Today, we started converting your custom shipping price lists
Find out what changes we are introducing and what they mean for you.
Why we are introducing those changes
We want to make managing your price lists even clearer and more intuitive. We are refreshing the design of price lists and making their creation and functionality consistent. We are also removing some features, for example, the options that sellers rarely use.
What we changed today
We started introducing changes to all of your old custom price lists that you had created with the old form and had not converted.
Depending on the options and the rules enabled in them, we started converting them into:

We will link the new price lists to the same offers as the old ones. We will also convert those price lists that were not linked to any offers.

When implementing changes, we will try to keep all your settings, but we will not be able to do that in all situations. See the most important changes that might require your action.
If your old price list had a different maximum number of product units per parcel for each delivery option
In a new price list, you can set the maximum number of units per parcel for the given delivery method:
- to your doorstep — standard
- to your doorstep — large
- to your doorstep — oversized
- to a parcel locker
- to a pick-up point
- mail pieces.
That is why we are checking the maximum unit number per parcel set for each delivery option from each delivery method and setting the highest one.
See an example
You enabled two courier delivery options in your old price list: Allegro DHL Courier and Allegro Pocztex Courier. You set the maximum unit number per parcel to 4 units for Allegro DHL Courier and 6 for Allegro Pocztex Courier.
After the conversion, the maximum unit number per parcel is the same for all courier delivery options — 6 units. If a buyer orders 6 products and selects Allegro DHL Courier or Allegro Pocztex Courier — we will generate one shipping label for such an order.
At any time, you can change those settings and set your own maximum unit number per parcel for the given delivery method.
If your old price list had a price for an additional unit in a parcel in the delivery options you settled directly with the carrier
You cannot use this option in a new price list anymore. If you have to pay the costs of a larger number of product units in a parcel, include them in the delivery price.
If your old price list had multiple countries of dispatch
You can select only one country of dispatch in a new price list. That is why we considered the delivery options in your price list and:
- set the country of dispatch to the country of your registration marketplace
- removed options with dispatch from other countries — this means we may also have stopped displaying your offers in additional marketplaces. If you want to dispatch from other countries, create a separate price list for each of them.
In certain cases, you can change the suggested country of dispatch.
See an example
If your shipping price list had options with dispatch from Poland and Czechi, and your registration marketplace is allegro.pl — we set Poland as the country of dispatch and removed all options with dispatch from Czechia from the price list. Your offers with this price list will not be visible to buyers on allegro.cz.
If your old price list only had options with payment on delivery
In a new price list, you can enable payment on delivery only if you also enable payment in advance. That is why we will also enable payment in advance in the options. If you do not want to enable both payment methods for the selected delivery options — remove those options from your price list.
In pre-made price lists, we will enable payment on delivery and in advance for all options in the given marketplace.
