How to withdraw money from sales if you hold a business account

How to withdraw money from sales if you have an active business account

How to withdraw money from sales in a foreign marketplace if you have only one account for payouts
If you sell in a foreign marketplace, after your first sale in a given currency, you will see separate amounts for your sales in the Funds and Operations history tab — in the currency of a given marketplace. You do not need to open a new bank account to withdraw money. You can use the bank account you have verified as the account for payouts.
If you hold one bank account in PLN, you can withdraw money for sales in a foreign marketplace:
- after providing the SWIFT code of your account in the Payout Settings tab
- according to the payout schedule.
If the currency of your sales is different than the currency your account supports, your bank may charge you an additional currency conversion fee. It will happen the moment the money is transferred to the bank account. The conversion rate depends on your bank. Example: You pay out funds in EUR to a bank account in PLN. Your bank may charge you additional fees and commissions for currency conversion.
Banks that intermediate an international transfer may also charge fees.
If you want to:
- pay forints (HUF) out to a bank account held outside Hungary
- pay korunas (CZK) out to a bank account held outside Czechia,
you will only withdraw the money using the Currency Converter.
When you pay out Hungarian forints (HUF)
If you are paying out forints to your bank account, the payment operator always rounds the payout to the nearest forint — without fillers (the Hungarian equivalent of grosz in PLN or euro cent in EUR). Amounts between 1 and 49 fillers will be rounded down, and between 50 and 99 fillers — rounded up.
Examples
- You are paying out 5000.51 HUF to an account in Hungarian forints. The payment operator will round this amount up and transfer 5001 HUF to your account.
- You are paying out 1000 EUR to an account in Hungarian forints. Using the Currency Converter at the current exchange rate, you will get 393,718.10 HUF. The payment operator will round this amount down and transfer 393,718 HUF to your account.
You can also exchange money directly on your Allegro account — use the conversion during payouts on demand or automatic payouts. You can do it if you use the Currency Converter. That way, you can avoid paying conversion fees charged by your bank.
How to withdraw money in a different currency to a bank account in Poland
If you have a bank account in Poland, we will pay out the money for sales in a foreign marketplace when:
- you provide the SWIFT code of your account in the Payout Settings tab

If you are planning to share offers in foreign marketplaces
Add another bank account in a corresponding foreign currency. Buyers will pay for orders and delivery in the sales currency of a given marketplace. You will see their payments as separate amounts in the Funds and Operations history tab — right next to payments in PLN.

How the automatic settlement of fees and sales commissions affects payouts
We automatically collect money for our services on all business accounts. Every hour, we check how much money you owe Allegro and whether you have any sales funds available. We check whether you owe Allegro also during automatic payouts and payouts on demand. First, we collect the fees and commissions, so that your current balance equals 0 PLN. If you have liabilities towards Allegro — in your available funds, we will leave an amount necessary to cover the current balance. You will see the amount left after the payout in the Available tab. We will collect the money at the next automatic payment collection attempt. Check whether and in what amount you will withdraw money during automatic payouts and payouts on demand.
