How to handle orders placed on by unregistered buyers
On Allegro, buyers from foreign marketplaces can place orders without creating an account. It means that you can get orders also from unregistered buyers.
Unregistered buyers cannot use certain features — for example, Allegro Smart! Check the key differences from a buyer's perspective.
If a buyer places an order without registering, you cannot ask them to pay a surcharge for their purchase. Apart from that, you can handle an order placed without registration just like any other.
How it works
If a buyer decides to place an order without creating an account, they can select the [pokračovat jako host] (buy as a guest) option. Next, they continue like buyers with registered accounts — enter shipping details and select a payment method and a delivery option. Regardless of whether your customer holds an Allegro account — we will provide you with all the information necessary to fulfill the order.
We contact unregistered buyers via email. If you want to ask the buyer a question, contact them via your Message Center. We will send your message to the email address the buyer provided while making the purchase. You will see their reply in your Message Center as well.
What unregistered buyers cannot do
Among others, unregistered buyers cannot:
- benefit from Allegro Smart!
- make purchases through the app
- use coupons
- pay a surcharge for their order
- rate you as a seller — they can only rate the product they bought
- benefit from the additional post-purchase protection — Allegro Protect. However, after registering an account, the buyer can apply for compensation regarding new orders as well as the old ones — placed before the registration.
- check their purchase history
- use tools such as the Message Center or Favorites list.
How to share an offer in foreign marketplaces
You do not have to list new offers if you want to sell in multiple marketplaces. If your offer meets the requirements of a given foreign marketplace — all you need to do is add to it delivery options to the country where you want to sell.
If you want to sell in a foreign marketplace, you need to have a business account
If you sell on a regular account, you will not be able to share offers in additional marketplaces. What is more, you will not have access to options related to foreign marketplaces in the Allegro tabs and tools. Check how to switch to a business account.
What the offer sharing is all about
Our key rule is: list once — sell everywhere. You do not have to list a separate offer in each marketplace. Nevertheless, buyers from the foreign marketplace will see that offer in their language and local currency. Learn how it works.
- You list an offer in the marketplace where your account is registered — that is, on allegro.pl.
- You add to it at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell your products — we will automatically consider such an offer already submitted for sharing in foreign marketplaces and enable the default Price Converter pricing rule in it.
- We verify whether a given offer meets the sales policy of a given marketplace.
- If not — we will let you know what exactly you should add or correct.
- If yes (or if you make the necessary adjustments) — done! From that moment, buyers from a given marketplace can also buy in your offer.
Example
If you enable Allegro International Czechia — the delivery option to Czechia — in your shipping price list and add that shipping price list to your offers, we will automatically submit them for sharing on allegro.cz. If they meet the requirements — we will display them to customers in Czechia.
If you enable international delivery with DPD Courier to Czechia and Slovakia in your shipping price list — we will automatically submit offers with that shipping price list for sharing on allegro.cz and allegro.sk. When those offers meet the requirements, we will display them to customers in Czechia and Slovakia.

What requirements the offers in foreign marketplaces need to meet
Sales rules differ slightly between countries. In addition, some features and categories you are familiar with in the marketplace of your registration, may not be available in the foreign marketplaces. On the other hand, some features and categories unavailable in the marketplace of your registration may be available in the foreign marketplaces.
That is why we will verify every offer that comes with delivery options to the country where you want to sell products. We will check your offer and let you know whether it meets all the requirements of a given marketplace. The verification usually takes just a few moments. If you edit shipping price lists in bulk, we may need a little more time.
In each of the Allegro foreign marketplaces, you can share only offers that:
are listed on an account with:
- a Neutral or higher sales quality level — if you sell from the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the UK, or Ukraine
- a Good or higher sales quality level — if you sell from other regions (exception: a Neutral or higher sales quality level — if you sell on allegro.cz from the Asia-Pacific region and use the One Fulfillment service)
do not contain products forbidden for sale in a given country
- you list in your registration marketplace, in a category that is also available in the foreign marketplace — download the list of categories unavailable:
- you list in the buy now format (you cannot share auctions or classifieds)
- are linked to the Allegro Product Catalog
- are not charity offers
- do not have the b2b offer badge
- we have checked and published on allegro.pl.
Moreover, you need to adjust some elements of the shared offer to the local rules. To do it, apart from adding a delivery option to the country where you want to sell products, add to the offer also:
translation of your offer into the language of the selected marketplace (your own or automatic translation) — unless the offer is listed in one of the categories where we do not require it — download offers not translatable
prices in the currency of a given marketplace — we will set the Price Converter pricing rule in your offers by default.
