We have adapted sales on Allegro to the requirements of the deposit-refund system
Today, the deposit-refund system has taken effect in physical and online stores across Poland. It has been introduced based on the directive of the European Parliament and the regulation by the Polish Minister of Climate and Environment. Check what this means for you.

We will add new delivery options from Poland to Slovakia:
- Allegro International Courier Slovakia
- Allegro International Courier Slovakia payment on delivery
- Allegro International Pick-up Points Slovakia
- Allegro International Pick-up Points Slovakia payment on delivery
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Slovakia
- Allegro International Parcel Lockers Slovakia payment on delivery.
You can take advantage of the new delivery options if you sell on allegro.sk and dispatch products from Poland to Slovakia.
On allegro.sk, the new delivery options:
- will be available within Allegro Smart!
- will qualify offers for the Smart! badge as one of the delivery options to pick-up points or parcel lockers.
How you will dispatch parcels
You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API. You hand over ready parcels:
- during a one-time courier pick-up or a fixed pick-up
- at InPost parcel lockers
- in InPost dispatch points.
You will settle the new delivery options within Allegro Standard. It means that you:
- will settle the delivery costs directly with us ― based on invoices we issue
- will be able to benefit from the attractive terms we have negotiated with the carriers
- will find all fees in the Settlements with Allegro tab.

We have updated the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions
The way your customers can pay for purchases on Allegro has not changed.
What we have changed
We have added provisions about the payment initiation service to the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions. This service allows buyers to pay for their purchases fast and safely.
Similar provisions have already been added to the Terms & Conditions of other payment operators on Allegro: PayU and Przelewy24.
