How to choose your own PayU settings
You set PayU settings while activating this service. If you want to edit the current settings, you can do it on a dedicated page, the link to which you will find in the relevant tab.
At activating PayU, you will choose all your settings. If you [have already activated PayU for Allegro]https://help.allegro.com/sell/en/a/how-to-activate-the-payu-service-on-the-allegro-account-g0lqGbYOluk?marketplaceId=allegro-pl) and you want to change the settings, open the Payouts settings tab, and click [zmień] (change) under the bank account number. You will then open the site where you can edit your settings:
Decide on your payout method
- Automatic payouts (automatyczne) – you can choose the payouts to occur automatically, on every business day (w każdy dzień roboczy), once a week (raz w tygodniu), or once a month (raz w miesiącu). Then, select on what day of the week or month the funds are to be transferred to your bank account. A minimum payout amount is 20 PLN. When you edit the payout amount and frequency, click [aktywuj wypłaty] (activate payouts).
- Payouts on request (na żądanie) – if you want to pay out the funds whenever you want, choose the payouts on request option and click [aktywuj wypłaty] (activate payouts). Remember – you cannot order payouts on request if you have activated payouts by postal order or to the foreign bank account.
You can order payouts in the Funds & Operations History tab, by clicking [Wypłać dostępne środki] (Pay out available funds).
Choose which notifications you want to receive
You can choose to receive a monthly payment summary (miesięczne zestawienie płatności) or email notifications about each payment from the buyer (e-mail o wpłacie od kupującego) and each payout (e-mail o wypłacie). If you do not want to receive any of the above, uncheck a relevant option.
How to change the payout details
You can change the data for payouts from the Allegro Finance balance at any time. To do this, go to the relevant tab and provide the necessary data.
If you want to update your payout details, open the Payout settings tab and click [zmień] (edit). Then:
- Open the form and provide your data. They need to be the same as your bank account details to which you want to activate payouts. If you do not remember your exact bank account details, check your bank account statement.
- Make a verification transfer of 1.01 PLN from the bank account provided in the form. If you want to activate Przelewy24, along PayU, you need to make two verification transfers, one for each service provider. Przelewy24 requires you submit additional documents. The verification transfer will be entirely returned to your bank account.
- The payouts from the PSP will be on hold until they verify your data. If you want to check the verification status, open the Payout settings tab.
- When the verification is complete, we will send you an email notification (one notification per the PSP).
Remember that only the person or business whose details are provided on the Allegro account can be a payouts recipient. You cannot pay out the funds to another person’s bank account.
For security purposes, we put a one-day long payouts block after changing the bank account number.

How to activate the PayU service on the Allegro account
If you want to start withdrawing money from sales, confirm the payout details. Depending on when you have activated sales on your account, you can do it in two ways.

Sales activated after May 1, 2023
If the data you used to activate sales has not changed, you do not have to make another verification transfer. You just need to confirm the data. To do it:
- Go to the Payout Settings tab.
- Click [activate payouts].
If the data you used to activate sales has changed, enter the updated details and make a verification transfer. You will find the detailed instructions below.
Sales activated before May 1, 2023
To activate payouts, you need to confirm the data with a verification transfer.
- Go to the Payout Settings tab.
- Complete the required data:
- enter the details of the bank account to which you want to pay out money — you need to be the owner or co-owner of the bank account you provide
- select the payout method.
- Click [make a transfer].
- Select your bank from the list and make a verification transfer of 1.01 PLN. We will return it to your bank account after verifying your details.
If you fail to make a transfer, you can retry it.
You only activate the PayU service once. That means, you do not have to repeat it every time you want to pay out money. It will only be necessary if you change the payout details, for example, you enter a different account number.
In some cases, PayU may perform additional verification. In that case, the company will ask you for additional details — first name, last name, nationality, address of residence, PESEL number (Personal ID No.), or date of birth in case you do not have the PESEL number — and to provide the scanned copy of your ID. PayU will send the request by email from service@payu.com. To send the document copy securely, follow the instructions from the email.
Activation of payouts with a Revolut account
PayU accepts payouts to a foreign Revolut account, but you have to provide the address data of Revolut bank correctly.
How to activate payouts to a Revolut bank account
- In the Choose payouts section, select to a foreign bank account.
- Complete the account number — in the Country field, enter the symbol of a specific country: GB (Great Britain), LT (Lithuania), or FR (France) and enter the Revolut bank data:
- BIC/SWIFT code
- bank name
- bank address
- bank country.

