How to manage a fundraiser

Where to find fundraisers
- You can find the list of fundraisers you started in the Zbiórki (Fundraisers) tab. Note: you can access this tab only if you change language to Polish in your account settings.
- Buyers will find fundraisers of all charities present on Allegro in the Cele charytatywne (Fundraisers) list. You will find fundraisers created by your charity on its dedicated fundraiser list.
How long a fundraiser can last
A fundraiser can last up to 12 months counting from the starting date you specify. The fundraiser will automatically end early if the account it was started from loses the charity status.
You can find your charity status expiration date in the Account details tab.
Can I edit the fundraiser goal?
If no one has purchased (with the Buy now option) or bidded (in an auction) anything, you can:
- edit the title and the goal description
- add new images
- change the fundraiser duration.
If someone has already purchased or bidded in the offer, you cannot change the title or the fundraiser goal. However, you can still add new images or change the fundraiser end date.
Where to check how much money has been raised for a given fundraiser
You can find the summary of gathered funds for a given fundraiser in the Zbiórki (Fundraisers) tab.
In order to download the summary:
- select fundraisers ― you can download a summary for an unlimited number of fundraisers
- select a date range, for example, last month ― you cannot generate a summary for the current day, you can select the previous day as the latest
- click [Pobierz raport] (Download the summary).
The summary file will be automatically downloaded and saved on your computer. In the summary, you will see:
- the fundraiser name
- the amount collected in the chosen date range.
The collected amount for a given charity comes from:
- sales of items listed for charity ― both listed by the charity organization and other people who wanted to support the fundraiser
- additional donations.
How to check who listed an offer to your fundraiser goal
You can check it on the offer list of the fundraiser goal you have created.
You can list charity offers in all categories except:
- Health > Erotica
- Health > OTC Medication
- Sports and Travel > Military > Air Guns
- Sports and Travel > Military > Knives, Machetes
- Business and Services > Services
- Business and Services > Live Animals
- Automotive > Cars
- Automotive > Motorcycles and Quads
- Automotive > Machinery
- Automotive > Trailers, Semitrailers
- Automotive > Other Vehicles and Boats
- Real Estate
- Culture and Entertainment > Tickets.
If you want to provide your customer with unforgettable memories by listing, for example, a wedding photo shoot or a meet&greet with a celebrity, select the Wyjątkowe chwile (Unique moments) category.
If listing a charity offer in the category you want to choose is impossible ― this category will be grayed out.
What charity activities businesses can undertake on Allegro
Every business can do something charitable on Allegro, and its account does not have to have the status of a charity organization. Learn how it is possible. Find out how your business can support charity.
If your business or a company you work for wants to do something charitable on Allegro, a good way to help is by listing charity offers. This way, you can support fundraisers or charities of your choice.
Check the list of Charities and available fundraisers. Choose whom you want to help and list charity offers.

If you do not find a fundraiser you want to support, contact a chosen charity and negotiate the possibility of creating a new one.
A fundraiser can be started only on accounts with the Charity status.
Do not forget to promote charity offers and fundraisers on social media.
The standard charity offer duration is the same as for regular offers on Allegro. However, it cannot surpass the end of the fundraiser to which the proceeds from the offer are donated.
In some cases, you can list a charity offer for longer than 10 days ― contact us to do so.
After the fundraiser has ended, we will automatically end all active offers, including those with the relisting option.
Helping does not cost a thing. We do not charge you a listing fee or sales commission for selling in charity offers.
We charge you for additional promotion options of your offers as specified in the price list.