Check the currency and language of each marketplace
- On allegro.pl the default language is Polish, and the currency — Polish zloty (PLN).
- On allegro.cz, the default language is Czech, and the currency — Czech koruna (CZK).
- On allegro.sk, the default language is Slovak, and the currency — euro (EUR).
- On allegro.hu, the default language is Hungarian, and the currency — forint (HUF).
If you sell from outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the UK, or Ukraine
You need to have at least a Good sales quality level to share your offers in additional marketplaces.
What is more, you can share offers on allegro.sk and allegro.hu only if you dispatch your products from the EEA (the EU + Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), the UK, Ukraine, or Switzerland. Otherwise, offers in which you add delivery options to Slovakia or Hungary will not pass the qualification process — we will reject them and will not share them in those marketplaces. Such offers will be displayed only to buyers in your registration marketplace — allegro.pl.
When we verify whether your offer meets the requirements
We do it every time:
- you add to your shipping price lists at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell products
- you edit price lists that contain a delivery option to the country where you want to sell products in bulk
- you relist the offer you shared — automatically or manually
- you edit the following in the offer you shared:
- product
- category
- title — in the language of the marketplace it was listed in
- description — in the language of the marketplace it was listed in
- shipping price list — if you remove a delivery option to one of the foreign marketplaces.
If your offer does not meet the requirements of a given marketplace anymore — we will stop displaying it there.
What if your sales quality score drops below Neutral
In that case, we will reject every new offer that can be shared. If your sales quality level remains below Neutral for 7 days, we will hide your offers in all foreign marketplaces in which you share them.
Every time you improve your sales quality level to make it at least Neutral and maintain it for at least 7 days, we will try to share the offers in the foreign marketplaces again — as long as they meet the other conditions.
How to share offers in foreign marketplaces
All you need to do is add to your shipping price lists at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell products and link that shipping price list with offers. If you do that, we will automatically consider such offers already submitted for sharing in foreign marketplaces and set the Price Converter pricing rule in them by default.
If some of your offers used to be shared in foreign marketplaces but you decided to withdraw them from sharing — they will remain like that. If you want, you can share them on your own — in the My Assortment tab. Learn more.
If you want to share many offers in the foreign marketplaces at once, you can use the List from file option. Download the file and complete the Pricing Rule and Price columns beside the selected marketplace. Check how it works step by step.
How to share offers in the shipping price lists
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab.
- Go to the Shipping price lists section and click [add a new price list]. Name your shipping price list — this will help you identify it more easily in the future.
- Check the international delivery options — depending on the marketplaces you want to sell in.
Before you save a given shipping price list, you can check the following in Price list settings summary:
- information on the marketplaces where we will display offers with that shipping price list — if the verification is positive
- delivery options you checked — divided into marketplaces
- an additional section called [Check the prices of offers on markets] — if you edit a shipping price list already linked to offers.
- Click [save].
If you edit a shipping price list that is already linked to offers, you can also check the prices of your offers in all marketplaces.
When you edit the shipping price list, we will redirect you to the Delivery Settings tab and inform you that we have ordered to share offers in an additional marketplace — if you edited a shipping price list already linked to offers
How to share offers by editing shipping price lists in bulk
- Check the selected offers.
- Expand the Edit option you can see on the green bar. Next, click Shipping price list.
- A window will pop out. Select the shipping price list that contains delivery options to a foreign marketplace and click [next].
We will display information about the number of offers where you are editing the shipping price list. We will share a part of or all offers in the additional marketplaces. If you do not enter the product price in the currency of a given marketplace — we will set the Price Converter pricing rule in them by default.
If you click [See the offer prices on the markets], we will display information about prices in multiple currencies.
If a price is grayed out, it means that you already have a price in that currency and we will not change it by enabling the Price Converter pricing rule.
However, if we display x instead of a price, it means that a given offer has been withdrawn from sharing in a foreign marketplace and you will not share it again by editing the shipping price list. You can still submit such an offer for sharing on your own — in the My Assortment tab.
- Click [Save and share offers]
You can manage your shared offers:
How to manage your shared offers
In the listing form
- If you enable at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell products, go to the Delivery and payment section of the listing form.
There, you can check the marketplaces we will display the offer in after you add a given shipping price list to it.
- The Price section allows you to edit offer prices in foreign currencies. It will be valid only for buyers in the marketplace the given currency applies to.
To edit that section, set the price in the currency of the marketplace of your registration first.
For the foreign marketplaces, we will set the Price Converter rule by default. If, for a given marketplace, you want to:
- opt out of setting the pricing rule — uncheck the box next to the rule's name. Then, we will unlock the box where you can manually enter the price.
