With this option, you can select the marketplace — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk) or Hungary (allegro.hu). With that, you can read articles about rules applicable to a foreign marketplace in your default language. If you want to browse articles in a different language, click here.
The My Assortment tab
In the My Assortment tab, you can easily manage your offers in several marketplaces.
The My Assortment tab is your hub for assortment management, in which you can:
- find the most important information about your offers — such as price, unit number, basic statistics, or status
- look up specific offers — using the search function, filters, or sorting
- bulk edit sales policy and complete important details about a product, such as dispatch time or safety information
- go to the buyer's view of an offer and other key tabs, such as the listing form
- share your offers in foreign marketplaces — you can easily share offers in all or selected marketplaces by bulk editing a shipping price list
- manage the offer's visibility — you can relist or terminate offers, and exclude or restore them in the foreign marketplaces
- check the offer's details — in them, you can find information like fees or the offer's participation in campaigns and programs
- use promotion options — you can enable Features or Flexible Features in offers.
How to find specific offers
You can use the search function, filters, or sorting.
How to use the search function
In the My Assortment tab, you can look up offers with by:
- title
- offer ID
- reference number
- GTIN
Brand-type parameter.
Depending on the category you sell in, that parameter may be called:
- Brand
- Publishing house
- Label
- Manufacturer.
You can also narrow down your search to a specific offer feature:
How to use filters
You can filter offers by the marketplace, status, or type. To see more filtering options, click the [more filters] icon — the three horizontal lines icon next to the search bar:
If in the market filter you choose one of the additional marketplaces, such as allegro.cz, you will see an additional section with filters called Selling on other markets.
With it, you can filter offers by their verification status and — in case of rejected offers — reasons for rejection.
You will see all available filtering options:
- category
- incomplete product details
- sets in offers
- VAT rate
- dispatch time
- shipping price list
- after-sales terms
- wholesale discount
- visibility on Allegro Business
- labels
- Allegro Prices
- promotion options
- price from–to
- number of units from–to.
At the bottom of the filter section, you can also see quick filters that will help you look up offers that are pending approval or rejected, as well as those with no sales policy.
How to save a filter set
Create your own filter set to always display the offers in the My Assortment tab in the same way. All you need to do is select filters that show the offers you want to see and click [save filters] in the upper right corner of the filter section.
How to sort offers
You can find the sorting options over the offer table. You can sort:
- by the newest
- by the price, date, number of units sold, and units in the offer
alphabetically.
What information on offers you can find in the My Assortment tab
In the tab, you can see basic information on offers like:
- offer title, ID, reference number, GTIN
- whether the offer is linked to a product from the Allegro Product Catalog
- price
- unit number in the offer
- statistics — visits and sold units from the last 30 days and all likes
- offer features — Smart! badge, Allegro Business, or promotion
- status.
How to check offer details
You can click More next to each offer that is active or has the verification status accepted.
After you do so, on the overlay on the right, you will see details of a given offer, for example:
- product that you offer in it with information on available variants
- offer type
- price of the product in the offer and the promotional price if you are taking part in a campaign or a program
- fees and commissions for a given offer
- hints on how to increase your offer visibility
- translations — different language versions of an offer.
How to see the offer from the buyer's perspective
All you need to do is click the offer title — we will display your offer's page from the buyer's perspective in a separate tab.
How to edit offers in the My Assortment tab
You can manage your offers either individually or in bulk.
How to edit a single offer
In the list, you can edit:
- title
- price
- number of units. All you need to do is click the pencil icon next to the given value:
You can also relist and terminate offers using the List (the play icon) and End (the pause icon) options.
When you click the three dots icon, you can see the remaining options available for the given offer:
- Edit — you will be redirected to the offer listing form.
- List similar — use this option if you want to list a similar product, such as a variant of the given product. When you use this option, we will create a copy of your offer and redirect you to the offer listing form.
- Translate — you will be redirected to a page where you can check and edit translations of the offer in all available languages.
- Promotion — you can choose a promotion method for the given offer.
- Product — you can check the product details, report an error in it, or change the product in the offer.
How to edit offers in bulk
When you select at least 1 offer from the list, you will see a green bar with options at the bottom of the page. They will allow you to manage your offers in bulk, and edit things like:
- availability — list, relist, and terminate offers, as well as restore them in the foreign marketplaces or exclude them from there
- sales policy — basic ones, such as price, unit number, dispatch time, and shipping price list, and the other ones, for example, complaints terms, warranty information, invoicing options, VAT rates, offer tags
- product — such as size charts, manufacturer details, safety information
- promotion — manage features.
To edit offers in bulk, for example, the price:
- check selected offers
- on the bulk edit bar, select the desired option — in this case, Sales policy > Price
- complete the information on the overlay and click [save].
How to activate or relist offers in bulk
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the offers you want to activate.
- On the bar with bulk management options, go to Availability, select List or relist, and confirm the changes. Done!
How to check if the change in an offer was successful
You can do it in a separate section in the upper part of the tab — Offer Changes. There, we display all the notifications about changes and errors in offers.
What else you can do in the Offer Changes section:
- check the time and date of the offer edit and potential errors
- see notifications from the last 7 days — we remove older notifications automatically
- filter notifications so that you can display only those regarding ongoing changes and errors
- check which marketplace the notification relates to.
How to share offers in a selected foreign marketplace
Just add to your price list at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell and link the relevant price list to your offers. Then, we will automatically treat those offers as already submitted for sharing on international markets and, by default, we will set the default Price Converter pricing rule for them.
In the My Assortment tab, you can link your offers to the shipping price list in bulk. See how to do it step by step.
Other options available in the My Assortment tab
How to assign size charts to multiple offers
- This option is available only on allegro.pl.
- If you have not created a size chart beforehand, we will redirect you to the chart creator before assigning tables to offers.
- You can assign one selected chart to as many offers as you check in the list.
- If you try to assign a size chart to a category without charts, we will not add it.
- If there is already a chart in the offer, we will overwrite it.
How to hide terminated offers
If you want to organize the list of offers view and remove terminated offers from the list:
- Select the offers you want to hide.
Click the hide offers icon in the context menu at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm changes.
The offers you hide will no longer be available — you will not see them on the list of offers. You cannot revert this action.
Can I manage my offers through an external app?
Yes, we enable REST API methods that allow you to download offer details and manage them. You can find the complete list of features on the REST API page.
How to manage labels
You can use labels to combine your offers into groups and filter them easily. Thanks to that, you can quickly make changes in bulk.
Label use example
You create a promotion on selected dresses from the spring collection. You add the spring promotion label to the selected offers. Based on the label, we create a filter that will allow you to easily make changes to multiple offers at the same time in bulk. For example, you can reduce the price by 10% and quickly restore the original price after the promotion ends.
How to create a label and add it to offers
- Select the relevant offers.
- Hover the cursor over the label icon and select Edit labels. Enter a name for the new label and select one of the available colors. Click [add].
- Hover over the label icon and select Mark offers.
Done! The label you have created is available as a filter.
You can also see the created label in the offer details. Click [more] next to the selected offer to see its details.
How to edit a label
When you click Edit labels, you will see a list of your labels. To change a label's name or color, click [edit] next to it.
The changes you introduce will appear in all offers to which you have added the chosen label.
How to manage offer tags
Offer tags allow you to arrange your offers according to your own categories. Buyers can see them on the list of your offers under the Allegro categories.
Offer tags are not the keywords that help buyers find offers in the search bar.
How to assign tags to offers
- Select offers and go to the bulk edit bar at the bottom of the page. Click Sales policy — Other — Tags.
- Select the tags and click [save]. Learn more about offer tags.
