Allegro Ads Partner is a program dedicated to select agencies which make professional Allegro Ads campaigns on behalf of the sellers.

As a part of Allegro Ads Partner program, we cooperate with agencies which employ specialists knowledgeable about and experienced in maintaining and optimizing ads campaigns. If you decide to use the services provided by the agency, you will have more time for running your business. Additionally, you will be sure that your ads campaign is in good hands.

How to get started
Contact the agency and decide on the cooperation terms. You will decide whether the proposed conditions benefit you, considering the scale of your business and the money you want to invest. Once you decide to cooperate with a given agency, they will manage your campaigns in all their aspects. They will run your campaigns skillfully and effectively. Increased sales and more interest in your offers may confirm it.

Requirements to achieve specific membership levels
A program member
- a holder of the Allegro business account
- an active agency website
- a holder of the Allegro Ads certificate
- actively gaining customers among the Allegro sellers
- investing in Allegro Ads campaigns on behalf of your customers.
Allegro Ads Partner
- at least 3 active customers
- expenses of the agency account reaching at least 100,000 PLN gross per quarter
- an active agency website
- the Ads Partner logo on the agency website.
Allegro Ads Partner +
- at least 6 active customers
- expenses of the agency account reaching at least 400,000 PLN gross per quarter
- actively using at least 2 different Ads tools, for example sponsored offers and graphic advertising
- an active agency website
- the Ads Partner + logo on the agency website.
Thanks to the access in the preview mode, your client will view the Allegro Ads dashboard. However, they will not make any changes.
We will display to the client the information that they are signed in in the preview mode and we will not save any of their actions.
How to grant or withdraw access
Click the i icon next to a given client on the list of your clients in the Allegro Ads dashboard and grant them access. Your client will get an email with the link to the dashboard. They can also click Go to preview mode next to a campaign in the Campaigns tab.
You can withdraw access in the same place. If you do that, your client will get an email notification.

Invoicing with Allegro Ads ― cooperation with an agency
Running a campaign in Allegro Ads can be entrusted to a certified partner (agency), whom you grant access to your account and the right to create a campaign.
If you outsource your Allegro Ads campaign to a certified partner, we will inform you about the status of your cooperation with an agency through notifications in the dashboard, as well as emails. It is designed to make managing your account and payments easier for you, as together with an agency you can decide who the invoice payer will be.
What enlisting the cooperation with an agency looks like
Requesting access to an account
When an agency you have selected requests access to your account or suggests a change in your current billing method, we will inform you about it through a notification in the dashboard, as well as an email. In the message, you will find an agency name and information about who the payer for the account managed by the agency is. You can accept or reject the agency request for account access or transfer the payer status.
Advertising costs
In the Allegro Ads dashboard, in the Kampanie (Campaigns) tab, you can check how your account is linked to an agency. If you are a campaign payer within this cooperation, you will also see a current campaign cost in an ongoing billing period.
Hint 1: You have granted an agency the right to create campaigns with your offers. These campaigns are run from a separate agency account. In the Kampanie (Campaigns) tab, you can view and edit campaigns you have created on your own, such as those you had launched before you enlisted cooperation with an agency.
Hint 2: If you link your account with an agency account, it does not mean that the campaign is active and generates costs. If you have any doubts, firstly contact the agency you cooperate with.
Terminating the cooperation with an agency
Both you (as a client), and an agency can terminate the cooperation. If the agency decides to do so, you will receive a relevant notification in the dashboard and an email. We guarantee that in case of terminating the cooperation, the campaigns are archived at the moment of termination and do not generate any further costs.
