Check whether particular legal obligations apply to you
Some countries apply more restrictive local laws in addition to European regulations. Before you start selling, make sure that you meet all the legal requirements that apply to you. Go to our legal guide and check the tips we have prepared.
Link your shipping price list to offers
Make sure that the shipping price lists you prepared are linked to the offers you want to share in the foreign marketplace — if they are, we will automatically consider them as submitted for sharing in a given marketplace.
Check your prices in foreign currencies
In the offers submitted for sharing, we will set the pricing rule to Price Converter by default. You can also edit prices — in the My Assortment tab, listing form, or through the API.
Adjust the terms of complaints, returns, and warranty information
Set the returns terms to apply to all the marketplaces you sell in. We will translate them into other languages automatically. You can also use the automatic translations of complaints terms and warranties. Verify and, if necessary, correct such translations.
Make sure that product labels, manuals, and invoices are understandable to buyers
If you ship products to foreign customers, make sure you provide labels and manuals in their language. In addition, make sure to issue invoices in the correct language and currency. That way, buyers will process them easily and you can avoid numerous post-purchase inquiries.

If you manage offers through the API
If you use an app that connects to Allegro through the API, you can also use it to manage your sales in foreign marketplaces. You can use the Ship with Allegro API to dispatch parcels for orders placed by customers in the additional marketplaces. Contact your app provider and check whether it is ready for such operations.
Learn more about new markets
- Czech sellers are cautious when it comes to sharing their data. They frequently make purchases without creating accounts. On allegro.cz, we make it possible — we provide the option to buy without registration (as a guest). You can process a purchase made that way just like any other.
- Another thing that Czech buyers are fond of is payment on delivery. Our research shows that up to 88% of all buyers from Czechia take advantage of that option — and for almost 40%, this is a preferable option (compared to only 6% in Poland). The lack of the payment on delivery option may discourage as many as 20% of potential customers. It is worth mentioning that Czechs like to pay on delivery with both cash and card — even if they use parcel lockers!
- Slovaks became familiar with Allegro even before the launch of allegro.sk! Research carried out by Perfect Crowd shows that 42% of the surveyed Slovaks recognize our brand. What is more, 82% declare they are eager to use our platform, while 79% would like to shop with us.
- Slovak buyers, just like Czechs, frequently shop without registering. As we do not want to discourage Slovak buyers who are used to this option, buying without registration will be possible on allegro.sk. You will handle orders from unregistered buyers just like any others.
- While many retailers remain quite popular with Hungarian online buyers, the largest share of the country's e-commerce market is held by a local marketplace-type platform.
- The currency of Hungary is the forint. According to an average exchange rate, 1 PLN equals around 90 HUF, and 1 EUR — around 390 HUF. That is why the prices in Hungarian stores are often in the tens or even hundreds of thousands.
- The Hungarian equivalent of the grosz is the filler. However, the filler was withdrawn from official circulation in 1999, and since 2008, 5 HUF has been the lowest denomination coin. That is why, on Allegro we round all prices in forints — those determined by the Price Converter and those set manually — to the multiple of 5 HUF. This makes them compatible with market standards and denominations available for that currency.
Good to know
Yes — but you do not need to! You can manage your sales in all marketplaces, including the international ones, from one account. You can do it using the tabs you are already familiar with and in your preferred language.
If you want to create an account on one of the Allegro foreign domains — remember that our additional marketplaces are available only in the language of a given country. It means that, for example, if you create an account on allegro.cz you, will manage it in Czech.
Enable delivery options to a given country. Start with preparing your shipping price lists — add the delivery options from Poland to the country where you want to sell products.
Link the shipping price lists to the offers you want to share. We will automatically consider such offers as submitted for sharing in a given marketplace. If those offers meet the requirements — customers from a given marketplace will be able to purchase in them.
Check the price in the currency of a given marketplace. We set the pricing rule to Price Converter by default. You can edit prices in the My Assortment tab, listing form, of through the API.
