We have added a new pricing rule: Lowest price on the market
You can already use the new rule and set it in your offers. You will also create your own pricing rules based on Lowest price on the market.
The rules in the Automatic Pricing tab make managing offers easier. Before, you could use the Price Converter and Lowest price on Allegro pricing rules. Now, we have added another rule — based on the Lowest price on the market.
How the new rule works
The Lowest price on the market pricing rule uses the mechanisms you already know from the Best Price Guarantee badge. We compare the price of the product with other offers — not only on Allegro, but also in selected online stores. When you enable this rule in your offer, we will automatically adjust the price to the current lowest price of a given product.
Just like in the case of pricing rules based on Lowest price on Allegro, you will need to provide a price range. We will use it to automatically adjust the prices in your offers — only within the range you consider safe.
What you can gain
Offers linked to the Lowest price on the market pricing rule can get the Best Price Guarantee more easily. But there is more! They also have a higher chance to get the Top Offer status. This is an opportunity to have sales up to 5 times higher than other offers with that product.
Adjust the new rule to your needs
Just like in the case of other pricing rules, you can create your own rules based on Lowest price on the market. During the update, this will also allow us to add or deduct the percentage of the price you have set. Check how it works.
