Additional delivery and payment information
If you want to provide the buyers with additional delivery and payment information, you can do so in a special section while listing the item.
You can provide additional delivery and payment information while listing an item, in the Additional delivery information section. All you have to do is click add information and enter it into a pop-up window.
In the additional delivery information section you can
- suggest other delivery options to the buyer, for example, an insured parcel or train delivery, or specify the cost of shipping for multiple items dispatched together
- inform the buyer about other payment options
- state what packing material you use (for example, protective envelope) to avoid item damage in transit.
What are drafts in the My Assortment tab?
If you create a new offer in the listing form and suddenly you stop listing it, a draft will be created, so that you can use later. The draft is saved automatically. All you have to do is enter the offer title and category.
titleIf you close the page while listing an offer, you will not lose the data you entered – we will save it as a draft.
All you have to do to create a draft is enter the offer name and select a category in the listing form. The drafts are autosaved – every time you introduce a change while listing, the draft is updated.
Sharing drafts among accounts
You cannot transfer saved drafts to other accounts, even if you use linked accounts.
In order to continue listing the offer, open the listing form again and select a draft.
You can find your drafts in the My Assortment tab. The drafts are available on every device and every browser after you sign in to your account.
The draft will disappear when you finish listing the offer. If you need to list more offers based on this draft – go to the offer in the My Assortment tab and click Wystaw podobną (List similar).
How long we store drafts
We store drafts up to 120 days from the last edit. That means if you do not edit a draft for 120 days, it will be deleted automatically. You can edit, for example, the title, the category, the product, the description, or the image. We will not store a draft longer if the only thing you edited is the number of units in an offer.
Size charts – frequently asked questions
If you sell clothing, footwear, dog accessories, or helmets – complete the size chart. This may save you some work, and help buyers choose.
The charts may help you precisely describe the items you sell and present their size. Your customers can find information about sizing in a consistent format, always in the same place in the offer.

What charts can I use?
You can create charts based on available templates. They are designed for various types of items to facilitate describing measurements properly. You can find the template list in the Size chart tab.
How to create a size chart?
- Go to the Size chart tab and click [dodaj tabelę rozmiarów] (add a size chart).
Enter the table name and select the appropriate template.

How to add a chart to an offer?
You can add the chart you created while listing an offer, in the listing form. You can also do it while editing an existing offer.
If you want to add a chart to many offers, you do not need to do it individually. You can add them in bulk in the My Offers tab.
Soon, we will enable you to add charts via REST API.
The chart is always displayed under the offer description in the Tabela rozmiarów (Size chart) section.
I want to edit the chart. Will the changes be updated automatically in the offers?
Yes. The chart you edit will be updated automatically in the offers it is assigned to.