Verify the translation. We can automatically add the translation of your offer into the language of a given marketplace — you just need to verify it. You can also translate the offer on your own.
You want to learn what the process looks like step by step? Check a detailed instruction.
Yes. In Allegro Analytics, you can check your sales statistics for each marketplace separately. To see data for a specific country, select it at the top of the page.
We display sales reports from the moment Allegro launched in a given marketplace. It means that at the beginning we may have a limited amount of data.
You can offer international delivery to your customers quickly, conveniently, and without extra paperwork.
Customers from other countries trust their local carriers — that is why we cooperate with them. All you need to do is add the appropriate delivery options to your shipping price lists and link them to the offers you want to share. You will take advantage of attractive prices of carriers that your customers know and like. You will dispatch parcels conveniently through Ship with Allegro.
If you want us to fully take care of handling and dispatching your orders, we can do it for you within One Fulfillment by Allegro.
Add delivery options to your shipping price lists
Go to the Delivery Settings tab, and then to the Shipping price lists section. In that section, you can edit an existing shipping price list or add a new one that contains delivery abroad.
Select the delivery options to that country — we will submit your offers for sharing in a given marketplace automatically. Then, set the delivery prices: in the currency of a given marketplace and PLN. You can do it using the Currency calculator.

One method, three delivery options!
Allegro International Czechia is a delivery option from Poland to Czechia, allowing you to enable courier delivery, delivery to pick-up points, and parcel lockers simultaneously.
Within the Allegro International Czechia delivery option, we handle parcels in cooperation with the following carriers:
- InPost — is responsible for collecting parcels from sellers in Poland
- WE|DO — delivers parcels to customers in Czechia in the way they selected.
Why dispatching parcels with Allegro International Czechia is a good idea
- You can dispatch parcels in a fast and easy way — during a scheduled InPost courier pick-up, at a Paczkomat parcel locker, or ParcelPoint.
- You can take advantage of the cheapest courier delivery option to Czechia — the fee for dispatching a parcel up to 30 kg with Allegro International Courier Czechia is only 18.99 PLN on allegro.pl and 99 CZK on allegro.cz.
- You can offer fast delivery with minimum formalities — parcels reach customers in Czechia within 2 to 3 working days. You do not need to conclude an agreement with any carrier.
You do not want to handle the logistic aspect of selling abroad? Join One Fulfillment and leave it to us!
In One Fulfillment by Allegro, we manage orders for you and deliver them to your customers quickly and conveniently. Your products are safely stored in our warehouse. We dispatch them to buyers on the day of purchase or within 24 hours at the latest. Check how to join the service.
When a foreign customer wants to return a purchase
No worries! In the Allegro foreign marketplaces — just like on allegro.pl — you can set the terms of returns and hold money for that purpose. Our special promotion will allow you to avoid the cost of returning POD deliveries that are not collected by Czech customers.
We have the general Allegro returns policy available to buyers in each marketplace. If you sell in several marketplaces, you are obliged to follow the returns policy of each of them. Check the key principles and differences.
You can link each of your offers only to one version of returns terms. The terms you add to an offer will apply in each of the marketplaces. We translate automatically into the appropriate language.
In certain cases, we will automatically refund the buyer after they cancel the order or withdraw from the agreement. You can also use the automatic refund mechanism yourself. Check how it works.
If you do not have funds in a particular currency and the buyer reports a return, top up your balance in the Funds and Operations History tab with that amount for the specific return. This way, we will immediately transfer the money paid in this currency to the return for a specific customer.
Promotion: return of uncollected parcels from Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary for 1 PLN!
You worry that the buyer will not collect the order and you will have to pay for sending it back? We cover the costs of returning parcels uncollected by buyers. If the customer does not collect the order made on allegro.cz, allegro.sk, or allegro.hu and the parcel is returned to you, you will pay only a symbolic amount equal for each such return — 5 CZK, 0.25 EUR, or 90 HUF, which equals 1 PLN.
