Payments from buyers
What the buyers’ payment statuses mean
Thanks to statuses, you can easily check at what stage all payments from your clients are.
Each payment stage is marked with a relevant status.
You can check the payment status in the Orders tab — you can see it next to every order.
Payment statuses
- In progress — the buyer initiated the payment process, but we have not received any information about the incoming payment yet. The buyer might not have paid yet, or the payment might be in transfer between the banks.
You will see this status if you click the payment number in the notification, or the payment card in the Orders tab.
- Canceled — the buyer or the payment service provider canceled the payment before it was complete.
You will see this payment status only after clicking the payment number in the notification about payment and delivery options chosen by the buyer.
- Complete — the payment has been made correctly, and now you can find the money in the Funds and Operations History tab.
You can check the status in the locations mentioned at the beginning of this article.
Instalment payment status
- Complete — the loan application has been accepted, the purchase has been made, and the payment was added to the other funds you can see in the Funds and Operations History tab

What the payment numbers on Allegro mean
Each payment for a purchase has its unique number on Allegro. This makes it easy to find payment information if you need it. You will find the payment number in the relevant tab or in an email notification.
This number allows both us and sellers to find a specific payment quickly.
If you are a buyer and you have questions about your payment, provide this number while contacting a seller or us. You can also provide your order number.
If you are a seller, the payment number will make customer service easier for you. If a buyer gives you their payment number, you will be able to quickly find the order which is related to it and check its status. Simply go to the Orders tab and enter the payment number in the Search bar.

When we can delay the payout of sales funds
We may delay the payout of your sales funds in certain cases — for example, if your delivery time is long, you sell investment products, collectible gold coins, or you sell from outside the EEA.
Payout delays may affect sellers with regular and business accounts:
- whose estimated delivery time for a given transaction exceeds 10 calendar days, with the exception of
- the Furniture category, and the Furniture subcategory within the Kid's Room category
- offers listed as pre-sale.
- who applied for and were granted the right to sell in the categories: Investment Products and Collectible Gold Coins
- who sell from outside the European Economic Area or from outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
How long the payout delay may last
If your estimated delivery time for a given transaction exceeds 10 calendar days
We can suspend the funds for the period that is the sum of:
- the estimated delivery time (the dispatch time declared by the seller for a given offer + the maximum shipping time for the delivery option selected by the buyer) and
- additional 7 calendar days (or — in the case of dispatch with Allegro Fulfillment — additional 5 calendar days).
We can suspend the funds for a maximum of 45 days.
Example
The estimated delivery time in the offer is 11 calendar days. We will suspend the payout for 18 days (11 calendar days + 7 additional calendar days).
Where you can find the list of suspended payouts
You will see the list of suspended payouts in the Pending section of the Funds and operations history tab.
How to enable leasing in my offers
If you have had an Allegro account for at least 90 days, issue invoices, and offer courier delivery, you meet the main conditions to enable leasing in your offers.
You may enable leasing in your offers if:
- you have had an Allegro account for at least 90 days
- you issue invoices (VAT, VAT margin scheme, or without VAT)
- an item costs between 700 and 60,000 PLN
- you list an offer in a category where leasing can be enabled
- you offer courier delivery.
If the buyer decides to lease an item, they will be redirected to the application form on the website of our partner (lessor) – LeaseLink sp. z o.o.. The lessor will buy an item from you, using their Allegro account. You will receive payment immediately – just like for any other transaction. An invoice should be sent to LeaseLink sp. z o.o., so an invoice delivery address will be different from an order delivery address. You will find the invoice delivery address in the Ważne informacje dla sprzedającego (Information for the seller) section in the order.
