Allegro International Czechia — parcel packing and forbidden products
When packing a parcel, you need to remember about a few basic rules. They will help you make sure that the parcels your customers get are intact.

- Do not ship forbidden products.
- Adjust the packaging to the value and type of the product you ship. Make sure it is packed securely, especially if it is of high value.
- Adjust the packaging to the product size. Make sure it does not move inside the packaging. You can fill empty spaces with cardboard, bubble wrap, or special airbags.
- Ship cuboid-shaped parcels. Parcels with irregular shapes or protruding elements are more prone to damage.
Products you ship with Allegro International Czechia must come in the original and sealed packaging that protects the product from:
- spilling or leaking
- accessing its content freely
- opening without visible signs on the packaging
- mechanical damage and free movement of the product inside the packaging
- dirt.
A parcel should be cuboid-shaped — you must not ship parcels:
- with irregular shapes
- with protruding elements
- packed in metal or wooden shipping containers.
You should stick the shipping label on the parcel's visible side — it should be in whole, not folded. Stick the label in a way that protects it from removal or accidental tearing.
How to prepare shipping labels
Printing the shipping label
You can print the shipping label in the Ship with Allegro form or the Ordered parcels tab. Depending on the printer, select the file format in the Label printing — Ship with Allegro settings:
- ZPL
- PDF and the paper size: A4 or A6.
The shipping label has to be clear and contrasting and cannot contain white parts or elements that do not stand out from the white background.

Forbidden products
You must not ship forbidden products.
You cannot ship, for example:
- products obtained illegally
- money, securities, or other payment instruments
- valuables, such as jewelry, works of art, antiques, numismatics, etc.
- weapons whose purchase and possession require a permit, a registration, or a registration card, under Polish law
- ammunition, except for blank ammunition with a caliber of up to 6 mm
- chemically and biologically active items
- agents that are explosive, inflammable, oxidizing, irritating, caustic, sensitizing, cancerous, mutagenic, or harming fertility and that may pose a threat to human health or life, or cause property damage to the logistics company
- other items whose features may pose a threat to health or life upon contact with them, or that may damage other parcels
- narcotics, psychotropic substances, or so-called designer drugs
- products with short shelf-life
- products that require special transport conditions (including products that smell or leak)
- dead or live animals and plants
- human corpses, human or animal organs.
