We have disabled multi-variant offers
Starting today, you will no longer be able to link offers together into multi-variant offers — buyers will only see product variants.
What this means for you
- You will no longer be able to create or change multi-variant offers through My Allegro or the API.
- We have disabled the existing multi-variant offers. Remaining offer information will stay the same.
If we already display product variants in your offers, nothing will change for you.
How to check product variants for your offers
You can find the product variants in the My Assortment tab.
If there is no product variant in your offer, you can suggest it.
To do this:
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select the offer and click [more] to see the details.
- In the Product variants section, select Propose variants for this product, and then [suggest a change].
- Go to the Submit suggestions for changes in variants page.
- Click [add products]. Then, in the new window, enter your offer IDs or a part of the offer title in the search field.
- Select the products and click [save].
- We will display all of your changes on the Submit suggestions for changes in variants page. On the left, you can see how this group will look if we accept your suggestions.
- If the details in the Summary are correct, click [submit a request]. We will verify your suggestion and let you know by email whether your changes have been accepted.
You can also submit suggestions for changes in variants to:
- extend the variant group with the additional products that you offer
- indicate duplicated variants in a group
- report incorrect variants in a group.
This gives you a chance to improve the quality of product variants and the entire Allegro Product Catalog.
