Allegro DHL Courier with dispatch abroad from Poland

Our international delivery option is carried out via the DHL carrier as part of the options settled within Allegro Standard. It allows you to dispatch products from Poland to 23 EU countries quickly and conveniently.

We want you to reach groups of customers in Poland and abroad. Allegro DHL Courier with dispatch abroad from Poland gives you the possibility to dispatch parcels abroad as quickly and conveniently as within Poland

How to enable the Allegro DHL Courier with dispatch abroad from Poland

If you add at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell to the shipping price list and link your offers to it — we will automatically treat them as already submitted for sharing in a foreign marketplace.

Go to your shipping price lists in the Delivery Settings tab and select dispatch from: Poland and [to Czechia]. Next, go to the Settlements with Allegro section and check the Allegro DHL Courier delivery option.

Once you enable that delivery option, we will enable shipping to Czechia and Slovakia in your offers by default. If you want to dispatch products to more countries than Czechia and Slovakia, select them from the list.

You can also add Allegro DHL Courier with abroad from Poland to multiple price lists simultaneously. Just click this button:

Buyers will see information about dispatch abroad:

• in filters to the left of the list of offers
• on the offer page — in Delivery details.

The name of the delivery option we will display is, for example, DHL Netherlands.

What countries you can enable international shipping to

In May 2023, we launched a new sales domain in Czechia, which is the result of Allegro's integration with the Mall Group and the effect of our group's long-standing international expansion. We want to introduce you to the Czech and Slovak marketplaces and encourage you to enable international shipping to those countries.

The DHL courier delivery from Poland to Czechia and Slovakia is always available. You can decide which of the other 21 countries of the European Union you want to dispatch your parcels to.

Each country has a designated delivery option name. Only their names differ, for example, Allegro DHL Courier Germany or Allegro DHL Courier Netherlands.

In case of delivery to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden, the courier will not deliver parcels to the buyer's address, but to the nearest DHL or partner pick-up point.

For selected countries, we have excluded some areas ― such as high mountain ranges or islands ― that are hard to reach for couriers. That is why we have disabled selected postal codes corresponding to those areas. It means that buyers cannot order delivery and you cannot dispatch parcels there.

How to enable shipping to Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary

You can enable the Allegro DHL Courier Czechia, Allegro DHL Courier Slovakia, and Allegro DHL Courier Hungary delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and:

• on allegro.cz — the Allegro DHL Courier Czechia delivery option
• on allegro.sk — the Allegro DHL Courier Slovakia delivery option
• on allegro.hu — the Allegro DHL Courier Hungary delivery option.

In the shipping price lists, there is a field where you need to provide the delivery price in the currency of a given marketplace — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. It cannot be left empty.

If you withdraw your offers from sharing in the foreign marketplace, we will not display this price to your buyers. You can enter your own delivery price or leave the one we suggest.

Buyers on allegro.pl will see the prices in PLN, and buyers in foreign marketplaces, for example, in CZK or EUR (if you share your offers there).

You can also add the payment on delivery option to the Allegro DHL Courier Czechia and Allegro DHL Courier Slovakia delivery options you enable in foreign marketplaces. However, you cannot enable this payment method in offers on allegro.pl.

Settlement model

You will settle Allegro DHL Courier with dispatch abroad within Allegro Standard — directly with us and for attractive rates. You will pay for parcels dispatched with that delivery option and for additional services within your invoice from Allegro.

Each time, we add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.

To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel, select:

• Allegro agreement (for example, Allegro DHL Courier Czechia) if you use Ship with Allegro

or

• Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external systems, like Baselinker or Sello.

How much you will pay for Allegro DHL Courier international parcels

Types of service fees for Allegro DHL Courier with dispatch abroad:

• basic service fee ― applies to parcels up to 10 kg. It is a fixed fee for a given destination country, covered by the buyer,
• additional service fee ― applies to parcels between 10 and 20 kg, or between 20 and 31.5 kg. The seller covers the additional service cost ― the buyer pays the price for the basic service that the seller sets in the shipping price list.

Allegro Smart! parcel settlements

We will charge a fee of 39 CZK for Allegro Smart! parcels with the payment on delivery option. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also get 39 CZK for the payment on delivery service from the buyer.

We will charge a fee of 0.99 EUR for Allegro Smart! parcels with the payment on delivery option. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also get 0.99 EUR for the payment on delivery service from the buyer.

