The most important changes in the coming months concern the maximum dimensions of parcels for certain delivery options, the Smart! badge terms on allegro.pl and allegro.cz, conditions of selling products of specified brands and selling on Allegro Lokalnie.

We will clarify the rules for listing products of certain brands
From: June 17, 2024
In justified and specified cases, we will have the right to block you from listing offers with products of certain brands or impose restrictions on your account. We will do it, for example, if the entity authorized to use the brand informs us that the product from a given offer is counterfeit.

We will add provisions that will allow us to:
- block the possibility of offering products of the brands mentioned above if you do not confirm you know the Brand Protection Terms, which are the provision of the Allegro Terms & Conditions that describe those terms and that we will amend on June 17 (sub-paragraph 8(14), Appendix No 1, 4, and 13) — you will do it on the Brand Protection site that will be a subsite in the Sales Quality tab from June 17
- prevent you from listing new offers and/or remove active offers with products of a given brand or all brands from the list — when we receive a report that a product in a given offer is counterfeit
- impose a contractual penalty of 2,500 PLN on the seller — if it has been reported two or three times that they offer a counterfeit product of one of the specified brands (penalties will apply from September 2, 2024).
Additional information
- After imposing the penalties described above, we still have the right to seek compensation in line with the general principles of the law.
- You can appeal the decision about imposing the penalty within 6 months — as part of a complaint.
- If you list offers within Allegro Diamond Partners, Top New Joiner, or Brands Zone — we will request an additional explanation before imposing penalties.
What else we will change
- We will add new brands to the list and remove others — you can check them in this PDF.
- From September 2, it will be possible to list products of those brands only on business accounts (this will not apply to Allegro Lokalnie).

Allegro Lokalnie: we will introduce changes to promotion options
From: June 17, 2024
What we will change in promotion options from June 17
- We will remove the Ekonomiczne (Economic) feature.
- We will change the scope of other promotion options available on Allegro Lokalnie. Your featured classified ad will be promoted only on Allegro Lokalnie in the Ogłoszenia promowane (Promoted classifieds) section. We will no longer display such classifieds in the Promoted offers section on Allegro.
If you buy any current promotion option before June 17, it will work as it does now — until the end of the period you pay for.

How it works now
- You can resell tickets on Allegro Lokalnie.
- In certain subcategories — Nieruchomości (Real Estate), Samochody (Cars), Motocykle i quady (Motorcycles and quads), Maszyny (Machinery), Trailers, Semitrailers (Przyczepy, naczepy), and Inne pojazdy i łodzie (Other vehicles and boats) (within the Motoryzacja (Automotive) category on Allegro Lokalnie) — there is a default option of automatic relisting of classifieds within 90 days of their publication.
What we will change
- On June 17, we will remove the Bilety (Tickets) category on Allegro Lokalnie and terminate all classifieds listed in it. Until June 16, buyers will be able to contact the sellers and buy tickets from those classifieds.
- We will disable the default automatic relisting in the subcategories mentioned above for classifieds listed on regular accounts.

You will enable the automatic collection of fees for our services from your sales funds on a regular account
From: June 17, 2024
If you sell on a regular account, you will enable the automatic collection of sales fees. By doing so, you will not miss the deadline for paying your bills. We will collect the fees from your sales funds. You will be able to select this method of settling our services from June 17 — in the Settlements with Allegro tab. You will disable it in the same tab.
Where you will find information about the amount we collect
- You will check the amount we collect and the payment ID in the Funds and Operations History tab. When you click the ID, we will redirect you to the Settlements with Allegro tab.
- In the Settlements with Allegro tab, you will find a detailed summary of collected fees and sales commissions. It will be available under the name Collection of fees from income.
What you will see in the invoice (if you receive it)
If we collect liabilities for a given settlement period automatically ― we will account for it in the invoice for our services. If we collect:
- the full liability amount ― the invoice is paid and you do not need to settle with us for that month
- part of the liability ― you need to pay the amount we provide in the invoice in the Total amount to be paid field.

