We have disabled the Allegro UPS delivery options in the delivery and payment form

Today, we disabled the Allegro UPS delivery options in the delivery and payment form. It means that buyers cannot order with them in your offers.
What happens next
From September 15, you will no longer be able to dispatch parcels with the Allegro UPS delivery options:
- Allegro UPS Courier
- Allegro UPS Pick-up Point
- Allegro UPS Courier Hungary
- Allegro UPS Courier Slovakia.
From September 15, UPS will no longer handle new Allegro UPS parcels. The parcels that UPS collects before September 15 will be delivered to buyers.
You can still dispatch parcels with the UPS delivery options that you settle directly with the carrier under your own agreement.
What if the buyer selected an Allegro UPS delivery option in the delivery and payment form, and you can dispatch the parcel only after September 15
Dispatch the order with another delivery option. Cover the expenses and let us know via the form so that we can refund you the delivery cost.
What if your offers are Smart! thanks to the Allegro UPS delivery options in your shipping price list
During the transition period, the Allegro UPS delivery options will remain in your shipping price lists, but buyers will not be able to use them. This way, you will not lose your Smart! badge after September 15.
Eventually, we will disable the Allegro UPS delivery options in shipping price lists. We will inform you about that in advance in a separate communication.
Add other delivery options to your shipping price lists now to avoid losing the Smart! badge. Check the list of qualifying delivery options.
What if you only have the UPS delivery options in your shipping price list
From today, buyers cannot use them anymore. To allow them to make purchases in offers with such a shipping price list, add other delivery options to it.
What if you dispatch parcels with the UPS delivery options to other countries
Dispatch parcels with other delivery options, such as Allegro DHL Courier or Allegro DPD Courier.
If a buyer from another country selected a UPS delivery option, and you can dispatch the parcel only after September 15 — dispatch the order with another delivery option, cover the expenses, and let us know via the form so that we can refund you the delivery cost.
Sales quality
If you do not manage to dispatch your orders on time with another carrier, let us know, and we will verify it and exclude them from your sales quality.