The promotion concerns delivery options you settle directly with us. For more details, check the promotion Terms & Conditions: on allegro.cz, on allegro.sk, and on allegro.hu.
Your shipping price lists with international delivery options are ready?
All you need to do is link them to your offers. We will automatically submit those offers for sharing in the foreign marketplaces.
You do not need to list new offers or register an extra account. You can use the assortment you have already on allegro.pl.
You can find the offers you shared with the pricing rule set to Price Converter in the My Assortment tab. You can easily filter offers by the marketplace and edit them individually or in bulk. You can, for example, change their prices in the sales currency.
You manage everything in your language and in tabs you are familiar with. We have adjusted our tools so that your orders and all the necessary features are available in their usual places — regardless of the marketplace.
- you list it on a business account
- you list it on an account with at least Neutral sales quality level
- it comes in the buy now format (it is not an auction or a classified ad)
- it is linked to the Allegro Product Catalog
- you list it in a category that is available in a particular Allegro foreign marketplace
- it is not a charity offer
- it is not a b2b offer
- it does not contain products forbidden for sale in a given country
Make sure your offers meet those requirements once you link them to proper shipping price lists. If your offers do not meet some requirements — we will inform you what you should change.
Check the details — learn in what other situations we check whether an offer meets those requirements and how to share an offer step by step.
Tools made to manage markets
Currency Converter
You can find the Currency Converter in the Payout Settings and Funds and Operations history tabs. Take advantage of it and conveniently exchange money from buyers into another currency when you withdraw it to your account.
You can withdraw money from sales in a selected currency to an active bank account for payouts. That way, you can avoid paying additional currency conversion costs or bank fees.

Automatic pricing
In the Automatic Pricing tab, you can set the pricing rules we will use to update prices in the offers you selected. You can choose between three types of pricing rules: Lowest price on Allegro, Lowest price on the market, and Price Converter. You can also create your own rules based on each type to add or deduct the selected price percentage before each conversion.
Lowest price on Allegro
The Lowest price on Allegro pricing rule adjusts the product price in your offer to make it stand out among other offers of the same product on our platform. We only compare the offers that meet certain criteria, including those related to the offer quality.
Your price will change automatically but it will never exceed the range you set. That way, you can instantly react to changing market trends and stay confident that you will always get enough money for a given product.
Lowest price on the market
The Lowest price on the market pricing rule works similarly to Lowest price on Allegro — but considers offers outside our platform as well! We compare the prices of a given product both on Allegro and in other online stores.
For this rule, you also set a safe price range yourself. We will update your offer only within that range. To determine the lowest price on the market, we use the mechanisms you may already know from the Best Price Guarantee badge. If you enable that rule in your offer, you have a higher chance of getting that badge.
Price Converter
Use the default Price Converter pricing rule or your own rules based on the Price Converter to convert prices in PLN according to the current exchange rate.
When you change the price of such an offer in PLN, we will convert it in the foreign marketplace — according to your rule! You can also update prices in several offers with one click in the My Assortment tab.
If you want to have the prices in your offers automatically converted — use the Automatic Price Converter.

Translating offers and correspondence
Check how to communicate with new customers smoothly, even if you cannot speak their language. You can count on us!
Each of the Allegro foreign marketplaces is available only in a language spoken in a given country. However, you can still manage your offers in the language you usually use on Allegro.
When you link an offer to a shipping price list that contains the delivery options to the country where you want to sell products — we will automatically translate its title, description, and parameters into the appropriate language. You can always correct those translations or add your own. We will also help you translate the terms of returns and complaints as well as warranty information.
The buyer messaged you in a language you do not speak? Click [translate] in the Message Center to see the automatic translation into your preferred language. We will also help you translate messages from buyers in the Orders tab and in Discussions.