We will update the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions
From: June 17, 2024
What we will change
- We will update the definitions of settlement units: max CPC and CPM. This will give you an even clearer picture of what affects the cost of ads presented on and off Allegro pages. Learn what max CPC and CPM are.
- Sellers on allegro.pl who are brand owners or manufacturers will gain access to additional advertising formats, display locations, and other options — without the requirement to reach the advertising spending threshold that currently applies. We will update the rules of the electronic software distribution (ESD)
You can sell software within the ESD only as an authorized seller on a business account. We will specify that the rule also applies to BOX software — sold in boxes containing both the durable medium and the software activation code.

We will be able to remove fragments of offer descriptions that violate the rules
We will be able to remove fragments of offer descriptions such as texts, images, or parameters that violate the law, our Terms & Conditions, or good morals. That change will allow us to remove fragments of an offer, not the entire offer.

We will be able to remove offers that buyers do not display
We will be able to remove offers that in the last 365 days:
- have not been displayed and
- no one has made a purchase in.

We will remove the provision about accepting the changes to the Terms & Conditions
We will remove from the Terms & Conditions the provision that the user is notified about the changes to the Terms & Conditions and the possibility of accepting them at the stage of signing in for the first time after those changes come into effect.

We will amend the maximum dimensions for several delivery options
We will amend the maximum parcel dimensions for the following delivery options:
- Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers Czechia
- Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers Slovakia
- Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers.
The correct maximum parcel dimensions for those delivery options are 50 cm x 44 cm x 59 cm.

We will update information about one of the Allegro UPS additional fees
We charge the additional fee for non-standard UPS parcels for parcels from 25 kg, not from 32 kg — we will update that in the Terms & Conditions. According to the carrier's definition, non-standard parcels are, for example, cylindrical parcels, barrels, tires, and parcels with the longest side exceeding 100 cm or the second longest side exceeding 76 cm.

We will change the name of one subcategory and add another one to the price list
- We will change the name of the Elementary and High School Textbooks subcategory to School Textbooks.
- We will include in the price list an already existing subcategory: Sports and Travel — Skating, slackline — Other electric vehicles. As a result, we will lower the sales commission fee in that subcategory — from June 17, it will be 7.5% net but no more than 120 PLN (9.23% gross but no more than 147.60 PLN).

We will increase the limit of offers with a single product one seller can list
Currently, one seller with a business account can list a maximum of two offers with a single product with the value of the Condition parameter New. We will increase that limit — if subsequent offers are dedicated to buyers with business accounts, which means on Allegro Business.

We will shorten the time to pay for the auctions buyers win
Currently, the buyer who wins an auction has 30 days to pay the seller.
We will shorten that time to:
- 14 days — for standard transfers
- 7 days — for other payment methods.
It means that the time buyers have to pay for orders will be the same for both sales formats — buy now and auctions.
In the Orders tab, you can select the time after which we automatically cancel unpaid orders — a minimum of 7 or 14 days, but no more than 30 days. On June 17, we will automatically unify the time to pay for auctions buyers win with the time you set for the buy now format.

- In the Orders tab, you set 7 days as the time to pay for buy now purchases — for payments made through Allegro Finance. From June 17, that time will also apply to your auctions (unless you set a different one).
- In the Orders tab, you set 30 days as the time to pay for purchases made in the buy now format — for bank transfers. From June 17, that time will also apply to your auctions (unless you set a different one).

