Starting today, we will check the offers you list through the API more thoroughly
Learn how we will check offers.
Until now, we usually published offers within several seconds. We terminated some of them shortly after listing due to errors, for example, noncompliance with the Terms & Conditions, or incorrect link to the Allegro Product Catalog. To reduce such cases, we will check offers more thoroughly before displaying them.
We informed you about it in the News article on April 11. Until now, we have checked the offers you list from file more thoroughly. From today, we will also start checking the offers you list through the API. Starting mid-May, we will do that with all offers, including those listed through the listing form.
How long it will take us to publish offers
We need some time to check offers effectively. That is why, it may take us a bit longer to display them.
In most cases, we will do it within a few minutes. We may need more time — more than half an hour — to publish offers in which you create a new product in the Allegro Product Catalog. We check whether it has correct data and we have it in our Catalog.
We will display the offers after a maximum of two hours, even if we have not finished checking them. We will continue to check them after publication. If we decide that they are not compliant with our rules — we will terminate them as we did before.
If you list offers from a file, it may take us up to 3 hours to publish them — we need additional time to process the file.
What if we reject the offer
We will not display such an offer to the buyers. The new offers will be saved as drafts and we will not relist the terminated ones. You can correct and relist them — we will check them again.