How much you will pay for parcels on allegro.hu

Maximum parcel dimensions and weight

The maximum dimensions and weight of parcels you can dispatch abroad with the Allegro DHL Courier:

• basic weight (dimensional or actual weight) — 10 kg
• length of the longest side of the parcel — 120 cm
• width — 60 cm
• height — 60 cm
• sum of sides (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) = 360 cm.

Parcel weight is calculated according to:

• actual weight — how much the parcel weighs when placed on a scale or
• dimensional weight — related to the size of your parcel. We calculate it with the following formula: [length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)] / 4,000.

We always consider the higher value for settlements.

Surcharges specified in the price list apply to parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight). The maximum parcel weight you can declare in the Ship with Allegro dispatch form is 31.5 kg.

How to dispatch a parcel

You can order parcels with Allegro DHL Courier in the Ship with Allegro tool. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader.

Accessing Ship with Allegro is free of charge. You do not need to take any extra steps to use it. It is pretty simple — you can move from your Allegro account to Ship with Allegro in just two clicks.

Go to the Orders tab in My Allegro and click [dispatch parcel] for the selected order with the Allegro DHL Courier — dispatch abroad from Poland. We will redirect you to the Ship with Allegro dispatch form for that order.

If the buyer asks you to change the delivery address, you can do it while dispatching the parcel. However, you cannot change the delivery option — for example, switch between delivery to the buyer's doorstep and delivery to a pick-up point.

If you dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro and enter a value other than 0 PLN in the Insurance value field — we will charge you an additional insurance fee. It also applies if you dispatch parcels through the API.

If you want to take advantage of the insurance included in the price — leave 0.00 PLN in the Insurance value field. It is a default value and you do not need to change it. If you do that, the parcel will be automatically insured under the carrier's liability — up to the amount specified in the DHL General Conditions of Carriage (available only in Polish).

If the value of your parcel exceeds the value specified in DHL General Conditions of Carriage and you want to benefit from additional insurance — in the Insurance value field, enter the amount you want to insure the parcel for. We will charge you an additional fee according to the price list.

You can order a courier pick-up for your parcel. The courier will collect the parcel at the address you provide in the dispatch form. We make this option available within the basic service — which means it is free of charge.

Generating a label does not mean you have ordered a courier pick-up. Remember to order a pick-up if you want the courier to collect your parcels.

Fixed pick-ups

If you want to order fixed pick-ups, complete this form (available in Polish) and send it to allegro@dhl.com. Provide your Allegro login in the email.

Fixed pick-ups will only start after you have received a reply and confirmation. Before they start, you can:

• dispatch parcels free of charge at the DHL POP parcel service point

or

• order one-time courier pick-ups.

How to set the same-day dispatch time

The same-day dispatch time is the time by which the buyer must place their order and pay for it if they want the parcel to be dispatched on the same day.

You can set it in the Delivery settings tab — in the Ordering time settings section:

Complaints

You can file a complaint in two ways:

• directly with DHL— in the case of damage or loss of the parcel.

Make sure to include our power of attorney when filing such a complaint — if it refers to an order placed on allegro.pl. You can find it in the Delivery Settings tab. All you need to do is click All you need to do is click [Pobierz pełnomocnictwo] at the bottom of the page. This option is only available if you select Polish in your account location settings.

If you want to file a complaint for an order from allegro.cz, you do not need our power of attorney.

• through Allegro, when the complaint concerns deliveries, you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without a contract with the carrier.

In that case, contact us (via chat, email, or phone) to file a complaint concerning:

• the delivery service fee
• fees for additional services
• damage or loss of the parcel.

If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to be improperly charged — the carrier sends us a correction we will later add to your account. If the complaint is related to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account you provide.

Parcel returns

If the buyer does not collect their parcel or the courier does not find the recipient at the indicated address, the parcel will be sent back to you at your expense.

You will pay the following fee for returning an uncollected parcel:

• 16.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl (regardless of the country of delivery)
• 99 CZK* — for purchases made on allegro.cz
• 3.49 EUR* — for purchases made on allegro.sk
• 1,400 HUF* — for purchases made on allegro.hu.

If the parcel is heavier than 10 kg, we will charge you the additional service fee according to the price list.

If the buyer collects the parcel and decides to return it, they should arrange the return of the product at their own expense. You will not be charged any additional fees.