We send the most important messages about orders for you in the buyer's language — for example, those about the purchase or delivery of the parcel. You use external tools and send your automatic notifications to buyers? Make sure you have them in the appropriate language version. If not — we will translate them automatically.

New functions in the tools you are already familiar with
Allegro Product Catalog
The foreign marketplaces are fully based on the data from the Product Catalog. That is why, all the offers you share from allegro.pl should be linked to products from the Catalog. Otherwise, they will not be visible to buyers.
In foreign marketplaces, we display to buyers a list of products by default. The promotion options are not available in the foreign marketplaces. Consequently, the buyers will not see promoted products or offers. That means we will also change the way we choose Top offers.
When we notice that an offer is incorrectly linked to the Catalog — we will unlink it and your offer will no longer meet the requirements for sharing in foreign marketplaces.
My Assortment
In the My Assortment tab, you can manage offers in multiple marketplaces — individually or in bulk. You can easily enter or change the price in a foreign currency or edit the translation.
You can use filters to browse offers by their sales marketplace, sharing status, and other parameters. In the Markets tab, you can easily manage your offers — in several marketplaces at the same time.
If you do not usually use the My Assortment tab, you can edit and share offers also through the API, listing form, or directly in shipping price lists.
Financial tools
Those are, among others, Settlements with Allegro, Payout Settings, or Funds & Operations history tab. Once you start selling in the foreign marketplaces, in each of those tabs, you will see separate sections for settlements in the currencies of your marketplaces.
Payments from buyers and fees for our services will be displayed in the currency of a given marketplace.
If you provide SWIFT codes, you can withdraw money in foreign currencies to your current account. The conversion rate of such a transfer depends on your bank. To avoid paying it, use our Currency Converter and pay out money in the currency you select. You can also add a maximum of three separate bank accounts for payouts in different currencies.

Fulfill orders as usual
In the Orders tab, you can find orders placed on allegro.pl and foreign marketplaces. The only difference between them is the currency in which buyers paid for them. Ship with Allegro will allow you to conveniently dispatch orders placed in any marketplace. Later on, you will find them in the Ordered parcels tab.
If you have at least one order placed in a foreign marketplace, we will display an additional filter — sales market — in the Orders tab. Next to each order, we will display additional information. You will find information about the marketplace also in the order details. Learn more about the Orders tab.
If you attach sales documents like an invoice or a manual to an order, make sure they come in an appropriate language and currency. Learn more about settlements in foreign marketplaces. Get ready to process returns effectively.
Your sales quality level and selling in foreign marketplaces
Before you start selling in foreign marketplaces
You need to have at least a Neutral sales quality level to share offers in foreign marketplaces. If you do not meet that condition:
- at the stage of offer submission — we will reject such an offer and will not display it in foreign marketplaces
- throughout the offer duration — we will withdraw your offer from additional marketplaces (if your sales quality level is below Neutral for 7 days in a row).
Each time you improve your sales quality up to at least Neutral and maintain it for at least 7 days, we will try to share the offers you submitted in the foreign marketplaces again — as long as they meet the other conditions.
If you already sell in foreign marketplaces
The scores available in the My Sales Quality tab reflect your activity in all marketplaces. We calculate points for most metrics in the same way — regardless of the marketplace you sell in. The only exceptions are the four metrics described below.
Timely responses and Average response time
In those metrics, we do not account for the response time on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Consequently, we do not count the response time on holidays — according to the holiday calendar of a given marketplace.
Recommendations from buyers and Buyer satisfaction
We grant points in those metrics depending on the marketplace where the buyer made the purchase. We calculate them in proportion to all your ratings/recommendations and add them up.

How you can boost your sales abroad
Allegro Ads
In foreign marketplaces, you can use Allegro Ads in the form of sponsored offers.
In the Allegro Ads dashboard, you can create advertising campaigns tailored to your needs. You can advertise:
- all the offers you have shared in a given marketplace
- best-sellers — your best-selling products in a given marketplace
- selected product groups — set a rule so that any new offer that meets certain criteria is advertised automatically
- any offer shared in a given marketplace — handpick and advertise the products you want to sell the most.
