to 24.99 PLN. If you set the price outside this range, the Allegro Smart! delivery will not be available. The available delivery options are:
- DPD Courier dispatch from Germany
- DPD Courier dispatch from France
- DPD Courier dispatch from the Netherlands
- UPS Courier dispatch from Germany
- UPS Courier dispatch from France
- UPS Courier dispatch from the Netherlands
- DHL Courier dispatch from Germany
- DHL Courier dispatch from the Netherlands.
We will grant you 6 PLN for every Allegro Smart! parcel delivered by those carriers.
Buyers without Allegro Smart! will pay for each parcel according to your price list.
Set your price lists in such a way that the delivery cost of multiple products does not exceed 100 PLN. Otherwise, the delivery will not be carried out within Allegro Smart!
Buyers will benefit from Allegro Smart! courier delivery if the total purchase value from one seller is equal to or higher than the minimum order value — 65 PLN.
Delivery to Poland from Czechia or Slovakia
We will mark your offers with the Allegro Smart! badge if you enable the following delivery options:
- Allegro DPD Courier Poland and
- Allegro DPD Pickup Poland.
You will settle those delivery options within Allegro Standard. Check the details below.

We add a POD service fee of 4.99 PLN to the Allegro Smart! delivery fee for the Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery option.
Enable free returns for your customers
Allegro Smart! also means free returns. Add a returns policy to your offers and stipulate that you cover the costs of a returned parcel. Its recipient should be based in Poland, Germany, Czechia, France or the Netherlands.
- If you handle returns in Germany, Czechia, France or the Netherlands — you cover the returns costs. Provide a return label in every parcel or be ready to send one to your customers upon request.
- If you handle returns in Poland — we cover the returns costs. A buyer can generate a return label themselves, and ship the item back to you via DPD or Poczta Polska.
Free returns will also be available to your customers without Allegro Smart!
When you will be refunded for Smart! parcel fees
If your customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (they report the return through the return form on their Allegro account and dispatch it with a return option available in Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund you the fee for delivery of the Smart! parcel. You do not have to apply to get a refund.
Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You can see it as a discount in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund you the fee once the status of the return parcel says that you have either collected it or refunded the order cost.
If a buyer returns a part of an order, we will recalculate the order value — this time without the returned products. If the new order value is low enough to qualify for the lower price range, we will refund you the difference.

Example:
- The order value before the return was 130 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 9.09 PLN.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 40 PLN. The order value after the return is 90 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee is 5.79 PLN.
- We will refund you the difference of 3.30 PLN (9.09 PLN - 5.79 PLN = 3.30 PLN).
Example:
- The order value before the return was 50 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 3.99 PLN.
- The buyer returns products worth 25 PLN. The order value after the return is 25 PLN. There is no Smart! parcel fee because the order value is below the lowest threshold.
- We will refund you the full fee amount of 3.99 PLN.
Example:
- The order value before the return was 50 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 3.99 PLN.
- The buyer returns products worth 10 PLN. The order value after the return is 40 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee is 1.99 PLN.
- We will refund you the difference of 2 PLN (3.99 PLN - 1.99 PLN = 2 PLN).
Ensure the highest sales and customer service quality
You can get the Smart! badge if you meet at least one of the following conditions:
- the sales quality level on your account is higher than Neutral or at least Neutral on all of your accounts or
- you have gained at least 5 unique positive transaction ratings (thumbs up) in the last 12 months and your average sales rating is at least 98% or
- you are a Super Seller.
Apart from that:
- make sure that the buyers' email addresses are correctly handled in your sales management system and forwarded to the logistics company — learn more
- pay your Allegro fees on time
- make sure that your offers comply with the Allegro Terms & Conditions and do not offer buyers transactions outside Allegro.
Provide your customers with tracking numbers
Buyers like tracking their orders. Most of them declare they consider keeping track of their parcel status crucial. If you want your offers to be Smart!, provide tracking numbers in at least 50% of all orders. However, you should consider providing a tracking number to every parcel — this way you can reduce the number of questions about their statuses. Learn more.
