What to do to receive invoices for Allegro services
If you want to receive invoices for using the website – including a sales commission or promotion fee, provide the data in the relevant tab on your account.
Invoices for business accounts
- In the Allegro account details tab, enter the name of your business and the tax identification number (NIP). Attach the scans of business registration documents. Here, you can also change your invoice details.
- When we accept invoice details, you will receive an email notification about invoice account activation.
Invoices for regular accounts
- Go to the Account Details tab and make sure you provided:
- mobile number in the following format — +48 xxx xxx xxx
- full address
- correct postal code
- city
- country.
- Click [podaj dane do faktur] / (enter invoice details) in the Invoices tab. You do not need to complete anything. We will download the details you provided in the Account details tab.
- Send [wyślij] / (send).
- When we accept the invoice details, you will receive an email notification about invoice account activation.

If you want to receive invoices to an address different from the one given in account details, contact us.
We do not issue invoices for each payment individually. Instead, we issue invoices for Allegro services monthly, including all fees for a given month.
Issuing and sending VAT invoices is free of charge.
We issue invoices with business details only for business account owners.