The Allegro Express advertising tool will automatically select for you the offers with the highest sales potential. All you need to do is specify the daily ad budget and decide whether you want to advertise in the Google network.
Campaigns and programs
If you share your offers in the foreign marketplaces, the Campaigns & Programs tab will show you campaigns dedicated to each marketplace. You just need to click the name of the selected marketplace at the top of the page.
You can use the tab to submit offers for the ongoing campaigns and to pull the offers already participating in them. You can conveniently manage campaigns in multiple marketplaces and change promotional prices in individual offers.
Campaigns that you know well from allegro.pl — such as Allegro Days and Black Week — are also held in foreign marketplaces. However, their terms may differ from the ones that apply in Poland. Check the terms of each campaign before submitting your offers.
Subscription
The Subscription gives you access to many useful features that allow you to manage sales sales effectively. Most of those features are also available in the foreign marketplaces. However, some of them are available only on allegro.pl — offer tags, Your store, and the Allegro Ads campaign planner.
If you have a Subscription on your account, you can use it in all Allegro marketplaces. It also means that when you purchase a Subscription, you are exempt from the unit transaction fee on allegro.pl and in all marketplaces.

What is the EPR?
The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a concept under which producers, importers, and distributors are given responsibility for the environmental impact of products they introduce on the market throughout the product life cycle. The EPR regulation aims to reduce waste and improve recycling rates.
Hungary
Mandatory seller's warranty (commercial warranty)
In Hungary, the commercial warranty is mandatory for certain products. The Hungarian law also specifies its duration — it depends on the product price and type. If you share offers with such products on allegro.hu, Hungarian buyers will see warranty information compliant with Hungarian regulations — we will adapt it based on the offer price and category.
We will display the altered warranty terms only on allegro.hu and will only apply them to buyers from that marketplace. Warranty terms for other marketplaces will remain the same — based on what you provide in the Warranty Information tab.
Example
- You list an offer in the Electronics category on allegro.pl. You assign to it warranty terms in which you offer a 1-year warranty as a seller.
- Later, you share the same offer on allegro.cz, allegro.sk, and allegro.hu.
- The price of that offer on allegro.hu exceeds 250,000 HUF. Based on the offer price and category, we estimate that, according to Hungarian law, the commercial warranty should be 3 years.
- As a result, buyers:
- on allegro.hu — will see in that offer information about a 3-year warranty, according to Hungarian law
- on allegro.pl — will see in that offer information about a 1-year warranty, according to what you specified in the Warranty Information tab
- on allegro.cz and allegro.sk — will see information about a 1-year warranty in that offer, according to the information from the original offer on allegro.pl.
Regulations concerning waste and packaging
If you sell products from outside Hungary directly to consumers within Hungary, your activity may be subject to the so-called green taxes. The Hungarian environmental tax system includes two main obligations:
- product fee (EPF)
- extended producer responsibility (EPR).
They both concern similar product groups — such as packaging and electronic and electrical equipment. This means that many products are subject to both obligations. Whether a particular product is subject to the green tax depends on the classification based on the customs tariff codes (CN).
Data erasure codes
Under Hungarian law, sellers are required to attach data erasure codes to certain products to ensure data safety. The buyer can use them while selling or transferring the ownership of their device to another person. This applies to the so-called durable media.
If you sell, for example, laptops, smartphones, or external drives — the buyer should receive a code for each product of that type they buy. However, on Allegro we fulfill that obligation for you — all you need to do is list your offer in the appropriate category. Learn more about those regulations.
Slovakia
On allegro.sk, you can use the tools we offer to easily sell products to Slovak customers. However, make sure you do it according to the law!
