You can now use the fixed DHL courier pickups even for 1 parcel per day
Before, sellers could order fixed pickups by the DHL courier only if they handed over a minimum of 10 parcels per pickup — at least 3 times a week. Starting today, you only need to hand over 1 parcel — every working day.
This applies to parcels you dispatch with the following delivery options:

- Allegro DHL Pickup
- with dispatch from Poland abroad settled within Allegro Standard:
Fixed courier pickups help you plan dispatch times, allowing you to organize your daily work more efficiently and conveniently.
How to start using fixed pickups by DHL courier
To order a fixed courier pickup:
- Complete the form on the DHL page (available in Polish).
- DHL will automatically send you a confirmation email within 5 working days.
- If a carrier wants to offer you a personalized solution for parcel pick-up, one of their consultants will contact you at the number provided in the form.
Until the fixed pickups are activated, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge at DHL Box 24/7 parcel lockers or at DHL POP points
- order a one-time courier pickup through Ship with Allegro.
