We will update and clarify the rules for presenting, describing, and listing products in the Erotica category
From: April 14, 2025
We will clarify the rules on acceptable presentation, images, and offer descriptions to showcase erotic products in a way that complies with our standards and buyers’ expectations. We will also extend the list of forbidden products to better align our assortment with common moral and ethical standards.
The new rules will apply to all products listed in Erotica, including products for safer sex (for example, condoms), lubes, erotic gadgets, erotic games, toys, furniture, clothing, and other products that have erotic applications or nature.

Offer description — what we will change
- We will clarify that the current ban on using words, expressions, or phrases that do not conform to customary norms also applies to offensive phrases, vulgarisms, and their modifications and diminutives.
- It will also be forbidden to include wording referring to minors in the content of the offer.
What we will add to the forbidden products list
- erotic dolls that resemble minors
- movies and erotic and pornographic magazines
- lingerie, clothing, footwear, or jewelry that is used or stained with body fluids.

We will start charging sales commission in the OTC Medications subcategory
From: April 14, 2025
In January, we announced that starting March 3, 2025, we:
- will stop charging the listing fee in the OTC Medications subcategory and
- will start charging a 1% (1.23% gross) net sales commission in that subcategory.
On March 3, we introduced those changes partially — by removing the offer listing fee. We will start charging the sales commission later — on April 14.

We will add cosmetic and fragrance testers to the list of products that cannot be sold
From: April 14, 2025
You will no longer be able to list full-size cosmetic testers or similar full-size product versions that the manufacturer labeled not for sale. By implementing this change, we will increase the safety and quality of products available on Allegro. Buyers will be sure that they buy original and safe products.
On April 14, we will start removing all offers with testers.

We will enable new DHL delivery options from Poland to Slovakia — to parcel lockers and pick-up points
From: April 14, 2025
If you hold a business account, you will be able to offer new delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Slovakia:
- Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers Slovakia
- Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia.
The Allegro DHL Pickup Slovakia delivery option will also be available with payment on delivery — to buyers on allegro.sk.
The new options will allow delivery to:
- parcel lockers
- DHL pick-up points.
On allegro.sk, the new delivery options will:
- be available within Smart!
- qualify offers for the Smart! badge as the required delivery options to pick-up points or parcel lockers.
How you will dispatch parcels
You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro— or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API. You will hand the parcels over:
- during a one-time courier pick-up or a fixed pick-up
- at DHL Box 24/7 parcel lockers
- at DHL POP parcel service points.
You will settle the new delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you will:
- settle the delivery costs directly with us ― based on invoices we issue
- benefit from the attractive terms we have negotiated with the carriers
- find all fees in the Settlements with Allegro tab.

The difference between actual and dimensional weight
- Actual weight is how much the parcel weighs when placed on a scale.
- The dimensional weight is related to the parcel size and we calculate it using the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 4,000.
We base the settlement on the higher of those values.

We will clarify that the condition of the products you list in a given category must correspond to the available values of the Condition parameter
The Condition parameter describes the condition of the product you list. Its values may differ depending on the category in which you list your product. The most common values of the Condition parameter are new and used.
What we will change
We will specify that the condition of the products you list must reflect the value you select for the Condition parameter available in the particular category. For example, if the only value of that parameter available in a given category is new, you can only list new products. This applies, for example, to categories where used products cannot be sold for health or hygiene reasons (toothbrushes, contact lenses, etc.).
This change will apply to all active offers, regardless of when they are listed.

How it is now
As a general rule, changing the entity operating on a business account is not possible. However, we do allow it when the transfer of the entity operating on a particular account is accompanied by an entry in the relevant registry.
What we will change
Transferring a business account will be possible in one more case. The account may be transferred to another entrepreneur in the same capital group. By capital group, we mean trade companies linked by a relationship of control (a group in which one entity directly or indirectly holds more than 50% of the shares or stock in all linked entities).

We will correct the provision regarding the fees for Features in multi-variant offers
We will remove the incorrect provision stating the fee of 5.90 PLN for featuring a multi-variant offer in certain categories for 10 days does not apply to offers linked to the Product Catalog. This editorial change will not affect the fee rate we charge — 5.90 PLN.
We charge 5.90 PLN for featuring multi-variant offers listed in the following subcategories: Women's Jewelry, Men's Jewelry, Children's Jewelry, Wedding Jewelry, Piercing, Clothing, Footwear, Accessories, Footwear (in the Kids category), Clothing (in the Kids category), Erotic Lingerie and Clothing (in the Health category).
We will amend the provision regarding Features on Allegro Business
In January, we announced that starting March 31, Features would not be available in offers visible only on Allegro Business. However, we have changed our decision. You will be able to use Features in such offers as usual.
Purpose: editorial changes (sub-paragraph 14.1 (k) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).