You need to get registered in the Register of producers of packaging before you start exporting to Slovakia. If you do not have a registered office in Slovakia, you can do it by appointing an authorized representative (who will, among others, enter into an agreement on your behalf with the producer responsibility organization and arrange registration in the Slovak ISOH register).
How to register?
- Check the list of producer responsibility organizations — you can contact them to inquire about the details of recommended authorized representatives and establish cooperation with them.
- If you need support with registration, complete the form and use the MLC service that will simplify the whole process — it includes services in Polish, data collection, and help with reporting and concluding an agreement with an authorized representative.
How to register?
If, in a given calendar year, you place on the Czech market packages that weigh less than 300 kg in total and your annual turnover is less than 25 million CZK, you are only obliged to:
- monitor the amount of packaging placed on the Czech market in a given year — in other words, keep internal records (so that, in the event of an inspection you can prove you do not exceed 300 kg)
- make sure your packaging meets quality requirements and standards
- if you place labels on your packaging, make sure that information about the material the packaging is made from is in line with the EU labeling regulations.
If you sell and ship to Czechia on a larger scale, meaning you place on the Czech market packaging with a total weight exceeding 300 kg and your annual turnover is more than 25 million CZK, take the course and learn about your responsibilities. However, bear in mind that you do not need to fulfill some of those responsibilities on your own — you can start a cooperation with an authorized company that will do that for you.
Good to know
- On allegro.pl and allegro.cz — rejecting a customer's complaint comes with no additional obligations.
- On allegro.sk
Following the changes in Slovak law — providing an expert's opinion while rejecting a complaint about the purchase made on allegro.sk has not been mandatory since July 1, 2024. All you need to do is inform the buyer about your decision. That change applies to purchases made after July 1, 2024. If you reject complaints that concern purchases made before July 1, 2024, you still need to provide an expert's opinion. That applies to complaints submitted up to 12 months after the purchase.
- Check whether it is allowed to sell a given product in that country. Remember that you have to comply with Appendix No. 1 to Allegro Terms & Conditions. It contains information about goods prohibited and restricted on Allegro. As a seller, you should pay particular attention to certain groups of products. Get familiar with the policy on selling a particular product to a new country, especially if you sell animal or plant-origin products, electronics, dietary supplements, or pyrotechnic products.
- Make sure you hold all the intellectual property rights necessary to introduce your product in a given country (trademarks, patents, copyrights).
- Properly prepare your products for export — prepare the labels of products you ship to a given country in your customers' language (for example, labels in Czech if you sell to Czechia). You can place them directly on the product or add them as a leaflet.
- Make sure you have entered in the necessary registers. Pay particular attention to waste and packaging regulations.
How to settle sales in the foreign marketplaces
In each of the Allegro foreign marketplaces, we use the local currency specific to a given country. The currencies of the currently available marketplaces are:
- on allegro.pl → Polish zloty (PLN)
- on allegro.cz → Czech koruna (CZK)
- on allegro.sk → euro (EUR)
- on allegro.hu → forint (HUF).
You can use them to settle both with us and buyers. We have also made available several tools that allow you to manage prices and money payouts more easily. You can use the Currency Converter to convert the money you earn at the current exchange rate for on-demand or automatic payouts. That way, you can avoid paying conversion fees charged by your bank.
Prices in foreign marketplaces
In each foreign marketplace, we present prices adapted to the standards that apply to particular currencies. We also apply those rules in the Price Converter and other settlement tools. If you try to set a price non-compliant with the standards manually — we will let you know about it and ask to change it.
Click the name of the marketplace and check how buyers from different countries use their currency — to learn how it affects your offer prices on Allegro.
- The applicable currency is the Czech koruna (CZK).
- On Allegro, we display prices in full korunas — without the haler, which is the Czech equivalent of grosz. That is why prices are always presented as whole numbers.
- While converting from other currencies into CZK, we round the result to a whole number (for example, 5.092 CZK -> 5 CZK).
- The applicable currency is the Hungarian forint (HUF).
