We know that the busiest sales period of the year has just started and will continue until Christmas. This is a time of intense work for sellers. That is why we have limited the changes we are announcing in this communication to a necessary minimum and have put all the other changes on hold.

How it works now
If you sell as a pharmacy, your offers cannot get the Smart! badge.
What we will change
If you hold an account with the pharmacy status, your offers will have a chance to get the Smart! badge — if they meet the sales requirements. This way, buyers will be able to take advantage of free delivery. We will also clarify that:
- medicinal products
- foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses
- medical devices
cannot be returned by the customer. This stems from the provision of the pharmaceutical law.
What you will gain with this change
- You will increase your chance of making a sale — our data shows that the Smart! badge increases the chances of a sale 4 times, compared to offers without that badge.
- Customers will look up your offers quickly and conveniently — all they need to do is select Allegro Smart! value in the Free delivery and return filter.

We will introduce new features to Allegro Ads
From: October 20, 2025
We will introduce the following features:
- dynamic CPC — an intelligent way to manage rates for Sponsored offers
- optimization mechanism for spend pacing
- priority display of display ads in Allegro Ads.
Dynamic CPC: an intelligent way to manage rates for Sponsored offers
Dynamic CPC is a new algorithm that allows you to intelligently manage rates in Allegro Ads campaigns, optimize your spending, and increase the effectiveness of your Sponsored offers. First, on October 20, we will introduce the dynamic CPC only for the campaigns we display on allegro.pl.
How it works now
Currently, the only way to manage rates is to specify the maximum CPC — the highest rate you are ready to pay for one click in Sponsored offers ads.
What we will change
We will enable a new way of managing rates for ad groups: dynamic CPC. If you turn on the dynamic CPC and specify the average cost per click, our algorithm, based on AI and machine learning, will continuously adjust the fee for a click on your ad. The rate will depend on the predicted chance of a sale. If the chance of a sale is high, the system will apply a higher rate to increase the visibility of your ad. If the chance is lower — it will decrease the rate to save your budget. Our algorithm will adjust the rates to reach the average cost for a click lower than or equal to the value you enter.
How much it will cost
In the case of Sponsored offers, you pay for the clicks on your ad. Even when our algorithm increases the rate in an offer with a higher chance of a sale, you will not pay for a click more than double the target average CPC you set.
The average Dynamic CPC rate will have to be at least 25% higher than the highest of the minimum rates in the categories where you advertise. This will allow us to reach the average cost for a click you specify.
What you will gain- You will increase your chances of making a sale — thanks to the dynamic CPC rate, we will display your ads more often if they have a higher chance of a sale.
- You will optimize your budget spending — by reducing the rates if you have a lower chance of a sale. You will be able to save your budget for when you have a higher chance of a sale.
- You will have control over costs — you will decide on the expected average cost of a click and the advertising budget.

How the optimization mechanism for spend pacing will work
The mechanism will help you avoid a situation in which the advertising budget runs out prematurely. Your ads will be active longer and reach more potential customers. This will directly contribute to a better return on investment in advertising. Our system will intelligently manage spending in groups of Sponsored offers. It will monitor, analyze, and forecast traffic on an ongoing basis to automatically adjust the budget spending pace. The goal is to maximize sales value without exceeding the specified daily amount.
The mechanism will analyze the historical data of all groups of Sponsored offers. Based on that, it will select the campaigns for which optimizing the spend pacing is possible and most beneficial.
How the priority display of Allegro Ads display ads will work
With the priority display, your display ads in Allegro Ads will be prioritized over others.
In the format of an auction, we will compare your products' ads with those of your competitors and determine their order. We will hold auctions for each advertising space: separately for the standard display and for the priority display. The winner of the priority auction always has the priority of display over the ad from the standard auction.
How much it will cost
You will pay the same price for each 1,000 ad impressions as you set in the CPM rate field for the priority display. The minimum amount is 35 PLN.
Why it is a good idea
With the priority display, you can:
- increase the visibility of an ad over a specific period of time in a chosen category
- promote a new brand or product — you will present them to as many interested customers as possible.
We will allow more sellers to sell in the Alcohol category and expand the assortment
In recent months, as part of a pilot program for sales in the Alcohol category, we have carefully analyzed this option and confirmed the effectiveness of our safety procedures. As a result, we have decided to expand the sale of alcoholic beverages.
- More sellers will be allowed to sell in the Alcohol category. Selling alcoholic beverages will only be possible for entities that
- have the relevant permits and licenses, which we will verify
- run a physical retail store
- conclude a cooperation agreement with us for the Alcohol category. If you want to begin such sales, contact us.
- We will expand the Alcohol category to include subcategories: beer and cider.
Consequently, we will add information about the sales of alcoholic beverages by entities that cooperate with us based on separate agreements to Appendix No. 1 (Forbidden and restricted goods). Selling alcoholic beverages is only permitted in the Alcohol category, which is only available on allegro.pl.
How we ensure the safety of sales and purchases
We take a responsible approach to sales in the Alcohol category. It is permitted under a separate set of rules, which allows us to ensure that purchases and deliveries are safe and comply with the law.
In offers with alcoholic beverages, you must enable:
- in-person pick-up at a physical store
- the Allegro courier for products with age limit delivery option.
It is not possible to deliver alcohol to pick-up points and parcel lockers. Upon delivery, the courier verifies the recipient's age and sobriety, as well as a special PIN code provided to the recipient by the carrier.

