What you can find in the Rules and restrictions tab
In this tab, you can check current information about the restrictions we have imposed on your account. Among other things, you can find out which of these restrictions affects your sales quality level.
You can access the Rules and restrictions tab directly through this link. You can also find it in the Sales Center — in the Sales quality section.
What you can find in the tab
The Rules and restrictions tab is divided into two parts: Restrictions and Brands to protect.
Restrictions
In the Restrictions section, you can find information about:
- account suspension
- offers that we removed due to account suspension
- listing suspension
- warnings.
In addition, the Restrictions section also shows:
- why we have imposed restrictions on your account
- what a given restriction applies to
- whether a given restriction affects your sales quality
- what you can do to have this restriction lifted.
In the upper right corner of the Restrictions tab, you can also find a link to the archive. When you click it, you will be redirected to a section with restrictions that:
- are no longer in force and
- were imposed on your account on April 14, 2026 (the day the tab was launched) or later.
