Allegro Prices
Allegro Prices — the support program for the sellers
Allegro Prices is a new seller support program that will help you offer competitive prices to your customers.
Allegro Prices is a support program dedicated to the sellers. It will help you offer the best prices on the market without incurring any additional costs, such as membership fees.
What you can gain with Allegro Prices
- more attractive prices of the product you sell
- a better position in the search results — when the buyers sort by price: from the lowest
- increased sales, as low price is one of the main factors in offer selection.
What the Allegro Prices Program is all about
When you join the program, we will be able to automatically lower the prices of selected items in some of your offers. In exchange, you will receive a price reduction compensation of the value equal to the price difference.
Example
Your price: 100 PLN
Your price after an automatic price reduction: 95 PLN
A price reduction compensation: 5 PLN (100 PLN - 95 PLN)
You receive 95 PLN from the buyer, and 5 PLN from us as a reduction compensation to your balance a few minutes after the purchase. You do not lose anything, as you still gain 100 PLN: 95 PLN of the item price plus 5 PLN of a reduction compensation.
Important! Every time, the price reduction depends on the price of your offer and the prices on the market.
Who can join the program
We automatically include all the sellers in the Allegro Ceny program, who meet the following requirements:
- they hold a business account
- they have at least Neutral sales quality.
How we calculate the sales commission
We calculate the sales commission on the basis of the item price specified by you in the offer.
What you need to do for your offer to qualify
In order to make your offers qualify to the Allegro Prices Program, you need to:
- set competitive (as low as possible) prices in offers
- link offers to products or provide the products' EAN codes in the listing form
- include information that you issue VAT invoices in the offers.
How to boost chances for your offers to qualify to the Allegro Prices even further:
- enable a selected promotion option in your offers
- set an attractive delivery price
- offer Allegro Smart! free delivery
- declare shorter delivery time
- make sure you have a high sales quality
- record a high turnover value for the last 30 days.
We choose offers that qualify to the price reduction within the program at least once a day.
While selecting offers, we consider the product's market price and its popularity among buyers.
When we can exclude your offer from the program
If in other sales channels you offer a product at a lower price than on Allegro — we will exclude the offer with this product from the program.
If you share your offers in different marketplaces
You can decide in which marketplace you want to exclude your offers from Allegro Prices or add them to the program. That means you can add your offer to the program, for example, on allegro.pl — and at the same time exclude it on international marketplaces. You can manage your offers individually or in bulk.
How to manage offers within Allegro Prices in several marketplaces
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select offers and in the Allegro Prices section select Join the program or Exclude from the program.
- Select to which marketplace the change applies and confirm your decision. Done!
How we will inform you that the price reduction applies to your offer
We will inform you about the start and end of the price reduction in each offer in a message in the My Assortment tab and in the API.
You can also use the Allegro Prices filter in the My Assortment tab. Click [more filters] on the right to do so.
How to resign from the program
If you do not want to participate in the Allegro Prices Program, you can exclude your account or particular offers.
- Excluding an offer
If you do not want your offer to be included in the Allegro Prices program, you can exclude it in the My Assortment tab tab or via API. Select an offer and in the Allegro Prices section, and click [exclude from the program]. We will remove it within 24 hours. You can search for the excluded offers with the Allegro Prices filter.
If your offer has been selected to the Allegro Prices program and you want to exclude it immediately, all you have to do is raise the price — the discount will be disabled automatically.
- Excluding an account
If you want to exclude your account and all your offers from the Allegro Prices program — go to the Manage participation section of the Campaigns and Programs tab. Next, select the Allegro Prices program and click [resign].
If you want to rejoin the Allegro Prices program — go to the Submit section of the Campaigns and Programs tab. Next, select the Allegro Prices program and click [submit account].
You can check it in the My Assortment tab or through the API.
Yes, in such a case the price will go back to the one determined by the seller. If the offer within the Allegro Prices Program is terminated, price reduction is disabled automatically. You can set any price you want while relisting the offer. We will decide whether the offer will qualify for the program again at the next qualification round.
In order to make using the program easier for you, we have decided to settle with you after you complete the transaction. The buyer pays the reduced price. We will settle the difference between the original price and the reduced price by granting you a reduction compensation which will reduce the amount you are due to pay us. The reduction compensation is deducted from your settlements with Allegro immediately after the sale and lowers the invoice amount.
You can exclude individual offers from the Allegro Prices program in the My Assortment tab. If you do, we will not lower the prices in those offers.
