About campaigns and partner programs
How to manage offers you submit to campaigns and programs
If you have a business account, you can submit your offers to various promotional campaigns in the Campaigns and Programs tab. Learn how to do it.
In the Campaigns and Programs tab, you can see promotional campaigns available for a given Allegro marketplace. For each campaign and program, you can:
- see its terms and conditions
- check if you meet participation requirements
- choose and submit offers to it
- view the submitted offers and download their list.
If it is in line with the terms & conditions of a given campaign or program, you can also:
- change the price of a participating offer
- withdraw selected or all offers from the promotion.
What you can find in the Campaigns and Programs tab
You can find two sections in the Campaigns and Programs tab:
- in the Submit section, you can browse promotional campaigns and submit your offers to them
- in the Manage participation section, you can see and edit your offers participating in campaigns and programs.
You will see information related to your registration marketplace. Choose another marketplace at the top of the page to see all the campaigns available on it.
In both sections, there are additional filters that help you customize the displayed content.
How to use the Submit section
In the Submit section, you can find the list of all campaigns and programs you can currently join. Click a program to select it.
This way you will be able to see all the details below. They include:
- campaign name
- badge displayed in participating offers
- date when we start accepting submissions
- duration
- link to the terms & conditions
- participation requirements
- participation benefits
- participation costs.
Below, you can see the list of your offers with information on whether a given offer meets the conditions of a chosen campaign or program. You can select and submit offers to this promotional campaign.
How to submit your offer to a campaign or program
- Go to the Submit section.
- Select the promotional campaign you want to join.
- Select the offers you want to submit. You can select them manually or click [select ready to submit]
You can apply filters to the list of offers
Only offers you can submit to the selected campaign or program will be displayed on the list by default. To see all the offers, disable the See offers that meet the conditions filter.
Clicking [more filters] will enable more filtering options, including the category, product number, and price. You can also look up offers using an EAN, a title, or a number.
- Complete the selected offers with details related to the campaign, such as the promotional price or the unit number limit per buyer. You can do it:
- separately for each offer
- for all selected offers at once — to do that, click [edit price] or [edit limit] at the bottom of the screen.
- Click [submit offers].

How to use the Manage participation section
In the Manage participation section, you can find the list of campaigns and programs from the last 2 months. Next to the list, you can see two filters: Only active and Only with offers. You can enable and disable them to customize the list.
Both filters are enabled by default. It means that you will see the list of ongoing campaigns your offers participate in.
Click a promotional campaign to select it.
When you select a campaign or program, you will see a summary of the most important information and the list of your offers that are participating or have participated in it.
Next to each offer, you can see:
- the details related to your participation in that campaign, such as the promotional price you have set or the unit limit — depending on the campaign rules
- the status of that offer in the campaign:
- participating
- pending verification
- rejected
- expired.
There, you can withdraw an offer from the campaign or edit its details related to that campaign.
You can download a file with the list of offers
To get the list of offers in a CSV file, click [download file with offers]. It will include all data filtered according to your current settings. If your filtered view has more than one page, the file will include them all.
This way, you can save time instead of manually browsing the view — especially if there are a few pages of offers from a given campaign in the tab. You can also easily import the data from a CSV file into spreadsheets. It will allow you to generate reports and analyze the efficiency of your offers' participation in campaigns and programs.
AlleDiscount and Allegro Prices are exceptions — you cannot download the list of offers in their case.
How to withdraw an offer from a campaign or program
- Go to the Manage participation section.
- Select the promotional campaign you want to resign from.
- Find the offer you want to withdraw.
- Click the three vertical dots by the selected offer.
- Click [resign].
- Confirm your decision in a pop-up window — click [resign] again.
You can resign from all campaigns and programs for free.
How to change the offer price in a campaign or program
- Go to the Manage participation section.
- Select the promotional campaign in which you want to edit offers.
- Select the offer in which you want to change the price.
- Click the three vertical dots by the selected offer.
- Click [change price].
- Enter the new price for the relevant program or campaign.
- Click [save].
What the difference between promotional and base prices is
When submitting the offer to a campaign or program, you will set its promotional price. It will apply only to a specific promotional campaign. With this option, you can set different prices for one offer, depending on the promotional campaigns to which it has been submitted. To do that, you do not have to change the price specified in the offer.
Example
- You list an offer with a product and set the price of 80 PLN in the listing form. It is the base price of your offer.
- You submit that offer to a campaign. . You set its promotional price within the campaign to 70 PLN.
- If the offer is qualified for the campaign, your buyers will see its promotional price — 70 PLN — during the campaign. At the same time:
- you will still see 80 PLN as the price in the listing form and the My Assortment tab
- you will see the same price that is visible to buyers — 70 PLN — in the Campaigns and Programs tab.
- After the campaign ends, your customers will see the base price of 80 PLN again.
