What the Super Seller program is all about
The Super Seller program is dedicated to the best sellers on Allegro. If you meet certain criteria, you can join the program and gain new customers.
Super Seller is a special program for sellers on Allegro. Participants are sellers who stand out for their professionalism and offer the highest quality service.
What the benefits of being a Super Seller are
If you are a Super Seller:
- we display your offers higher in the search results. You increase the chances that customers see your offers before those of other sellers and shop with you.
- you can benefit from special training and courses to increase your knowledge of Allegro and selling online.
- we mark your offers with the Super Seller badge. The badge informs customers that they buy from a trustworthy and professional seller.
How to join the program
You do not have to apply to take part in the program. We grant the Super Seller title automatically. All you need to do is meet the following conditions:
- you hold a business account
- your sales quality needs to be Super+ or Super for at least 14 of the last 30 days — those do not have to be consecutive days
- your sales quality has to be Good or higher for the last 30 days
- you have had at least 50 transactions in the last 30 days.
You will keep the Super Seller title for as long as you meet those conditions. If you lose it — you can get it back. All you need to do is meet the conditions of the program, and we will grant you the Super Seller title on the next day.
Example
Your sales quality is Super, and you meet all the remaining conditions of the program, so on September 4, you get the Super Seller title. On September 20, your sales quality level drops from Super to Good. You keep the Super Seller title because your sales quality in the last 30 days has been Super for at least 14 days.
How we count orders
On qualifying offers for the program, we check the total number of your orders from the last 30 days — excluding:
- orders canceled by buyers and
- orders for which we granted a transaction rebate (sales commission refund).
You can easily check the number of such orders in the My Sales Quality tab. Go to the Your sales quality level section and hover the cursor over a selected point on the graph. We will display a message where you can find the number of orders from the last 30 days.
Where to find information about your participation in the program
You can find all the information about your participation in the Super Seller program in the Super Seller section of the My Sales Quality tab.
In that section, you can check:
- whether you have the Super Seller title
- for how many of the last 30 days you have maintained the sales quality level of Super or Super +
- for how many of the last 30 days you have maintained the sales quality level not lower than Good.
You can find detailed information in the report. Click [download report] in the Your sales quality level section.
Additionally, we will send you an email each time you get or lose the super Seller title.
How to meet the conditions of the Super Seller program
Make sure you get high sales quality scores. To do it:
- take advantage of the tips we display daily in the Improve your results section, in the My Sales Quality tab. Once you do that, you may gain additional points for the sales quality
- Check our article to learn how to improve your score in each metric.
What happens if you lose the Super Seller title
You can get it again. All you need to do is improve your sales quality scores and meet all conditions. When you do — we will grant you the Super Seller title the very next morning.
How to resign from participating in the program
Participating in the Super Seller program brings many benefits. However, you can resign from it if you want to. To do it:
- Go to the My Sales Quality tab.
- Click learn more in the Super Seller section.
- Expand the following question: Is it possible to give up the Super Seller title?
- Click the link under that question.
- We will display to you a window with the following question— Are you sure you want to opt out of the Super Seller program?
- Click [opt out]. Done!
If you decide to join the program again — go to the Super Seller section and click [join program].
