We have changed the way we display sets containing the same products
See how we display sets in which you are selling a few units of a product in one offer.
Product sets are offers where you sell several different products or multiple units of the same product. All products in a set must be linked with the Allegro Product Catalog. A customer can buy only the entire set.
How it worked before
We displayed sets with the same product and a different unit number separately. It means that buyers saw not only many offers with the same sets, but also offers without sets with the single product on the product list.
What we have changed
We no longer display sets with a different unit number of the same product separately. We now group sets with the same product and show one set on the product list. See how we select the product representative.
It means that instead of multiple offers with the same sets, the customers will see each product:
- as an offer of a single product
- as a selected set of the same products.
Buyers will see the list of all offers of a product when:
- on the product list, they click [see X offers] next to an individual offer or a set — we will display the list of individual offers or only offers with a set accordingly
- on the product page, they click [compare X offers with this product] — for individual offers or [compare X offers with this bundle] — to display only offers with a set.
Why we have introduced this change
When we displayed the same product sets multiple times, it was difficult for customers to look up and compare offers. We have done it to make shopping easier. Because we now show only one set on the product list, customers can make their choice more easily.
What is more, your customers can quickly access the list of all offers with the same set and compare them.
