We have changed the maximum dimensions of parcels dispatched with Allegro Pocztex Courier and Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point
We have changed the maximum dimensions of parcels you dispatch with two delivery options offered by Poczta Polska:

We have extended the list of protected brands
How it was before
On Allegro, you can list offers with products of protected brands if you have a business account, confirm that you know the Brand Protection Conditions, and act according to them.

We have increased the maximum weight of Allegro International Czechia parcels dispatched to parcel lockers and pick-up points — from 15 kg to 20 kg
The change applies to the following parcel locker and pick-up point delivery options:
- Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia.
The maximum weight for the Allegro International Czechia courier deliveries remains the same.

You will be able to file certain delivery complaints for Allegro Standard only with the carrier
We have facilitated the process of submitting delivery complaints for services you settle within the Allegro Standard method.
How it was before
Until now, we acted as an intermediary for submitting complaints under Allegro Standard concerning delayed, damaged, or lost parcels. This extended the waiting time for a complaint decision from the carrier to up to 60 days.
What we have changed
From August 18, you will be able to file such complaints directly with the carrier, and the response time will be shorter — up to 30 days.
How to file such a complaint
You can do it in two ways.
- Complete the new complaint form in the Sales Center. Go to the Ordered parcels tab, expand the order details, and click [File a complaint regarding delivery]. In the form, we will tell you what to attach to the complaint to have it processed quickly. We will then redirect you to the carrier's website. You can file your complaint there, according to the carrier's requirements.
- File it yourself on the website of the carrier that handled your parcel. They will receive your complaint at once and contact you directly if needed — for example, with additional questions or to request necessary documents, such as the power of attorney, photos, or a damage report.

We have updated the rules for creating product sets
What product sets are
Product sets are offers where you sell several different products or multiple units of the same product. To list such a set, make sure all products are linked to the Allegro Product Catalog.
You can list product sets if:
- you create them through this form or the API and
- you combine offers listed in the categories that we mention in this article.
What we have changed
We have clarified that you can list a product set also if it was created by the manufacturer — a manufacturer's set. Manufacturer's sets have their own GTIN (EAN code) or Manufacturer's code. You can list a manufacturer's set also outside the categories mentioned in our article.
We will be able to remove offers with sets that do not meet our rules — without having to contact the seller.

We have changed the name of Allegro Protect, updated the Privacy Protection policy and other fragments of the Terms & Conditions
We have changed the name of Allegro Protect to: Allegro Buyer Protection
We aim to increase customer awareness of the protection we provide them with during shopping. Based on consumer research, we decided to change the name to make it even clearer and more understandable for buyers in various countries. We will adapt the name for each marketplace:
- allegro.pl: Allegro Ochrona Kupujących
- allegro.cz: Allegro bezpečný nákup
- allegro.sk: Allegro bezpečný nákup
- allegro.hu: Allegro Vásárlóvédelem.
We will also change the logo to one that is more associated with comprehensive protection. There will be one logo for all marketplaces:
All the terms and benefits for our clients remain the same. We are only changing the logo and the name.

We have added to the Terms & Conditions a link to the page with DPD's instructions about the correct way of packing tires intended for dispatch with:
- Allegro DPD Courier
- Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Pickup
- Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery.