We will change the terms of Smart! on business accounts
From: June 26, 2024
In connection with the start of the new Allegro Delivery program, we will introduce changes to the Smart! terms. We will automatically adjust your shipping price lists.
Allegro Delivery is a new service within which we will be responsible for the entire delivery process and take comprehensive care of its speed and quality. You are not responsible for the transport of the parcel or the consequences of its possible loss or destruction. It will allow you to focus on the quality of the products you sell, proper packing, and handing the parcel over to the carrier. For parcels shipped with Allegro Delivery, we will also be responsible for customer service.
Initially, the service will cover:
- delivery to the buyer's doorstep — Allegro One Courier
- delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers:
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
Within the new program, Allegro will be the service provider. You will settle delivery costs directly with us. We will handle deliveries in cooperation with our logistics partners — ORLEN Paczka will be the first one.
Check what we will change in the Allegro Smart! terms on business accounts
Currently, your offers can be Smart! if you enable one of the Allegro One delivery options. Instead of that, we will begin to require the delivery options covered by the Allegro Delivery program.
Other terms will remain the same. We will still require you to enable:
- at least 3 delivery options to a pick-up point or parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options
and
- at least 2 delivery options to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options.
To the list of qualifying delivery options, we will include each of the Allegro Delivery program options separately.

- You enable in your offers the following delivery options: Allegro DPD Pickup, Allegro DHL Courier, and Allegro Delivery with:
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
- Your offers are not Smart! because you only enable one of the two required delivery options to the buyer's doorstep.
You do not need to edit your shipping price lists on your own — we will do it automatically!
If you enable one of the Allegro One or ORLEN Paczka delivery options — we will supplement your shipping price lists with the remaining delivery options covered by the Allegro Delivery program. We will let you know about it in advance. You also do not need to worry about updating the delivery prices — within the Allegro Delivery program, we will update them whenever they get changed by the carrier.

Allegro Paczkomaty InPost on Allegro Lokalnie: you will no longer need to print out dispatch labels
From: June 26, 2024
Dispatching parcels with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option on Allegro Lokalnie is possible only on a regular account. You can add it to classifieds in the buy now format and auctions.
What we will change
From June 26, you will not need to print out dispatch labels. All you will have to do is generate a code and write it on a parcel legibly. However, if you prefer to print out labels, you will still be able to select that option.

Only purchases for private purposes will be possible in your offers on allegro.cz
From: June 26, 2024
Czech business customers will no longer make a purchase with an invoice issued for their businesses in offers you share on allegro.cz. It will still be possible to issue an invoice for purchases made for private purposes. The change will help you avoid problems with issuing 0% VAT invoices Czech entrepreneurs often ask for.
From June 26, business purchases on allegro.cz will be possible only in offers of Czech entrepreneurs — on business.allegro.cz.

We will change the Allegro Smart! terms on allegro.cz
From: July 31, 2024
From July 31, in order for your offers to be Smart! on allegro.cz, we will require enabling in them the Allegro International Czechia delivery option.
Currently, if you hold a business account and dispatch parcels from Poland to Czechia, your offers are Smart! on allegro.cz if you meet the following terms concerning offers and sales.
What we will change
From July 31, Smart! badge will be granted only to offers where you enabled the following delivery options:
- Allegro International Courier Czechia and
- Allegro International Pick-up Point Czechia or Allegro International Parcel Lockers Czechia.
Other Allegro Smart! terms on allegro.cz will remain the same.
When you do not need to meet all of the requirements
If you sell products that you are unable to place in a parcel locker or a pick-up point and do not enable those delivery options — you do not have to meet the new requirement. We will mark your offers with the Smart! badge if you add the Allegro International Courier Czechia delivery option to your shipping price lists and meet the other two requirements — regarding sales quality and return address.

Buyers will pay with a card also through Przelewy24
From: July 31, 2024
Currently, buyers can pay with a card in transactions for which the operator is PayU.
After July 31, it will be possible to pay with a card also in transactions for which the operator is Przelewy24. Consequently, on July 31, we will add to the Terms & Conditions of the Przelewy24 Service provisions that regulate that matter. This will reduce the risk of abandoning a purchase due to the unavailability of the preferred payment method.

Allegro Lokalnie: we will clarify the rules for listing products of certain brands

What we will change

- If you hold a business account — you will not create classifieds with products of brands mentioned above on Allegro Lokalnie. You will list products of those brands only in offers on Allegro.
