Changes for sellers

We keep developing Allegro and, consequently, we need to update our Terms & Conditions. We have prepared a summary to inform you about all the changes we are planning to introduce.

First of all, we will extend the scope of the Basic Subscription — without changing its price. We will also simplify the listing form on regular accounts. You will also benefit from other changes. We are going to implement them in April and June. The changes announced today will not require you to take action.

The Automatic Price Converter will also be available within the Basic Subscription

From: April 21, 2026

How it works now

The Price Converter is a pricing rule that updates the offer price in the selected foreign marketplace based on the changes in currency rates. The Automatic Price Converter reacts to exchange rate changes of more than 1% and automatically converts prices across different currencies. I It is only available to sellers who use Professional or Expert Subscription.

What we will change

We will extend access to the Automatic Price Converter.

What you will gain with this change

You will be able to use it with any Subscription level — including the Basic Subscription. The Price Converter will allow you to manage sales more easily and update offers prices in foreign marketplaces faster.

The Automatic Price Converter is available in the Sales Center. If you have the Basic Subscription, we will enable it for you automatically on April 21 — in offers for which you turn on the Price Converter.

The prices of all Subscriptions will remain the same.

Allegro Subscription: what it offers and why you should activate it.

Listing offers from a regular account will become easier

From: April 21, 2026

If you hold a regular account, you can list offers on allegro.pl and Allegro Lokalnie. We will change the offer listing form on allegro.pl for holders of regular accounts.

What we will change and what you will gain

We will simplify the form — by removing the fields that apply to entrepreneurs.

• You will be able to list an offer more quickly — by following our step-by-step instructions.
• You will be able to list an offer through our app and easily add product images from your phone.
• A new tool will enable cropping out the image background with just one click. See how to change a thumbnail background to make an offer comply with our requirements.

This will make your sales on allegro.pl faster and easier.

If you sell from a regular account through:

• the buy now option — your offer will last 30 days.
• an auction — once it starts, you will not be able to edit it.

Basis: improving the operation of the website and the buyer and seller service (paragraph 14.1 (d) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will lower prices of classifieds in the Nieruchomości (Real Estate), Wakacje (Vacation), and Żywe zwierzęta (Animals) categories, and change the scope of the Power package

From: April 21, 2026

These changes apply to classifieds that you can list on a regular account.

We will remove the highlight and bold options from the Power package — they are no longer available.

You will be able to sell medical devices for self-testing also on allegro.sk

From: April 21, 2026

You will be able to share offers with in-vitro devices for self-testing — such as pregnancy tests or COVID-19 tests — also on allegro.sk. It will be possible if the product meets the requirements specified by the Slovak law:

• the label and the instruction manual clearly state that the product is intended for self-testing
• the product label includes a UDI — Unique Device Identifier
• the distributor or manufacturer reported the product to the Slovak State Institute for Drug Control (ŠÚKL) (if the product requires that).

What information you should provide in the offer

Add the following to the offer:

• a clear photo of the CE mark with the four-digit number of a notified body
• information that the product comes with an instruction manual in Slovak, which contains the manufacturer's details (name, address, or the official representative), sample type, warnings and precautions, as well as safety instructions.

We will remove Allegro DHL Courier Ireland from shipping price lists and Terms & Conditions

From: April 21, 2026

You do not need to do anything regarding this change.

This delivery option is no longer available to buyers — buyers cannot select delivery with Allegro DHL Courier Ireland while placing orders. If it is available in your shipping price lists — we will soon remove it. On April 21, we will also remove this delivery option from our Terms & Conditions.

Other Allegro DHL Courier delivery options with dispatch from Poland abroad work as usual.

What you can do

If you want to keep sending orders to Ireland, you can enable the Allegro DPD Courier Ireland delivery option.

Why we will introduce this change

We will remove this delivery option due to the changes introduced by DHL in connection with the ICS2 regulation.

We will clarify how our recommendation system works

From: April 21, 2026

We display offers, products, and classifieds on our pages based on a recommendation system.

What we will change

• We will update the information about the factors we consider in the recommendation system, such as: previous activity on Allegro, information about the Product Catalog, product and offer features.
• We will clarify that the recommendation system can have the following purposes: navigation, comparison, optimization, and inspiration.
• We will describe which factors we take into account for each purpose of the recommendation system.
• Thanks to AI-powered tools, we will be able to adjust the recommendation system to variables, such as promotions or seasonality.

This will help us tailor the offer to the needs and expectations of your customers.

Basis: improving the operation of the website and the user service (paragraph 14.1 (d) of the Allegro Terms & Conditions).

We will clarify the rules for card payments and for processing one-time transactions

From: June 1, 2026

You do not need to do anything regarding this change.

In the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions, we will specify:

• the payment terms for card transactions, which are subject to additional regulations from organizations such as VISA or Mastercard
• the rules for processing one-time transactions. We will process your customer's payment regardless of whether you have a business or regular account.

We will also introduce editorial changes organizing the existing content. This will allow you to find the information you need faster.
