Automatic Pricing in your offers on Allegro
Increase your chances to get a special badge and higher sales with your custom pricing rules.
Want to always be one step ahead of your competition? Manage your prices on Allegro with pricing rules and adjust them to fluctuations on any market. Automatic Pricing means faster and more convenient sales managing.
What are the benefits of Automatic Pricing?
Use Allegro programs
The pricing automation mechanism prevents further reduction of promotional prices. This is why offers with pricing rules can be safely submitted for campaigns such as Allegro Days or Allegro Prices.
What types of rules can you set?
Lowest price on Allegro
Do not let the competition get ahead of you! With this rule, your price will respond to prices of other offers on Allegro.
We only take into account offers of good quality — and update your prices so they remain competitive among them. As a result, you will more easily get the Top Offer, SUPERCENA or Best Price Guarantee badge.
Top offer
When you enable this rule in your offer, your price will automatically adjust to the price of the given product's Top offer. This way, you can increase the chance that your offer will become a product representative, which means more customers may notice it.
You can make a given offer's price follow the Best Price Guarantee badge first. Thanks to that, it will adjust to the cheapest offers of that product in the market.
Price Converter
Do you sell on international markets? This rule will help you keep up to date with local pricing trends.
It can conveniently update the offer price for you in different currencies on the basis of the current exchange rate and the price in the base market. The price in the local currency will change if you change the price in the registration market or click [convert prices] in My Assortment.
Custom pricing rules
You can also modify the default rules and, as a result, create your custom pricing rules, such as Lowest Price on Allegro, Top off, and Price Converter. This will also help you adjust the price by a selected percentage value. See how it works.
Automatic Price Converter
The Automatic Price Converter will automatically adjust the price in a foreign currency in all offers with the Price Converter enabled — if the currency exchange rate changes by at least 1% since the last bulk update of prices.
This option is available to sellers with the Professional or Expert subscription.
You control the prices
We only update prices in offers where you set the pricing rules.
You choose whether to enable a particular rule for the offer, you define its parameters, and you set the scope in which the prices can automatically change.

The Lowest Price on Allegro is determined regularly, once an hour. We determine it on the basis of offers that meet the following criteria:
- the offers are:
- active
- linked to the Allegro Product Catalog
- in the "buy now" format
- the offers are not:
- in bundles
- B2B — intended only for purchase by companies
- in the offers, the buyer can take advantage of free
- delivery or delivery with Allegro Smart!
- the product in the offers is new — the value in the Condition parameter is New (does not apply to categories where we do not require this parameter)
- the dispatch time in these offers does not exceed the average dispatch time for the relevant category
- the offers were listed by a seller who:
- has a fully activated account
- has at least a Neutral level of sales quality
issues VAT invoices.
To ensure reliable data concerning prices, we exclude products that have excessive price discrepancies, and as a result we are unable to determine the correct lowest price of the product on Allegro.
Example:
If the difference between the highest and the lowest price of the product in the offers that meet the criteria exceeds 50%, we will not determine the lowest price on Allegro.
We also verify the change in the lowest price so that it does not exceed 30% of the median from the past 14 days in order to exclude offers that are sales with quantity restrictions.
If you are using pricing rules such as Lowest Price on Allegro, your final price will go up or down only within specified thresholds. Providing the price range helps you make sure that the price in your offer will still be profitable for you after the automatic update.
- The minimum price will secure your margin — we will never update the price below that value.
- The maximum price will secure demand — we will never update the price above that value.
To activate your rule, specify the range for each offer for you which you want to automate prices. You can do this while enabling the rule in a particular offer or later, in the Automatic Pricing tab.
In offers with rules such as Price Converter, the price will be adjusted when you change the price in the registration market or when you click [convert prices] in My Assortment.
In offers with rules such as Lowest Price on Allegro, the price will be adjusted when we set a new lowest price for a particular product.
The lowest price for particular products is checked every hour. That is why, when a competitive offer with a new product appears, we will take it into account in the next hour.
In the Automatic Pricing tab, you can check the history of changes in prices of offers with rules such as Lowest Price on Allegro.
Go to Allegro Automatic pricing
- In Offers, click on the clock icon next to the current price.
- You will see a new window with the price change history. You can see there:
- the price
- the change date
- the pricing rule used to adjust the price
- the reason for the price change.
Reducing prices with the Lowest Price on Allegro rule increases your chances to get the Great Price badge or the Top Offer position, but does not guarantee this. This badge, as well as the Top Offer position, is also subject to other factors, for example the delivery time, offer promotion, or buyer engagement. See what helps obtain the Top Offer position.
