We have implemented the announced changes to featuring offers
Promotion options are no longer available, among others, on regular accounts and in certain sets. Learn more.
As announced in January, we have introduced certain restrictions on featuring offers. From now on, you will need to meet specific conditions to buy promotion options. Before, they were available to all sellers in every offer.
Who can buy Features
The promotion options are only available:
- on business accounts
- with at least a Neutral sales quality level.
In what offers you can buy the promotion options
You will only add them to offers that meet all of the conditions below:
- Condition parameter value: new
- format: buy now
- the offer is not a set consisting of different products (for example, you will not be able to feature a shampoo and a conditioner listed as a set).
What about currently featured offers
Offers for which you bought a Feature before March 30 will be featured until the end of the period you paid for.
This also applies to offers that do not meet the current requirements. When that period ends, you will not be able to renew the Features in them.