- change the default settings — click [change rule]. Then, you can select one of the saved rules or go to creating a new one.
When converting the prices, we round the result — so that the final prices align with standard market practices and denominations in use for a given currency.
Check how we round the prices during conversion.
- In the cost summary section, you can find:
- a table with the summary of costs divided into sales markets — separately for each marketplace, in the currency that applies there
- the summary of fees and sales commission — click [details] to see the exact fees and commission amounts for a given market
- a reminder that you can settle sales on each market in a corresponding currency. That means that for sales in a foreign marketplace we will charge you commission and fees in the corresponding currency — the same one in which buyers in that marketplace will pay for their purchases.
In the My Assortment tab
This tab allows you to:
- edit the details of the qualified offers — for example, edit the price in foreign currency or the translation of the offer description
- share or withdraw an offer by editing shipping price lists in bulk
- permanently withdraw offers from selected marketplaces — in that case, we will not automatically submit them for sharing, even if you add to them a shipping price list with delivery options to a respective marketplace.
Check all functions this tab offers and learn how to manage the offers you share effectively.
How to permanently withdraw selected offers from foreign marketplaces
To withdraw several offers from the marketplace:
- Check the offers and select Markets. Next, click Withdraw offers from the markets.
- We will display a window. Select the marketplace from which you want to withdraw offers and click [save].
How to share an offer in a foreign marketplace after it was permanently withdrawn
In the Offers tab
- To see the list of offers for sharing, choose one of two ways:
- in the market filter, select the marketplace of your registration — then, you will see all the offers you have listed in that marketplace
- in the market filter, select the marketplace in which you want to share offers and then select the additional Offers to share filter — then, you will see only the offers you can still share in the selected marketplace.
- Next to the selected offer, click the three dots on the right and use the menu.
- Select [List on an additional market].
- In the window that shows up, select the marketplace in which you want to sell and set the price in a corresponding currency. There, you can:
- enter the price manually
- select a pricing rule for updating the price in that marketplace.
- Click [save changes].
The offer is submitted to be shared. Before we display the offer in the marketplace you selected, we will verify whether it meets the requirements. Therefore, make sure that the shipping price list in that offer includes delivery options to countries in which you want to sell.
To check the verification status, use the market filter and select the name of that foreign marketplace.
If the offer verification status is rejected, you will see the complete missing information message right below. Click it and check the detailed tips on what you can correct.
In the Markets tab
- Click the empty checkbox next to the selected offer in the column with the name of the marketplace where you want to share it.
If the box is checked, the offer is already submitted to be shared in that marketplace — check how to manage it.
- In the pop-up window, set the price in the corresponding currency. You can:
- enter the price manually
- select a pricing rule for updating the price in that marketplace.
- Click [save changes].
- The checkbox will be grayed out — that means you have submitted your offer, and we are verifying whether it meets the sales requirements of that marketplace.
- If, after verification, your offer:
- meets the requirements — the checkbox will turn orange
- does not meet the requirements — the checkbox will remain gray, and you will see the hint complete missing information below. If you want to learn what exactly you should correct in your offer — click the hint.
- If you want to opt out from sharing a selected offer — simply uncheck the box and confirm your decision in the pop-up window.
If you want to share your offer through the Markets tab again, you can also click the three dots next to a selected offer and select:
- in the column with the name of the marketplace of your registration — the [list on an additional market] option
- in the column with the name of the foreign marketplace in which you want to share the offer — the [share on the markets] option.
The next steps are the same as in the instructions above.
Sharing offers in bulk
If you select at least 2 offers from the list, we will show you a green bar at the bottom of the page. You will see it both in the Offers and Markets tab. One of the options on the bar lets you manage your offer availability in foreign marketplaces in bulk.
Select Share on the markets to share multiple offers at the same time.
How to check why we have rejected the submitted offer
If the offer you submitted does not meet all the requirements of a given foreign marketplace, we will reject it and we will not display it to buyers in that marketplace. In the My Assortment tab, you can check why we have done it and correct the rejected offer.
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Use the filters. They will help you quickly find the offers submitted for sharing in the selected marketplace that we rejected. Select the following filters:
- market — the name of the selected marketplace, for example, Czechia (allegro.cz)
- offer status — active
- offer verification status — rejected
- price setting — all.
When you select the rejected filter, you can filter the list by reasons for rejection — for example, offer listed in an unavailable category.
- The message complete missing information will be displayed next to each rejected offer. Click it to check the exact reason for rejection and learn what you can correct in an offer.
