Use trusted devices and apps
To make your devices more secure, install anti-virus software on them. Pay special attention to what apps you download to your phone or computer. In the Linked Apps tab, you can easily check which external applications your Allegro account is linked to. For example, you can check whether you dispatch parcels through the InPost Parcel Manager or disconnect an app there.

Beware of suspicious messages

Why do I need to check the “nie jestem robotem” (I am not a robot) box?
The "I am not a robot" field is a solution used to protect websites against programs impersonating the website user.
In some cases ― for example, while resetting your password ― you need to check the “nie jestem robotem” (I’m not a robot) box.
This is a tool meant to secure websites from submitting data by a machine or software pretending to be a website user.
This is the most common variant of reCAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart). Aside from the “I’m not a robot” box, reCAPTCHA may ask you to solve a mini-test by, for example, selecting all pictures depicting trees. This is a difficult task for computers ― so it blocks them from accessing websites effectively.
reCAPTCHA protects those websites that should be accessed by humans only ― so that there is less spam and no accounts created by bots.