How to pay out funds from Allegro Finance
You must have an active PayU wallet to pay out money from Allegro Finance. You will set everything necessary for payouts in the relevant tab.
Depending on the type of account you hold and the amount you want to pay out, you can do it in two ways. If you hold:
- a business account ― you can pay out funds from Allegro Finance only with a transfer to your bank account. Check the details.
- a regular account ― you can pay out funds with a transfer to your bank account.
Bank transfer
If you pay out funds for the first time, activate your PayU account. Provide the necessary information, set the frequency of payouts, and make a verification transfer. Your bank account details must match the details in your Allegro account.
If you have any issue paying out your funds, contact us and describe your problem thoroughly.
To order a one-time payout from Allegro Finance, go to the Funds and Operations history tab and click [withdraw available funds]. Before you do that, make sure the payout details are correct.
The bank transfer with the payout will be carried out by the end of the next business day at the latest.
Postal order
You can order payouts by postal order only to a Polish address.PayU processes them automatically on the first day of every month. The postal order delivery time is between a couple and a dozen of days. It depends on post office working hours.
To get payouts with a postal order:
- Go to the Payout Settings and click the link there.
- Select the postal order as the payout method.
- Make sure the payout address is correct.
- Determine when you want to get email notifications.
- Click [aktywuj wypłaty] (activate payouts).
- Click wypełnij formularz (complete the form).
- The form will be downloaded to your computer. Print it and sign it.Send the scan of the signed form to przekazy@payu.pl from the email address assigned to your Allegro account.
Editing settings
You can edit your payout settings any time. If you change the account details for payouts, we will suspend payouts for 1 day as a safety measure.
What if the payout fails
If you try to pay out funds to an inactive bank account (for example, if a given account has been closed), the bank will cancel your payout within a couple of days. In that case, we will automatically block Allegro Finance payouts by the time you update your bank account number for payouts. Only an Allegro employee can unblock your payouts.
How to update the bank account number for payouts
- Go to the Payout Settings. Next to the bank account, click [edit] and provide a new bank account number.
- Make a verification transfer.
- Contact us once the new bank account is successfully verified — click the [contact us] button below this article. In that case, an Allegro employee will unblock payouts from your Allegro Finance.
How to enable Przelewy24 for Allegro Finance
To receive payments from customers via Przelewy24, make a verification transfer of 1.01 PLN and fill out the relevant form.
In order to enable Przelewy24, you need to enable PayU. Then:
- If PayU has already verified you or is in the process of verification, open the Payout settings tab and click [zrób przelew] (make a transfer).
Select a bank from a list of available banks, and transfer 1.01 PLN to our bank account. We will return a bank transfer amount entirely to your bank account after verifying the transfer, within a few business days. If your bank is not on the list, select [przekaz tradycyjny] (traditional transfer), and then any account number from the list, and click [drukuj przekaz] (print a transfer order) – this is how you will get the necessary details of verification transfer. To get a refund of the amount you paid, write to us — click the [contact us] (skontaktuj się z nami) button located below this article.
- Click [uzupełnij dane osobowe] (provide personal data) and complete the identity confirmation form or attach the photos of necessary documents. Depending on the information provided at registration on Allegro, you need to submit the following documents:

You can submit up to 7 documents as PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs. BMPs, and TIFFs, up to 4MB.
The verification lasts up to 5 business days. In some cases, we may request you send additional documents. We will notify you about finishing verification via email.
Why you need to submit the documents for verification
The payment service provider is obliged to apply financial security measures (according to the Act of March 1, 2018, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing). The basic financial security measures include, among others, verification of customers' identity and identification of the beneficial owner.
