On October 6, we will introduce changes to the My Sales Quality dashboard
On that day, we will remove certain metrics, change the way we calculate points in some of them, and reduce the number of sales quality levels. Keep reading to learn more.
What you will gain with the changes
- We will simplify the way of calculating and granting points. It will make the metrics less complicated, and give you a chance to control your scores even better.
- Beginners and occasional sellers will be able to achieve higher scores faster. They will start with 100 points for sales quality, which means they will only need 1 additional point to reach the Good level.
- We will no longer deduct points for every first unresolved Discussion from the last 30 days. As a consequence, sellers with few orders will be able to keep their scores at a good level.
How we will change scoring on October 6
We will reduce the number of sales quality levels
We will remove two levels: Super+ and Unacceptable. It means your sales quality will be at one of 4 levels:
- Super
- Good
- Neutral
- Needs improvement.
The maximum number of points you can get will not change — it will still be 500 points. Check the point number that will correspond to each level.

We will change one of the conditions of the Super Seller program because we will remove the Super+ level. On October 6, we will start checking whether your sales quality maintains the Super level for the required number of days.
We will grant 100 points at the very start
No matter whether you list your first offer or you list an offer after taking a longer break from selling (at least 30 days from the end of your last offer), we will grant you:
- 40 points in the Timely responses metric and
- 60 points in the Fast payment refunds metric.