- On Allegro, we display prices in full forints — without the filler, which is the Hungarian equivalent of the grosz. In addition, the smallest denomination of the Hungarian coin is 5 HUF. As a result, we round prices on allegro.hu to the multiple of 5 HUF — the price is always presented as a whole number ending with 0 or 5.
- While converting from other currency into forints, we start with rounding the result to a whole amount and later, to the nearest multiple of 5 HUF. We do that in accordance with the following rules:
Settlements with Allegro
For settlements with us, you will have separate sub-accounts for each marketplace, held in the respective currencies. In each marketplace, we automatically collect fees and commissions from the money that comes from your sales in that marketplace.
We will also issue separate invoices — one for each marketplace you sell in. The invoice for each marketplace will be issued in the applicable currency.
In the Settlements with Allegro tab, you can check the current balance, payments, and operations history for each currency.

Fees
In the Allegro foreign marketplaces, we charge fees for our services — just like on allegro.pl. We do that in the currency of a given marketplace. Listing an offer is free of charge. The sales commission is the only basic fee.
Sales commission
Similarly to allegro.pl, the sales commission rate in foreign marketplaces depends on the product price, category it is listed in, number of units sold, and delivery costs. Use the Fees and commission calculator to check how much you will pay in a particular case.
Promotion fees
The basic promotion options are available only on allegro.pl and that is why we have not created a price list of them in other currencies. However, Allegro Ads is available also in foreign marketplaces. Learn more.
Delivery fees
You will settle delivery fees in the currency of the marketplace in which a given order is placed. You can settle certain international delivery options directly with us. In that case, we will issue collective invoices — separately for each currency in which we charged you fees.
If the customer returns the product purchased within Smart! or fails to collect the parcel — we will refund you the Smart! parcel delivery fee.
You can find details regarding fees in all Allegro foreign marketplaces in Appendix No. 4. to the Allegro Terms & Conditions. We have gathered information about the fees on this page.

The unit transaction fee is always the equivalent of around 1 PLN. The fee is 5 CZK in the Czech marketplace, 0.22 EUR in the Slovak marketplace, and 90 HUF in the Hungarian marketplace. We charge the fee for each purchase made in an offer, independently of the number of units sold. We do not charge the fee if you have an active Subscription or you sell in the Collections subcategory.

Payments from buyers
Buyers will pay for orders and delivery in the currency that applies in a particular marketplace. You will see their payments as separate amounts in the Funds and Operations history tab — right next to payments in PLN.
If you want to sell in a selected foreign marketplace, set prices in your offers in its corresponding currency. When you do that, you will receive payment for orders in the currency of a given marketplace.
You can withdraw the funds in other currencies to your current payout account or a separate account
The conversion rate of such a transfer depends on your bank. To avoid it, use our Currency Converter and pay out money in the currency you select. You can also add separate bank accounts for payouts in different currencies.
How to withdraw money in another currency to an account held in PLN?
If you hold a bank account in PLN, you can withdraw money for sales in the foreign marketplaces:
- if you provide the SWIFT code of your account in the Payout Settings tab
- automatically, according to the schedule of payouts to a foreign bank account.
Your bank may charge an additional currency conversion fee the moment funds reach the bank account. The conversion rate depends on your bank. Learn more.
How to withdraw money in other currencies to an additional account for payouts?
- Go to the Payout Settings tab.
- Next, go to the section related to the foreign marketplace you sell in — for example, Payout Settings CZK.
- Click [add payout method].
- Verify the selected payout method according to the instructions we display.

If the account you added processes payments in the currency of that marketplace, you can avoid currency conversion costs. All you need to do is select the account number and save the settings of automatic payouts for a given currency.
If you pay out funds from allegro.hu in forints, we will transfer to you the exact amount — together with the filler, which is the Hungarian equivalent of the grosz. Whether or not you receive exactly that amount or an amount rounded to full forints — depends on your bank.