Offer promotion: we will change the Promo Package to a Flexible Feature
What we will change
On October 28, we will disable the Promo Package. The Promo Package consists of a Feature, a Bold, and a Highlight.
If you have paid for the Promo Package — you will lose nothing.
On October 28, we will automatically change your ad type — from the Promo Package to a Flexible Feature. It brings similar benefits but is more affordable (the cost of the Promo Package is 3.90 PLN per day, and the cost of a Flexible Feature is 2.90 PLN per day).
The Promo Packages you buy or extend until October 27 will work until the end of the day on October 28. You can change the Promo Package to a Feature or a Flexible Feature on your own — or wait until we do it for you.
How a Flexible Feature works
An offer with a Flexible Feature always comes before the offers of sellers who do not use that option. That offer will appear on the list of promoted products in a particular category — if it is also the Top offer of a product — and in the search results (except when sorting by relevance).
If your offer is linked to the product from the Catalog — and meets the remaining criteria — it may become the Top offer. In that case, it will become more appealing to customers.

Allegro.pl: We will change the InPost delivery fee outside Smart!
From: November 1, 2025
On November 1, we will reduce the fee for parcel delivery with Allegro Paczkomaty InPost outside Allegro Smart! — from 11.49 PLN gross to 10.95 PLN gross. The prices of other Allegro InPost delivery options will stay the same.
Allegro Lokalnie: we will reduce the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery fee
From: November 1, 2025
On November 1, 2025, we will reduce the gross delivery fee for Allegro Paczkomaty InPost ― from 11.49 PLN to 10.95 PLN gross.

We will simplify the Smart! terms for sellers on business accounts
From: December 1, 2025
How it works now
Your offers on a business account are Smart! if you enable in them at least:
- 2 delivery options to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options, and
- 3 delivery options to a pick-up point or a parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options.
They must include delivery options from the Allegro Delivery program.
What we will change and how you will benefit from that
You can meet the Smart! requirements more easily — all you need to do is enable in your offers the entire package of the Allegro Delivery options. Thanks to that:
- it will be easier for you to meet the Smart! requirements — you will not have to check whether your shipping price lists contain enough delivery options required for the Smart! badge.
- you will no longer have to update your shipping price lists and select among multiple delivery options — all you will need to do is enable the Allegro Delivery program with a single click
- you will not have to adjust your offers due to the fact that we have recently disabled some UPS delivery options; you will avoid having to make such adjustments in the future
- for sellers, the Smart! delivery fees for Allegro Delivery options are lower than for most of the remaining qualifying delivery options.
We will not change the exception for products that do not fit into a parcel locker or a pick-up point — your offers with such products will still have a chance to get the Smart! badge. Just like now, it will be possible if you enable at least one delivery option to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options, and the product from that offer meets at least one of the following requirements:
- one of the dimensions of the product in the packaging exceeds 120 cm
- you list the offer with that product in the Tires and Rims subcategory
- you dispatch the product from that offer from abroad — with one of the delivery options from this list.
This applies to offers in which you do not enable delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points.
What else we will change
We will introduce editorial changes to Appendix No. 12 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, where we have gathered the Allegro Smart! terms for sellers:
- we will reduce its content
- we will divide it into general provisions common for all marketplaces and specific provisions
- we will remove fragments of the text that are currently duplicated
- we will add links to additional information.
These changes will make Appendix No. 12 shorter and easier to follow.

We will remove the provisions concerning services performed by UPS from the Terms & Conditions

As we have limited our cooperation with UPS, on December 1, we will remove the provisions concerning the services of that company from the Allegro Terms & Conditions
On September 11, we disabled the Allegro UPS delivery options in the delivery and payment form.

We will change the way we issue invoices for our services — we will adapt it to the upcoming changes in law
From: February 1, 2026
We will adapt the Allegro Terms & Conditions to the upcoming changes in regulations.
What we will change
- structured invoices will become the default type of invoice issued for our services. A structured invoice is an invoice issued using the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) (available in Polish), together with an ID number. We will share the invoice visualizations in the Invoices tab.
- if it is impossible to issue a structured invoice, we will issue a digital invoice and share it with you as a PDF in the Invoices tab.
