Application form for the change of courier pick-up times
You can use the form to request a change of DPD, InPost, DHL, One Courier, and UPS couriers' arrival times.
Why you should use the form
You can quickly and conveniently request to postpone the courier's arrival times. If your request is accepted, you will have more time to prepare orders for dispatch. You can take advantage of this and set later same-day dispatch times — see why it is a good idea.
When you can use the form
You can use the form if you:
- dispatch orders from Poland
- enable at least one delivery option carried out by DPD, InPost, DHL, One Courier, or UPS in your offers
- have set fixed pick-ups by those carriers
- in the case of InPost — have concluded an agreement with that carrier or can do it at any time
dispatch a certain number of parcels daily:
- with DPD — at least 30 parcels
- with InPost — at least 100 parcels.
In the case of InPost, you need to have a direct agreement with the carrier or be willing to conclude it.
How to request a change of courier pick-up times
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab. In the Edit courier pickup time section, choose Apply.
- Click [create new application] and select a carrier. If you want to change the pick-up times for multiple carriers, you need to create a separate form for each carrier.
- Complete and submit the application form.
If you dispatch parcels from more than one location, complete a separate form for each. The requirement regarding the minimum number of parcels applies to one location.
How to check your application status
You can do it in the Edit courier pickup time tab. You can edit your application as long as it has the Waiting for verification status. You cannot edit an application with the Processed by the carrier status.
