What the Best Price Guarantee badge in your offer means
Best Price Guarantee is a program in which we feature offers with the lowest prices. We compare them with other offers — not only on Allegro but also in selected online stores.
What you gain with the Best Price Guarantee badge
- You may boost your sales. On average, around 150% more sales are made in offers with the Best Price Guarantee badge than in offers with the same product that do not have the badge.
- Your offers have a better chance of becoming product representatives. 90% of offers with the Best Price Guarantee badge become Top Offers.
- Buyers trust you more. The Best Price Guarantee badge tells your customers that you are selling the product at the best price among selected online stores. The badge makes it easier for them to decide on a purchase.
- You can increase the visibility of your offers. Thanks to the badge and the price displayed in green, offers with the Best Price Guarantee stand out on the home page and in the search results. They also participate in a recurring promotional campaign.
When an offer can get the Best Price Guarantee badge
We can award the Best Price Guarantee to an offer:
- that is listed from a business account with at least a Neutral sales quality level
- that comes in the buy now format
- in which the Condition parameter is set to New (except for categories where the Condition parameter is unavailable)
- in which the Packaging status parameter is set to Original (if that parameter is mandatory in the offer)
- in which you enable delivery options within Allegro Smart! or another popular free delivery option
- in which the estimated dispatch time is shorter than or equal to the average dispatch time in the category where you list the offer
- in which the product price is at least 15 PLN
- that is not a product set or an offer only available to business customers
- in which you allow purchases with a VAT invoice.

How we grant the badge
Every day throughout the entire edition, we compare prices in offers on Allegro with prices in offers of other stores and shopping platforms. If the product price in your offer is the lowest at the time of comparison, it will automatically gain the special badge. We will display it on the offer page and the lists of offers and products.
The Best Price Guarantee badge is granted free of charge. We will display the badge throughout the entire edition of the program — as long as the offer meets its conditions.
Why your offer may not get the badge
We will not grant the badge to your offer that meets the program conditions if:
- we do not monitor the price of the product it contains
- you cannot participate in campaigns
- it contains a product set
- it is only available to business customers.
How we compare prices
While comparing prices, we do not consider:
- discounts for purchasing a set
- vouchers and gift cards
- additional discounts based on, for example, loyalty programs, Smart! Coins, coupons, or codes
- cashback promotions, in which buyers can get a partial refund after the purchase (for example, buy a product included in the promotion and gain up to 500 PLN)
- used, non-genuine, damaged, outlet, auctioned, or ex-display products.
We only compare prices in PLN.
