- błędnie naliczone opłaty – przekierujemy Cię do uproszczonego formularza, w którym domyślnie uzupełnimy wybrane pola za Ciebie, dzięki temu zareklamujesz opłaty dla pojedynczej przesyłki lub zbiorczo dla wielu przesyłek.
Aby skutecznie złożyć reklamację u przewoźnika dla przesyłek rozliczanych bezpośrednio z nami, zawsze załączaj pełnomocnictwo. Przejdź do Ustawień dostawy i w części Reklamacje dostaw kliknij [pobierz pełnomocnictwo]. Dowiedz się więcej.
