Import & List — discover a new tool for quick offer listing
We have introduced a new free tool to help you manage your sales on Allegro. You can use it if you have a business account.
The Import & List tool allows you to list your whole assortment on Allegro in just 2 hours! If you share your own link or file with products, we will automatically search the Allegro Product Catalog for matching products. We will then complete the parameters, photos, and descriptions. It will help you list new offers or prepare drafts — working versions of your offers — easily and quickly. You can manage them in the My Assortment tab.
How to prepare a file with products
To use the tool, prepare:
- basic CSV file with products — for products from the Catalog
- extended CSV file with products — for products that are not in the Catalog.
The maximum file size is 50 MB. You can either provide a link to the file or upload the file in CSV format. Check the detailed guidelines and tips.
What if we do not find the right product in the Catalog
In such a case, we will immediately try to create a new product based on data from your file. We will use our AI-based tools to match it with the correct category and parameters.
As a seller, you are responsible for the accuracy of offer information. This is why you must always check the data filled in by artificial intelligence. You can edit it in the My Assortment tab.
