Why we are introducing those changes
In the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions, we refer to several provisions in the Deal Zone Terms & Conditions. However, the Deal Zone Terms & Conditions will stop applying soon. This is why we are moving those provisions directly to the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions.
We will implement some editorial changes and correct the outdated provisions.
What we will change
- We will add information on the campaign sales commissions. Now, it is mentioned only in the Deal Zone Terms & Conditions. We are not changing these rates.
- We will add information on the categories excluded from Allegro Days. Now, they are mentioned only in the Deal Zone Terms & Conditions.
- We will specify that in Allegro Days, you cannot promote:
- access to digital distribution service accounts, such as Steam, Origin, Ubisoft Connect, GOG, Xbox Live, PlayStation Store, and more
- products sent from outside the European Economic Area for which you cannot issue fiscal documents in Poland
- products from the Games category you are selling without a full ESD license.
- We will add a provision describing situations in which we might exclude your offers from Allegro Days. We can do so if:
- your actions on Allegro cause harm to other users or our platform
- you have outstanding payments for at least 2 settlement periods
- you violate the provisions of the Allegro Terms & Conditions or the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions
- we block your account for selling illegal products.
- We will delete the provision regarding the Fulfill Allegro Days goals and claim additional benefits promotional campaign as it has already ended.
When we will introduce those changes
The updated Terms & Conditions will apply from March 24 only on allegro.pl. On that day, we will also start accepting offers submitted for the next edition of Allegro Days.
