AI Assistant in the Sales Center — check what new things he can do now!

We gradually make the new AI Assistant features available to all sellers. Find out what new options you will be able to use starting from September 3.

Selected sellers have already been using the virtual assistant's support since April. Until now, it could assist them when they, for example:

  • had questions about their sales on Allegro
  • needed links to tools in the Sales Center and instructions
  • were looking for explanations of the rules of our promotional campaigns and programs.

We are constantly working on further improvements, and the AI Assistant can do more and more! This is also possible thanks to your questions and the conversations you have with it.

What new features we have prepared

Starting from September 3, the AI Assistant will also support you when you want to:

  • optimize prices
  • check how to increase your chances of having a Top offer
  • handle buyers' orders better
  • analyze fees charged in your account.

What exactly it will help you with:

  • price optimization — you can count on tips on how to set product prices based on current market trends. The AI Assistant will answer questions about whether your offers' prices are competitive, and if not — it will suggest changing them.
  • Top offers — you will check how your offers compare to the Top offers for specific products. The AI Assistant will analyze the differences between offers and indicate which elements in your offers compare well against the competition, and what is worth improving.
  • order search — the AI Assistant will quickly find information about specific transactions based on the order number, buyer details, or, for example, a date range.
  • fee data — you will be able to analyze the fees charged in your account (including commissions, advertising fees, delivery fees, Subscriptions) and compare them over time (for example, month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter).

Our virtual assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI). It uses information available in the Help Center for Sellers, Allegro Academy, and our Terms & Conditions. In its answers, it also takes into account your sales data available in the Sales Center — allowing it to help you even more effectively!

In connection with these changes, on September 3, we will also update the terms of use of the AI Assistant in the Sales Center.

How to talk to the AI Assistant

  1. Sign in to the Sales Center.
  2. Click the three-star icon in the top right corner.
  3. Ask a question.
  4. The AI Assistant will answer you — depending on the question, it will try to find a specific solution.

Seller's question: Are the prices of my offers competitive?
AI Assistant's answer: Some of your offers have uncompetitive prices:

  • Blue ballpoint pen: your price is 2 PLN, the lowest price on Allegro is 1.50 PLN, the price in other online stores is 1.90 PLN.
  • Both offers have higher prices than the lowest ones available on Allegro and in other online stores, so they are not currently price-competitive. If you want, I can help you select new prices for these offers or simply indicate what level you should lower them to.

Seller's question: What actions do I need to take for my offer with ID 12345 so that it becomes a Top offer?
AI Assistant's answer: For the offer with ID 12345 to become a Top offer, you need to improve its price. The difference compared to the current Top offer level is 14.35 PLN, so it is worth considering a price reduction to get closer to the Top offer. Other requirements of the offer are already met.

Seller's question: What are my fees for the last 30 days?
AI Assistant's answer: Your fees for the period 07.03.2026 – 08.02.2026 amounted to -3,708.00 PLN, with sales and delivery value of 50,000.00 PLN. The share of fees in the sales and delivery value is 7.42%, and the balance was 46,292.00 PLN.

Fee breakdown:

  • Mandatory: -3,050.00 PLN (6.10%)
    • Sales commission: -3,050.00 PLN
  • Delivery: -459.00 PLN (0.92%)
    • Base fee for DPD delivery: -238.00 PLN
    • Additional fee for DPD delivery: -221.00 PLN
  • Subscription: -199.00 PLN (0.40%)
    • Professional Subscription: -199.00 PLN
  • Sales and delivery value:
    • Product sales: 49,127.00 PLN
