Account access management
How the Authorized Users tab works
The Authorized Users tab allows your employees to use selected options and tabs on your business account that will allow them to manage offers and orders.
In the Authorized Users tab, you can grant other people — such as your employees or Allegro Account Managers — access to your account.
Why it is a good idea to grant such permissions
- Thanks to this option, your employees can use selected features and tabs they need in their everyday work. You can allow them to list offers or handle orders.
- If your Allegro Account Manager can view your account, you will be able to solve problems even faster.
You can specify the scope of permissions on your own. In the Authorized Users tab, you can specify:
- to which features and tabs you want to grant permissions
- the scope of access — you can choose from editing, viewing, or no access
- the duration of permissions.
The permissions you grant apply to all Allegro marketplaces. It means that, for example, an account with permission to handle orders, can do that on allegro.pl and in foreign marketplaces.

Data and reports
Access to tools in tabs: Allegro Analytics.
Access to Allegro Analytics depends on the subscription you have. With the Professional plan, you can grant up to 10 permissions, while with the Expert plan you can grant up to 50. In the Basic plan, you can grant access to other accounts only if both accounts (the one used to grant access and the one being granted it) have an active subscription.
Marketing
Access to tools in the tabs: Campaigns & Programs, Ads Express, Allegro Ads.
Finance management
Access to tools in the tabs: Funds and Operations history, Fees summary, Payment Refunds, Submitted Applications, Upcoming Fees, Invoices.
How to grant authorization
- Open the Authorized Users tab.
- Click [add user] at the top right corner.
- Click [grant permissions].
- Enter the email address of the person you want to authorize and confirm it. They do not need to have an Allegro account. You can set as many people as you want.
- Select what accesses you want to grant and click [grant permissions].
How to revoke authorization
You can suspend the access to your business account and revoke authorization any time. All you need to do is click [remove] next to the undesired user’s login in the Authorized Users tab.

Authorized users can find their accesses:
- in the My Account tab
- directly after signing in to the Sales Center.
How to link your Allegro accounts
If you have multiple Allegro accounts, you can link them together. Thanks to this, you can quickly and easily switch to the one you want to manage at the moment.
If you have multiple Allegro accounts, you can link them. This way, you can quickly and easily switch to the account you want to manage at the moment. This means that you do not have to sign into a particular account every time you want to make changes or list an offer.
If you want to list an offer within linked accounts, use the List similar option. We will redirect you to the listing form, where you can select the account on which you want to list the offer.
Thanks to linking accounts, you can add buyers who bought from your other account to the Blacklisted Buyers tab.
You can switch between accounts only in the Sales Center.
How to link accounts
In order to do it:
- Go to the Powiązane konta (Linked accounts) tab.
- Click [dodaj konto] (link account).
- Enter the login and confirm that is the account you want to link.
- Confirm the link by entering a code. You will receive it to the contact number of the account you want to link.
Done! You can link as many accounts as you want this way — also those created in different marketplaces. That means you can grant allegro.cz acounts permissions to your allegro.pl account.
How to split accounts
All you have to do is go to the Powiązane konta (Linked accounts) tab and click [usuń powiązanie] (delete link) next to the account you want to disconnect.
